Not transparent about the price. The price is marked down, so the vehicle looks competitive. $2,500 more to buy cash, automatically add Lo Jack and Clearcoat $1,500. Dealership fees $1,700, Doc fees list goes on. The car was trash, nothing worked, all kinds of errors and warnings list goes on. They are a Waste of time shop else where.

I was a potential out-of-town buyer who spent over a week attempting to gain information about the options, equipment and condition of a vehicle of interest as well as the out-the-door price. Received slow or no response from 4 different "sales associates." Once I finally receive the OTD price a week later (with over $6k worth of add-ons) and was ready to move forward with further discussions of a purchase, I was told that the vehicle had sold despite still appearing actively listed on their and other car websites. I am in a service industry myself and have bought dozens of vehicles through the years from dealerships. I can confidently say that this dealership & its staff do not display professionalism and show little to no interest or motivation in providing timely information or good customer service, particularly to out of town buyers.

Upon my inquiry, the initial email came from one a seller's address withe the body from a different seller. Since I was inquiring online from several states away, I asked specific questions about the condition of the vehicle. None were addressed. Dealer offered to send a Carfax, which I consented to. None came. I followed up after 2 days with no reply and was told the car was sold. Overall, very poor communication and follow through.

The car I was interested advertised for 16,000. When I showed interest they ran a hard credit check and the delivery price jumped to 23,000 after dealership charges. The monthly payments came to 600 for 60 months after 1,500 down payment. It was too much for a 9 year old car.
Definitely the worst experience I've ever had dealing with a dealership ever. I just needed some simple
information asking to confirm if it had remote start and a working moonroof, and after over 2 weeks of
sporadic and random communication.. no confirmation. I had to repeatedly reach out. It's like.. do they
really want to work with a customers to get deals done? And this is even from the sales all the way up to
management. Hopefully others have better experiences.

Lonnie, the sales or finance manager ran my credit
without my permission. I specifically asked if they
were running my credit based off the information
they were asking me and they said no, weâre just
plugging in your information to get the best price. To
this, I responded that I did NOT want them to pull
my credit. The sales associate assured me that they
would not. I didnât sign or agree to anything, I only
wanted the out the door price before test driving the
car. I had financing secured by 2 other banks before
walking into the dealership. The price that was
advertised online is thousands less than the
purchase price. They add miscellaneous fees, such
as Carshield ranging anywhere from $1200-1899
based off the 2 estimates I received and you canât
remove this as they do it to all cars at this
dealership.

Price for vehicle doesn’t include the extra 6,000.00 - 7,000.00 in fees. They are well aware what they have in the vehicle when it is advertised then they tack on…Government Fee 599.00, Proc/Doc Fee 1,149.90, APS 360 Shield 1,299.00, Reconditioning Fee 2,750.00 plus taxes. Unethical business in my opinion.

I would not do business with this dealership...personally. The price of the vehicle seemed fair, but the list of fees and additional charges they added to the final total was approx $10k. We were so shocked we had to just walk away immediately.

We could not agree on price; which is fine, but these guys acted like I killed their dog just because I wanted my keys back so I could leave. Plenty of nonsense charges they want to add on; which magically they will make go away if you keep saying no. A bunch of con men. You better really want a vehicle you cannot find anywhere else if you buy there. So happy I walked

Vehicles are not as discribed online . At lesser clean them up if people are interested in them and want to test drive . Not to mention the only allow unto test drive one vehicle. Bad business . Shady if u ask me . They had a car on here that stated no accidents but upon doing my own research one was in an accident ! Shady !
The sales person was being helpful to answer all my questions. We were prepared to make an offer but
after investigating or research about the cost of the maintenance it is required it became very costly
to own and spend a lot of money for the maintenance schedules.
We had to decline and not pursue the Audi brand .

