This place is a rip-off. The car I was looking at had 2 accidents, their first ad didn't mention that. Fortunately, I found out before I went to look at it.

I had an absolutely great buying experience at Grand Automotives! We found the car online on 10/27/2020. I Went to look over the car. Decided that I liked it, took some time to think over and I called and left a message to start the buying process. Next day when I went with my husband everything was set up for us. We test drive it again and less than 2 hours later, we closed the deal. One of the most simple, hassle free car buying experiences ever! The car is perfect too, excellent condition, just like it was represented online. Highly recommend them.

Amazing customer service from Mr Asif. Very friendly and quick in response to all the queries i had. Unfortunately it didn’t fit in my budget but i will definitely go back to them anytime and all the time. . They actually scheduled three times upon my request and were very helpful with that. This dealer was so frustrating! The first time I called to make an appointment on a Sunday, I called on thursday, they told me to call back on Saturday to see if they had an opening on Sunday. They then told me they were closed on Sunday, which on their site is says by appointment and then they called me back on Friday to confirm an appointment for Sunday, ok cool. I called on Saturday to make sure that I could still come on Sunday just for them to tell me that they sold the car I said I wanted to look at .

We ended up finding a car somewhere else but this dealership did respond quickly to my inquiry.

Best experience ever! We called to inquire about a 2011 Subaru Outback, and the owner’s wife was extremely informative and patient with all of the questions we had. There were some questions that she wasn’t 100% sure on, so she contacted her husband (the owner), who immediately got back to us on everything. We drove over to test out the car, which was exactly as described and pictured, and the owner’s wife and sister-in-law made sure that all of our questions were answered while we awaited the owner. They made us feel very comfortable with our purchase, and were patient and honest. A really great car buying experience from a family dealership. I will refer people here, and if I’m ever in the market for another vehicle, I’ll be sure to come back!

I called to inquire about a vehicle and spoke with a Lady, sorry don’t remember her name very friendly and polite on the phone. She answered my questions and even ended having to call someone about a question she didn’t know about because everyone had already left for the evening and she just happened to still be there. I have not been to their location but I will say that she was very informative .

The owner of this dealership was awesome! I went to visit to test drive a vehicle. He was accommodating from beginning to the end. I would buy more cars from there and reccomend to all that is searching for great service and super fair prices!

Got in, got out in short order. I told them what i had to work with and they made it work. Very considerate and they had a stray cat that they looked out for and fed that came up outside and rolled around while the salesman petted it , the cat trusted him. Says it all huh........... good people are everywhere in all walks of life!!

The dealer k was helpful in showing us the van but this in not what we're looking for. The van had a lot of repairs to be done. K the dealer should specify everything that's wrong with the van in the description.
