Miranda is THE best! They are SO lucky to have her! She goes above & beyond, and is solution oriented. Go see her!!!! Amazing person, & straightforward sales person. She gets an 11 out of 10! The dealer, well, overall, very nice people. BUT, the car was not as advertised, great car though!- but to show up, and find out the great deal as per this websites platform & use of info to show graphically, WHY it's a good deal, was not accurate. So, had the car been accurately input, it would be still a decent deal, but would not have been rated by this platform the way it was/is. So, hopefully, the dealership can work that out. But we had a lovely experience, a total 10 plus with Miranda, but could in other ways have been a better experience. Just getting us in the door based on the incorrect info, well, not very cool. So, unfortunately we didn't make any deals yet, but we trust our salesperson SO much, that we're still trying to give her our business.Be sure to ask questions in advance!
attempted to purchase a vehicle 2 weeks ago and worked out a deal with salesman named jack (same price advertised, plus taxes tttl etc nothing special), next day I got a call from a guy named Oscar who ran my credit then changed the price x2; because “they did so much work on it” (over night) and it’s going to auction, and every other reason he could think of (classic bait and switch attempt) I declined and told him I’m not interested, he called me back within a few minutes to tell me he can honor the original agreed upon price (which again is same as advertising) ok great, except now he’s unwilling to deliver the vehicle (despite being able to a few minutes ago) instead I have to drive 4 1/2 hours to look at it so they can show me how special this 13 yo, normal, base model Civic, priced at a common rate. No thanks, The purpose of buying online is to avoid the salesman talk, yet still the add is still the same, I tried to buy it. Bait Scam

The car description said “no body damage”. Even when they knew I was driving 3.5 hours to look at it, they didn’t say anything about the dents, bumper damage, and paint being rubbed off all 4 edges of the bumpers. They then started trying to get me a loan even though I was already pre-approve. When I asked why they couldn’t use my pre-approval (which was done with “no down payment available,” they said I needed a downpayment and they were trying to find one with 1 their preferred lenders. They never asked if I wanted the car, they just started hitting my credit because I drove so far to purchase the car. Once I told them I came to see if I liked it enough to purchase it or not, they’re whole attitude changed toward me, they ran my credit 2 more times, then said they couldn’t get any response from their lenders and would call me on Monday if anyone had responded. This is Thursday, I have not heard another word from them. DO NOT USE THEM unless you want to waste your time.

Found a truck online . Sent an inquiry and less that 10 minutes I was called by Oscar.
We made an appointment and brought the family. They were so nice and pleasant to deal with. The manager David was very helpful.(he gave me a discount and promised to repair a small ding that we on the pass door) The best part is how nice and attentive they were to my kids. They were kind and hospitable end even fed us . Great job Oscar love my truck.

The description of the vehicle online was
different than what we saw in person. The initial
person that contacted me via email was very
snarky. The dealer added on a ridiculous dollar
amount in dealer fees. The sales people were
very friendly but the finance person was
condescending and arrogant. We left the
dealership visited another dealership in Ft.
Worth and had a much different experience. We
drove off the lot with a great vehicle at the
stated price with not additional hidden,
exorbitant fees.

They don't tell you the dealer add on and trying to make you come to dealer. I recived text to my 2024 Nisaan titan for 44K and when I arrived they add almost $5000 worth of dealer mark up.. do not listen to what they say.. they hide truth until you arrive at dealer.

Told me multiple times the vehicle was there and available once I got there I was told they’d pull it up for me to see. They brought a different car completely and told me the car I came to see had ‘just been sold at auction’. I left. They have called and emailed multiple times since asking I I want to come see the first car I went initially to see.

Yesterdays experience with Grandbury Nissan was
just not handled well so I wrote a review on them
and woke up this morning and forgot about the car
that I was interested in. But, I received an
unexpected phone call from Tabitha at Grandbury
and she stated that she was concerned about my
experience. She explained that there may have
been some miscommunication and that she would
personally get any information that I wanted about
the car and help workout a deal even though she is
not in the sales department. I think that by her
calling and admitting there may have been some
miscommunication says a lot to me personally. We
all fall short sometimes and when we realize it, we
make it right and that's what Tabitha at Grandbury
did. Didnât make a deal but they made an effort.