I sent out an email and I got a response within the day. Actually within the hour. I spoke to actually two representatives from the company. And not only were they friendly, but they were both very down to earth. Very kind very helpful and even offered to help me find The vehicle I’m looking for with heated seats. I don’t even have to fill out an application. They said if I didn’t want to. They said that they would be happy to and it’s no trouble at all! I can’t wait to go there and pick up my car! I love this place.

Saif was professional and not pushy. He was transparent on the process and what to expect from bottom line. The single deal breaker for me was the impression that I must finance only thru Mitsubishi City’s finance partners even if my pre-approved interest rate was far better. I would still recommend this dealership for good deals provided they use MC finance partners.
I truly appreciate his dealership. I had a small issue and got a bit angry about something I was promised that didn’t happen. Once management found out they did everything to rectify the situation, got done exactly what I was promised and I left with a Great Car that I Love!!!!! That’s how you take care of a Customer!!! Shout out to everyone involved! Very Happy Customer!!!

I inquired online and was quickly responded to. I had a few concerns going in, and I live 2 1/2 hours away from the dealership. The staff addressed all my concerns. We agreed upon numbers before I made the trek there. Well worth it. I got an amazing deal, the staff was fun, professional, and transparent. I highly recommend City Mitsubishi.

Have been there twice. After seeing on CarGurus went to City Mitsbushi lot, but vehicle was not even there. They attempted to get me to purchase another at higher price with major rust spots which they stated would paint after the deal. Once the original vehicle was in they called and we scheduled available time after my workday. I then drove 30 minutes to find out they already sold after they knew I was coming. They did allow me to see and test drive as out of town buyer had not placed money to hold yet. I agreed to purchase as it was the one I originally reached out to them about at beginning of December. I already had financing in place but stated couldn't use mine. However, if I financed through them they maybe able to complete the deal; I refused andHowever again unable to proceed as magically the other buyer sent funds. I wasted 20 days playing with this dealer.
Sharks, they tried to initially charge me about $3k more when I sat down than what they had posted online. The cars are not clean. They weren't going to clean it until I said I'm not taking it dirty. I came there with financing i did online which referred me to them. They ran my credit again unauthorized when I told them they said it will fall off in a few days, it still haven't. The car had minor damage to it that turn into bigger problems later. They wanted me to get the car fixed but charging me full price that you would for a car in perfect condition. When they wanted me to go to an uglier car to get it off the lot they started bashing mercedes (the car i was going to get) about not being good cars. When I said no I want that car then it was a good car again. They negotiate one price with me then tried to raise the price without my knowledge at signing. If I didn't catch it then what? I didn't feel comfortable with their tactics which made me not return to pick up the car.

I went to look at this vehicle the price is lower because of the big scratches on the rear bumper! Whoever clean the vehicle did a poor job! It needed a front end alignment! If you are spending $30k on a vehicle that should be done before you buy it! The Pathfinder I liked on the website had similar flaws! I left that dealership and didn't look back!

just go ahead and put our bottom line on car gurus and a higher price everywhere else". And would you know it, on their website the car is listed for thousands more! Good thing car gurus rates

Awful trade-in offer, almost $2.5k below most other appraisals. At one point they wanted me to just buy a car without trading my truck to them. The manager swooped in and truly ruined the deal as the regular sales girl Jess almost had my business, but he got all high pressure and tried appealing to emotions instead of just keeping it business. Repeating, “how can I get you in this car right now,” isn’t a good tactic. It’s just not a good dealership.

Arrived at the dealership after having an appointment, when they pulled the vehicle up it was not anywhere near ready to be seen by a buyer. It was filthy. Scratches all over the car. Every time we noticed a new one the girl showing it said “that was done in transport” and everything could be “buffed out” even the dried glue holding the bumper on, although their site said the vehicle had not been in an accident.

