I emailed back and forth with Ty to get information on the vehicle I was interested in. Set an appointment and texted back and forth a couple of times that day. Drove over an hour to make the appointment and when I got there they were super friendly and set me up with “Jeff” to see the car. After about 30 min he came back and said the car was gone. I asked what he meant by gone, like sold? And he said “it’s just gone”. And then tried to sell me a Mitsubishi. I was very clear in my email that I was looking for a Nissan Pathfinder. Again he said he could show me a Mitsubishi. I feel like it was a complete scam! What a waist of time!

Tye and Joseph were great to work with, professional and friendly. I drove from south of Lansing to this place. I definitely would recommend this dealership!
Very friendly. Worked very hard to get me approved for the vehicle I was interested in. Once I was approved, everything seemed very rushed. They didn’t pay much attention to me after that. Sat in a waiting room for about 20 minutes to a half hour. I ended up not getting the truck I wanted due to the fact that the tire pressure in each wheel was drastically different. At the end of the process I felt like I was getting scammed on the vehicle. Like, if I bought it, I would have had more problems with it. That kind of feeling.

They contacted me right away. But I texted
them back and they didn't return any messages
back ââï¸, ok finally spoke with someone.. I have 2
non running vehicles that I want to trade in
which I specifically told this man. I also live
nearly 2 hours away, he told me they take ALL
trade ins, and even though I DON'T expect much
from either, I want them GONE. They are
conveniently CLOSED on the ONLY 2 days I've
had off in 2 months. And All this man can offer
is we are open until 7 on Thursday's. I asked if
the price was low as they would go? He said
YES. So I set up the plan to make the trip next
week, what does he need for the 2 vehicle's I
want to give them? Can you drive one here???
(He says) Hello! Pay attention much? I answer
NO. So he says bring the $$ for the vehicle and
proof of ins. No mention of the trade in (s), so
BOOM back to SQUARE ONE. how much money
IS needed? Cause I AM NOT driving 2hrs to pay
the asking price, AND still end up with 2 non
running cars in my yard

Overall, I like the vehicle I purchased, but probably won’t be going back to the dealer. My vehicle was delivered with 4 low tires and in need of an oil change. Minor things, but very inconvenient. The whole process was very rushed.

I previously consigned for my sister to get a car. I felt the need dor an upgrade so I went in and spoke with tom. Very pleasant man. I inquired about this buick but did not get it for reasons I will not mention. I did tho end up leaving with a upgraded 2018 mirage g4. Very pleasant experience!

Contacted about vehicle that said accident free but dealer said it did have accident. Suppose to be getting fixed not sure when it gonna be available to actually look at . Did recieve link to their other trucks but really wanted the original interest. Maybe they will get back to me when repairs are made

Very nice and was on top of things. Love the servicw over the phone.
I had contacted them late in the evening and shortly received and email
reply. We had stopped a week earlier to take a test drive of the vehicle and
later I saw that the price dropped. I wanted to confirm the price so I
contacted them to make sure. The next morning I also received a call from
the dealer and set up a time to meet with the sales person who gave me the
test drive. I met with him to get the paperwork started and then the business
manager. The next day I brought the check, finished the paperwork and
became the proud owner of a leaf.

Terrible customer service. Drove over an hour to test drive a vehicle and waited in the showroom for over 10 minutes before someone helped me. Went for a test drive and the guy that went with me was busy texting on his phone and didn't have much knowledge of the vehicle i was driving cause he couldn't answer any questions i asked him. I also had a save $500 coupon for that vehicle that they wouldn't honor. It was a huge waste of time

The back and fourth with the young guy at the dealership was horrible. Days went by after giving him info requested in moments to get a response! He never answered or was able to be contacted by operator at Dealer. It took a week in a half to actually confirm options. The worst!

I didn't actually go to the lot but they were very helpful over the phone and thru email. The car I was looking at on line sold before I was able to test drive it but they gave me some other options. I wouldn't hesitate to contact them again.

Nick at Lasco was fantastic to work with. He was very knowledgable about the vehicle and easy going. I never felt overwhelmed or pressured, and as a first time buyer, that made the experience very enjoyable. I highly recommend working with Nick at Lasco!
Well first of all the mountaineer had problems as soon as I drove it off the lot!
I asked if it would get me back and forth to Ann Arbor in the first place! I am
disabled and they knew of this! I did take the vehicle right back and
supposedly they fixed it???? Well the next day the service engine light came
back on and the code came up for the fuel pressure sensor!!! Nice huh! Well I
went back the next day and they said they would call me back with a price
the next day....well they didn't... Haven't heard back from them! I think they
should fix it and pay for it! They sold it to me knowing there were things
wrong with it! I can't even drive it...it won't stay started!!! I told them it was a
birthday present to myself after all the sickness and trouble I have gone thru
in the last three years!!!! Nice birthday present huh! Would like to àt least
drive it!!! Would take if right there....but can't even do that!!! Ugh!