This company is rated 2 star for a reason and if I could give them a negative rating I would. They advertised a car for one price then turned around and switched it to 15k more than the online price. Horrible customer experience! Run away fast!

Arrived at my appointment for a test drive. Salesman pulled vehicle around for test drive and told me ac wasn’t working, all four rotors needed replacing & front struts needed replacing. Said they’d do it next week. I asked why it was up for sale if it wasn’t even ready for a test drive or to be sold. He said that was the general manager’s decision. Never going here again. Lost my business forever.

Worst car salesman (Leo) I've ever dealt with. I can only imagine what the rest of the dealership is like having poor hiring pratices. Dealership was trying to charge me 3k for "reconditioning fee" when in reality they only spent but a few hundred dollars in parts and labor. This place is a joke/ scam. Stay away from this dealership. Salesman try to lie and make you think your stupid as if it's your first time buying a vehicle. They will call you non stop and message nonstop until you answer. Stay away from this dealership, not worth it. I should've read the other reviews on here before thinking of contacting them.

This dealership is terrible! Drove 3hrs to see a car that had not even arrived from transport! Had several calls to come see over a weeks time! Finally found time and it was to be detailed and waiting on me! What a joke!! Liars and dont seem to care that they operate the way they do! I was not a happy camper! I had a vehicle that I enquirer about. I asked for more photos because the ones published were not in the best light, did not show the entire car and had only one interior photo. The next day, they told me the car had sold, but the car they referenced was a different year and model than the one I wanted. I questioned it and and got no explanation of the discrepancy. The vehicle was still published as being fir Dale. I enquirer again, and this time, no one responded. I probably would have purchased the car, but someone else did, but it was confusing because of lack of clarity.

This is the worst bunch of liars I’ve ever dealt with. They wasted my time, blew up my credit by running it so many times that it lowered my score considerably to the point that I will have to wait a while to purchase a vehicle. They tried to make test drive appointments on a truck that wasn’t even close to being ready for sale. Very unhappy, and will not buy anything or recommend anyone to buy from them.

was the crazy one. I couldn't imagine coming in
person. Dealing with the rep over the phone was

While the salesman who reached out to me was very helpful, there were a few red flags with this dealership. First, the description did not
match the car (listed features that weren't on the vehicle that were easily seen as not true by the pics: ie - leather seats (cloth seats in picture),
heated seats (no button shown in picture), blind spot monitoring (none). Second, my first question to the dealership was "do you deliver?". I
was told yes at first (for free!), then that they would meet me half way, then they couldn't deliver at all and I would have to drive the four hours.
I asked because I was buying the car online if they could offer a seven day guarantee; I was transferred to someone else who told me they
don't offer guarantees, but I could bring my mechanic with me. When we decide to go with a different dealership, suddenly they could offer
delivery, a guarantee and take $2000 off the price. We still didn't buy, but the used-car salesman tactics really soured my experience.

This dealership is shady and lack transparency. They literally had me drive an hour to come see a car they were selling when I came in. Expressed to them several times that I did not want to drive this far for nothing. She called me this morning to make sure I was coming and still sold the car to someone. Saying they figured they could find me something else. Jasmine is the worst sales person I’ve interacted with in my life.

This dealership is not transparent about anything. Saw a vehicle online that I liked and decided to take a gamble and buy the vehicle without seeing it. Work for two days with a salesperson and finance to get down to the contract and find out there’s a $1999 refurbishing fee they didn’t bother to tell me about. So the price you see on the website isn’t correct it’s much higher. Talked to the general manager and he said yeah we have to add that because of all the work we put into the vehicle. I then asked what all was done to the vehicle to make it so much higher? The vehicle I was purchasing only had 21k miles on it. He told me not much was done to it and wouldn’t even elaborate as to the extent of the refurbishing fee. It really chapped my tail and told them they can keep the vehicle. I choose to do business with companies that are transparent about everything including fees and work that was completed on the vehicle. I will never do business with this company.