I never went to this dealer, found something I wanted elsewhere. I told them such and they will not stop calling me...
Absolutely atrocious bunch of liars. I reached there to buy 2017 Mercedes Benz GLE 350. The car did not
have the features as described on their website and even had accidents on carfax (whereas their ads said
"clean" car. The salesman blamed this on his team for not posting the ad correctly. The dealership
demonstrated no sense of customer orientation/service and kept showing me different cars (2016 models
instead of 2017), walked out during our transaction to talk to other employees (for >15 mins) and displayed
no knowledge about the cars shown to me.
Overall, it is a shady enterprise with zero customer centricity. Really shoddy experience - will neither visit
them nor recommend this dealership to anyone.
This was a joke of an experience. The car was missing
features I have seen on all other models. They sent three
emails but they all ended up in spam. A girl called to
question whether I wanted FSport OR hybrid (when they
do make it with BOTH). I told her that, she seemed
embarrassed and hung up. I FINALLY got a call back
from a "manager" regarding shipping from Jacksonville,
FL to Dallas, TX. He said $1,700. Utter rip-off. I know
because guys will drive the same vehicle from
NANTUCKET to my doorstep for a mere $745. When I
tried to explain that to the "manager" he just mumbled
that he did not sell odometer tampered vehicles. I never
accused him of doing that. I knew the whole thing was
lost entirely in "translation" despite my grad school
education and perfect English with no accent. None
whatsoever. Forget this place.
Drove 145 miles round trip to see a 2017 Ford Explorer Sport. I started communicating with Araceli
about the car the day before. Texted in the morning before the 90-minute drive SPECIFICALLY to
MAKE SURE THE CAR WAS THERE. Texted again en route with our ETA so THE CAR WOULD BE
THERE. Pulled into the lot on time and surprise, NO SIGN OF THE CAR! I had to explain to no less
than three people why I was there, like 2 days of text messages with management never happened.
Everyone was in the dark, even WITH my contact Araceli ON SITE. NO ONE WAS EXPECTING US.
And get this, NO ONE KNEW EXACTLY WHERE THE CAR WAS! JUST POOF, GONE. NOT SOLD
BUT NOT THERE EITHER. Complete waste of my ONE day off and my hard working wife's day off.
We were ready to buy but handing anyone at this dealership $30K for anything will never happen. A
complete disrespectful clown car of an experience. NO ONE has even reached out to apologize.
Mr Khan and his staff are very professional and friendly. At first, I felt somewhat apprehensive trusting an out of state dealership, but A.J. and Eric my two salesman worked out all the fine details with my trade and my chosen vehicle beforehand. Sonny and Chris, in the finance department moved the sale quickly thru the purchasing process. This really helped tremendously because my trip to the dealership took 4 hours one way. Overall I had a very positive experience and would definitely consider purchasing with them again in the future.

I test drove two cars there. Salesman was friendly but I think they made the assumption that I was going to buy immediately when I had said I had other vehicle to look at. The cars I test drove were filthy! Didn't leave me with a good impression. I ended up buying new.

Even though I didn't end up buy a car from City Mitsubishi. I will give credit where credit is due. Michael was a professional and went to bat for me with his manager to bring the price to my budget. Unfortunately in the heat of the moment I committed to a rear wheel drive car where in reality I needed an all wheel drive car.

Very hard people to deal with. I agreed on one price at the door they added 1300 $ extra when I was finalizing the deal.

I saw a truck online that i was interested in and left a message to see if if was still available.Didnt get a reply back so i made a trip to the lot to

Buyers be warned. Dealer advertised clean CARFAX. I had several conversations with sales manager to agree on final price. During the entire process sales “manager “ never cared to share past structural damage. Once I requested a CARFAX report, sales manager started explaining damages. Also stated he just assumed I had pulled a report. I believe this is a shady tactic to sell cars and gives car salesman a bad name.

too much going on in this dealership. I interacted with two different sales person and they each gave me different prices for the car. Not sure of
the integrity . It was a Saturday and i made an appointment to come Sunday - i got there Sunday and the sales person that gave me the
appointment was not there. He left early and had no curtsy to call me and cancel the appointment.
I had called in talked to Ray about the number for the extended warranty on last Sunday but didn’t get a call back. My car was out of range so I called Tesla Roadside assistance but they said the car was still under the dealership and not under my name so they can’t do anything. So I had to pay for towing to the closest ChargePoint because the supercharger was far away from where I was at that time. But then I found out i would need a converter for the ChargePoint and I called Tesla roadside assistance again but they said all the cars should have a converter comes with it. So I can’t charge my car at the ChargePoint. Then I had to tow my car to the Tesla supercharger. I am extremely disappointed that you guys didn’t give me the ChargePoint Tesla converter. And also I am still waiting for the seal for the sensor in the back of the car. I had waited over 3 hours for my first delivery car detailing and my car was still not clean.

