sales man drug around and then car was being looked at by another customer,and they had took keys.used car manager called and told me car was not sold.i went some where else and got same model and year for less money

Very helpful. I did not purchase the vehicle, but they were quick to contact me and even sent a video of the vehicle.
First of all the car wasn’t even there when I arrived and the salesperson didn’t mention that when they talked to me on the phone 15 hours prior! I felt like I was just being thrown into whatever they felt I should have! I shouldn’t have to search for my own vehicle! Every vehicle I wanted was no longer there! It was “sold yesterday” or “two days ago”. I didn’t have a great experience with this dealership but your luck might be better!

Kia Telluride and was told that we couldnât get
one even shared another 2020 kia Telluride from
another dealership in Texas that wanted one for
20k I have been out the dealership for a long time
now and for a dealership to let 25k cash leave
without even trying work out something or finding
something was unprofessional
I will say they contacted me fairly quick. But the car I was looking at the salesman didn't even know it was in stock, then when he did see it, he said Oh man thats a nice car, really it is, and after a few minutes of he and I talking, he said he would call me back.. of course i said okay, well he did and then tells me how really nice the car was he looked at it and that he called someone (a friend) to look at it, it had 45k miles at 24k price 2022, was a very good deal, well he wanted me to come in and talk I expressed that i was getting the car i just had to have paper work sent to him via email, hence i was financing thru my credit union and not the 12% the had, now mind you this was after 4pm and they close at 6pm. I said I'll call 8am sharp, as I did the next morning and of course he said it sold, I immediately laughed and asked well was it to the person you called about the car in the middle of our conversation. Imagine the answer. Maybe a good dealer bad experience.

Three people contacted me about the car. One was a salesman (Marcus), not sure about the other and the last one was a sales manager. It turns out that the listing was not correct. It had 6,000 more miles than the Car Gurus and dealership listings showed. The first 2 who contacted me were very professional and responsive. Marcus and I talked a couple of times and he responded quickly with information. The sales manager was not very responsive. I understand it was the end of the month. He told me he would try to work out a deal and call me back in 15 minutes. Seven hours later I still hadn't heard from him. It seemed that once he found out it was a used car, it was not a priority. He didn't even try to work out a deal on the car I was inquiring about, but tried to sell me on other cars that were more expensive. I don't feel like he was listening to what I was saying.

The salesman even brought the vehicle to me at work. Finance was fast and
helpful - I bought this vehicle within 20 mins if you don't count the initial
driving test. That was an extra 5 mins! Awesome, guys! Thanks - and

They call me once got my information never called me back
I am still working with them but I will tell you they don't talk amongst themselves. I have had 3 or 4 different people reach out to me about the car and it is rather annoying. Each time I tell the person that other people have contacted me but it does no good. I just received a text yesterday from another salesperson about the car and I had to tell him to stop texting me.

Horrible experience. They lied about still having the vehicle on the lot claiming it had just been sold that morning. Once I arrived they attempted to talk me into other vehicles and once I expressed my frustration with the waste of time and lies the used car sales manager become very rude. Avoid this place at all costs!!! They even still have the vehicle onsite even though it's been sold.
