Rich was who helped me through getting the car, I flew in to buy it and the day of it started to throw some codes which can happen if you let a Maserati sit for too long. They replaced the parts and made sure the car was good to go before letting me drive it. The next day I noticed one of the tires was a little worn on one side and I didn’t want to make the drive back to Arkansas (12 hours) on those tires and Rich took time out of his day to call around and got me in with a friend of his who replaced the front two tires and they took care of the paying for them. Definitely went above and beyond in my opinion and I would gladly do business with them again. And the car made the 12 hour drive back home like a dream and I’ve had no issues since. Thanks Rich! While waiting for financing, they sold the the truck I was getting financing on. When I asked them why that happened I was told I needed to put a deposit down if I wanted it held while I was waiting. I mentioned I was not told that, the attitude was basically “too bad”. Female sales associate, zero care for customer, just her profit.

I exchanged emails with a sales rep there and the sales rep was very helpful. The "ball is in my court" as for as taking the next step to see if that vehicle is still available or to see what else is out there.

Good guys over there, they did pretty good at being respectful and not pushy. I respect that.
I ended up not purchasing from them but they were very professional and friendly. I did leave a deposit on a car over night
so my wife could come back with me to take a look and unforeseen circumstances prevented us from making the
purchase. It was not a hassle to get our deposit refunded. Lots of higher end used cars to choose from. I will not hesitate to
consider them when the time comes to make a purchase.

commission so they don't make you feel pressured. They have good selection

Last weej i bought a 2015 Hyundai Sonata from GVA after going to eaight dealerships and serching auto trader and other internet car shoping sites. GVA was able to beat out 116 results on auto trader so not only was it the best price ti was nicer with lots of extras.GVA was knowledgeable and worked with me to get the cheapest price.My family and i are really happy with our new car and would definatly recomend them to anybody biying a car. Thanks GVa for the great deal.

Great love my new vehicle
The dealer was dishonest. Before I made the long drive to the dealership, I
asked whether the car (a 2015 Mazda3) had been in an accident. It was an
extremely low mileage car for quite a low price, so I was wondering what
the catch was. I was told that the car had not been in an accident.
However, when I took the car to my mechanic they showed me that it was
obvious to them the car had been in a very bad accident. My mechanic told
me to "run not walk" away from this car. So, I didn't purchase the car.
However, I did waste the better part of my Saturday driving back and forth
from the dealership and getting the car checked out.

I am deeply troubled by your review, not only does the Mazda you mentioned have a CLEAN Carfax, but the auto check and an inspection by our ASE Master Certified Technicians contradicts your claims. I would urge to either find a new mechanic or seek a second opinion when you find another car. Good luck in your search and thank you for voicing your concern.
Overall it was a great experience. Everyone is very friendly and upfront and willing to do everything they can to get you into the car you want. Thank you.

Reply to me set up an appointment to look at the car. 30 minutes before the appointment they called and said they couldn't find the car. They said they would call as soon as they knew it's been a week and I haven't heard anything. The car is still listed.
The car I was interested in had no mention of
hail damage on Cargurus or dealer website. I
called to set up an appointment and was told
the vehicle had light hail damage on the hood.
In person, I discovered the hail damage was
EXTENSIVE on the hood, roof and right side. I
was interested in the vehicle and the dealer
told me I would have to pay $2000 to have the
hail damage repaired. Cargurus and the dealer
website listed the car at $34,100 and I was
quoted $36,100 to purchase the car. The
vehicle is still for sale and there is still no
mention of the extensive hail damage that it
had. I don't know if the dealer was being
unscrupulous but, they didn't honor the price
on 2 independent websites. I would not
recommend this dealership.

Unfortunately we were caught up in the hail storm that rolled through our area in May and still have a few vehicles left from that storm. As we discussed the low pricing is a direct reflection of the storm however we could sell the vehicle repaired for the $2000 mentioned hence the price of $36100, if your choice is to take the hail sale price the price would be $34100. Thank you for your consideration.

Grand Junction. Only found that out when we were sitting in the showroom.

Incredible buying experience. Very friendly, no pressure, let me test drive alone which I really enjoyed, and financing was easy and amazing rates!
I can't say enough how happy I am with that experience. I would highly recommend buying your next car at Auto Aves. See Mary or Pat, they were both great! Even if they don't have the car listed that you want they can find it for you.

The staff was very professional and straight forward. They have streamline system to ensure you walk away with your vehicle within a few hours verses half a day. They finance with credit unions only.