Very bad experience. Upon my visit to the dealership, the sales person did not know where the car is and took him time to find it!!! The car was not to my expectations and not to the level we normally see with the known dealerships. The price the sales person presented me was higher than the price in Car Gurus site. I'm loving the '09 Mustang GT I bought remotely nearly two months ago. All
personnel I was in contact with were helpful (Jasmine, Chris, and Tony), and the
paperwork was expedited so that the car could be delivered before
Thanksgiving. The car drives and looks great and the price was more than fair.
Can't stop smiling; I found the one. Thanks for a great experience, and best of

I was there and I walked away from it because it's in rough condition; at the time, grossly over priced. I've been shopping for an XLR and I know them like the palm of my hand. I don't remember the exact asking price at the time; I think it was close to $19K. Acid rain damage, UV damaged tail lamps that likely leaked, suede on the steering wheel and shifter-disgusting and leather seats were worn out. AND there's evidence of collision repair! Despite all, those guys asked the price of an XLR in VERY GOOD condition and this car wasn't. I declined a test drive and asked for a price reduction; the price wasn't reasonable enough to even consider buying. The manager worked me to accept his asking price; wasn't gonna happen. It was a trade-in for a Maserati and they gave too much on trade. At best this is a $12K car and that's being generous.

my experience so far has been terrible and it started at the first encounter with the dealership, the 100 plus mile trip to see the vehicle was disappointing to say the least because the vehicle had been sent to another location for so called service, then the second time we went (after having a scheduled appoint both times.) we were 70 something miles into the trip when we were called and told that they had to take the car to have repairs, then they scheduled for us to pick the car up a few days later because of them having it detailed but when we went with a check ready to pick it up the windshield was being replaced by a very irresponsible person that lost the nut that holds the wiper arm on ( he thinks it fell into the engine compartment somewhere) and he also broke the wiper and the car had not been cleaned much less detailed. they did tell us that they would deliver the car to us but they had already told us that last time and an excuse was given for why that didn't happen.

Great experience. I financed my MB SL 550 I bought through USAA and they
said the value was estimated at $61,000. I got it from City Mitsubishi for
$45,500 (including tax, title, and license). Their used cars are in great
condition and priced right. All their staff were very friendly and made the
entire car buying experience a true pleasure. Highly recommended and
worth the drive.

Very frustrated and disappointed, was very honest and upfront when I spoke with sales rep Brett over the phone and his communication with his manager Melvin regarding a car and exactly what resources I had available for purchase of a specific car. They discussed and came back with a yes, “that deal can be done.” I even have it in a voice message. I drove an hour across town the next day, time I don’t have which they knew, and then they refused to honor the deal by playing with words (I even called to re-verify before the drive). I would not recommend this dealership.

I called to confirm if vehicle was still available after finally getting to the used car sales I was told it had been sold, the next morning I received two emails from different e sales folks asking if I would like to go look at it, called one and was told in fact it was sold it was just that their system had not been up dated, bit confusing
Salesman dropped vulgarities and foul language
throughout the test drive-
of a car I didn’t go there to see but he insisted I drive,
and their so-called best
price was over $1000 over list price on a unit that had
approximately $2000 in rebates. Avoid. Very
unprofessional.