Dealership took $100.00 for first right of refusal on this jeep which we were led to believe would be there in a couple of days. Over 2 weeks later it arrived and we went up to see it. Told salesman we would go to credit union the next morning and received a text that morning saying that another party had taken the jeep home the night we were there and if they wanted the car we were out of luck. Was ok for us to wait 2 weeks but they could not wait overnight. Do not consider them honest or reliable.

I started my search for a particular for what type of truck
that I wanted so I had searched throughout about 70
dealers in the tri County area. we found one at Lasco. From
thesecond we walked in we felt very welcome the truck was
brought up can I test drove, decided we liked it and would
come back the next day to move forward with paperwork.
next day the paperwork process was slow even I was
particular about the length of loan and situation we wanted.
they said we will call this afternoon with your options. I
waited till 1 half an hour before close then I called them to
have them tell me they were going to wait till the next day
for the general manager to review. which is ok but why not
call me??. Not exactly a big deal. through the next day and
a half e-mail reply from sales rep was non existent and
reply from internet manager was slow. only about 1 out of 7
different calls did someone actually pick up. after we work
out our final deal we rang the Bell and it seemed to be
looking a little better. by the time we got the truck home it
had a major engine ticking noise that went away when the
car was warm. it would have been very easy for them to
keep the vehicle warm for us to see so that the work would
be covered under my new warranty. I read thats common in
dealers when they can. but I gave him the benefit of the
doubt. and they corrected the situation which was
collapsed valves. however it did take a week. they supply us
with a pretty rough rental car but a rental at that, at no cost.
service manager was very helpful and polite and was the
only reason I will return to their department. I do not
actually believe that the dealership hid the issue so I call it
even. although I was disappointed it was not the same
truck we had agreed to. at about 12 thousand dollars. very
next day the air conditioning blend door actuator stopped
working which they offered to fix at cost which was less
than my deductible. which I also appreciated. all in allthe
experience was a little lengthy in part to do with curly
vehicle issues. and our sales rep, Matt completely cut off
communication after the sale but when in the showroom he
was great. but that's it. I asked him to e-mail me the
information and price in time as the service department
said they would know that day. never received an e-mail
that time either.. when it came down to it the general
manager oversaw the situation and handled it. he was
pleas my experience was mediocre my experience was
mediocre and I would hope that it was a fluke situation and
wish the team best of wishes in the future.

dealerships my dad is an automotive painter of 27 years as
that is my age. so I know how it works. this is my third
finance car but my 68th owned vehicle as well.

Car was everything advertised. Very happy as far as that went. But
not happy with how long process took and after explaining the need
to get in and out for my wife. (I went in 2 hrs early to get paperwork
ready) it still took them 4 hrs after she got there to get us out the
door. And that was after we got up to leave without the car.

They called and confirmed car
was still available. I told them i
wouls be coming to aee it the
next day. They knew i was
coming from over 40 miles away.
When we gor there we had to
wait to even speak to a
salesperson. Apparently to lady
who called to confirm availability
and encourage us to come in
wasnt willing to even get up from
behind her desk to come speak
to us si she pawned us off on
some trainee. Turns out car was
essentially torn up in the shop as
mechanics were working on it.
We couldnt drive it. I would have
appreciated a call telling us this.
But wait, they had another nust
like it at their stire about 20
minites away. No? Of course they
couldnt bring it to the current
store for us to look at, wed have
to go there. And, it gets better,
the other car was about 10K more
expensive so it wasnt just like the
current one. I let them appraise
my trade in and finally left before
getting a figure from them as that
was running into a 30 minute
ordeal as well. Went to Randy
Wise Auto Mall and bought the
same make with more options in
about a total of 20 minutes,
including test drive, trade
appraisal and negotiations. What
an opposite experience. I'll
probably never be back to Lasco.

I submitted a information for a
vehicle on the 6th to numerous
dealerships in the area. I was
simply desperate for a vehicle
being that mine was totalled out
by my insurance company after
an accident. Within seconds of
clicking the button, a friendly
young lady from Lasco Grand
Blanc gave me a call. I missed the
call but she also sent me an email
and a video walk around of the
car. She called me back around
my lunch time and we set up a
time to meet and drive the car.
This was beyond my
expectations! Still, I have not
gotten any reaponse from the
other sellers. I purchased my car
at Lasco and it was a great
experience, I would recommend
them to anyone.