My experience with city Mitsubishi was quite sub par. The have had a listing up for this vehicle for over a week after it went to auction but continue to contact me trying to sell me vehicles that are no where near what I am looking looking for. If someone talks to your company saying they want a Denali XL, or Chevrolet suburban don't try and sell them a toyota Camry it makes you look like a poor salesperson who does not pay attention nor care.
Went to drive car and it did not have the packages/ amenities listed. The car was not in the condition that stated. When I brought this to their attention, the salesman said that the manager was aware and he apologized. They did. It fix listing and when I called to see if they would negotiate because of missing features, they said no and that they had another buyer interested and I ca oils take it or leave it.
Horrible dealer, no ethics, totally dishonest advertising of vehicles!
Wish I could give less than 1 Star!

They are a bait and switch operation. Fast talking slime balls. I emailed
them via CarGurus asking if they would take $2000. Then, I let them know
that my wife and I do not work, so I cannot haggle. I also let them know it
would cost me about $100 to take a cab there. So, I wanted them to
reassure me that the vehicle was there and that it ran. They said that it was
there and ran well. They said they would and to come on down to work
things out. When I got there, They said that the van was $3500 plus dealer
fees, taxes, and tags. I ended up getting it for $3000, even though it had
immediate problems. I would not recommend them.

Came in to see a BMW but they didn't want to give me any value for my trade in. Didn't want to make any kind of deal at all. Found another BMW a year newer and $1300 cheaper with less miles 4 days later. The other dealership also gave me $1800 On my trade.

Tag. I have called both title department and sales person because my temp tag is expiring.
I am hoping to be able to update this and have a tag that I paid for. So far it’s good service till you drive away.

Communicated with Sales rep via email to let him know I was interested in a 2015 Chevy Cruze. Let him know when I would arrive. I walked in the dealership only to find they had just sold the car I was interested in. They tried to show me other cars but I wasn’t interested. I bought a car from someone else at another dealership.

Since I am SUV fan I loved that City Mitsubishi has such a large variety of
SUVs that are in great condition and at very reasonable prices.
I never even saw the vehicle just asked if it was a rental. They have called 3 times just to "check up" do NOT call unless you want on there keep calling list!

At first my experience with them was going pretty well...But then it all went down hill after I sent my information through text to a guy named Sylvester...I told him that I was coming down to speak with him about a car I was planning to get,and after I sent him a picture of my drivers license and insurance card,he text me the day of and said the car was sold...BAD BUSINESS!...Being the fact I live an hour and a half away,he informed me that it would be quicker to send my information via text so that the process would be sped up when I got there...But who sells a car after speaking with a potential buyer??!!...Sylvester does,that's who...Although I did call to make my complaint,they still tried to say they still wanted to do business with me...I think not!...I've been searching for three months for the perfect Mustang that fit my needs,and after seeing one at City Mitsubishi,I was over joyed!!...But Sylvester ruined it all for me

MISLEADING LIARS!! I spoke with a salesman for three four days, he specifically said " My manager looked over the contract and everything looks good". Knowing that I was over a hour and a half away, they had me drive there, wait over and hour just to tell me about some freaking $1,800 added fee! DO NOT WASTE YIUR TIME AND MONEY!!!

Great response time. . Like to play games. . I made them a fair cash offer for the minivan, especially since the air was not working properly. The dealer rejected my offer after making me wait for two hours; then called me the next morning to accept that offer. I did not return this saleman's call. Stop playing games!

They were very pushy and condescending. I am a young woman,
and they were very dismissive. I took one car for a test drive, told
them I wanted to drive some others, and when a "paying"
customer (a customer buying a car that day) came in, they
passively dismissed me asking "when I could come back," They
did not say sorry or mention they weren't able to accommodate me
that day. They also implied the car I was looking at wouldn't be
there in five days, trying to get me to buy that day I't seemed like
they wanted me off their hands and out of their lot. There loss,
because I was buying a car that week. I do not recommend
dealing with these people.

E-mail response was swift. After playing phone tag, finally spoke with salesman who was not willing to come down on price and when he informed me the engine was refurbished, I wasn't interested.