I was Looking at a Jeep and I was contacted by a salesman who asked that I put 500 dollars down to take the vehicle of the market, because another salesman was working a deal on it. Which to me was a salesman tactic . I asked if my credit card would be charge if the deal didn’t go through? The salesman told NO! Anyways the credit Card was Charge. I contacted the dealership and I was told that it would be taken care of and that they would send me a conformation/ picture of the transaction . where the funds would be reimbursed. Till today am still waiting. I will need to contact the credit card company next. The salesman man never responded to my email in reference to the card being charge. Am not going to give the salesman name.

Great people, Alley was especially helpful, and everyone was helpful and answered all my questions. Alley delivered my new Armada the next day after closing the deal

get you on the phone and in the dealership, and I just
had a simple question - what will you sell the truck for?
And here is the reason for 1 Star. They wouldn’t come
within $5k of the advertise CarGurus price. They hem
and haw and make excuses...”come in and we’ll
talk”...but the bottom line is, they lie about the price on
CarGurus.

Would be no stars if possible. First off, they brought the wrong car out. After I told it wasn’t the right Jeep he asks if I’m sure then suggests I drive the wrong one. Then says there are two of them and he grabbed the wrong one by mistake. Then after about 15 mins comes back then states that the Jeep I was wanting is in transit. So the actual Jeep I am wanting isn’t even on the lot. Having it posted and telling me it’s there then it’s not. After all that he states that he has an overland top of the line Jeep same year and persists in asking if I would like to test drive that one. States that one is the same price but has slightly more miles. It had 20000 more miles. Why would I buy something that I don’t want? Then he wants to talk numbers and tell there are no numbers to talk about. The only reason I drove out there was because you said you could do 24000. He wants me to sign saying I’ll do 24000 then comes back with 26 something plus tax title and license for a total( more but )

Yes they responded very quickly at first. Then their communication dropped to them not contacting me but me having to contact them. They took their time refunding our deposit. Didn’t work with the same person all of the time while trying to get us approved. After we denied their terms they still had 3 other people contact us about the vehicle and pushed really hard for us to drive 4 hours round trip to tell us the same thing they told us over the phone. Never returned our phone calls, we had to be the ones to constantly call them.

Worst buying experience I've ever had. This dealership seems to cater to bad credit buyers. Do not buy from these people. The old school mentality of trying haggle and sell the vehicle for more than listing price days are waaaaayyyy over. The vehicle was listed online for one price and then when I sat down to go over numbers they try and charge you this fee for reconditioning the vehicle and that fee for whatever they just made up. Ended up being over 4k the listed price (incredible!Even before any financing cost!). Not to mention this dealer has tried and contact me so much since I walked out on them its not even funny. If you have decent credit, stay away from this dealership. Sign says new management. Apparently its time for a new dealership in place of this comedy show.

Nightmare experience. I asked the rep to take a picture of the Titan SVs backup camera before I wasted a trip there. She took a picture of a backup camera in another truck (an SL which they all have backup cameras). She said they were only 45 minutes from Plano and while I should’ve put it in my GPS she still shouldn’t have given a time for something she was clueless about. It took me 2 hours on a motorcycle splitting lanes even with mild traffic. I get there and she said the truck I wanted to see had the engine out and was being replaced but I’d have a new engine . She had very little product knowledge. Every pre-owned Titan I checked out was absolutely hideous inside and out. They looked abused. I rode my bike that entire way to talk to a clueless sales rep that not only wasted my time but offered no beverage knowing I was coming off a long ride. They’ve got a soda machine though if you want to get it yourself (which is what I did and is typically fine under a normal circumstances)

was very miss leading on the description, vehicle was in ruff condition not good clean. told me different stories about the vehicle, ex it was a trade in then, time it came from auction... I would not trust at all.

So far so good. Working a deal on the GTR as we speak, but so far, Cheryl has been awesome and so has the overall experience considering I'm buying from another city and having the car shipped to me. So far so good.

When I first contacted them the car was priced at $16,861 by the time they they add all their fees it was $19,940. I was not impressed with the way they do business.

It was the worst experience w/this dealership &I will never do business
w/ them nor do I refer anyone. They r liars! Tell u over the phone that
yes that’s the price of the car that’s listed. Then get u out there, test
drive the car,you like it, then jack the price up 2,200.00+ more. Let me
tell u what happened to me. I called the night before &talked w/Jason.
He assured the car was there &he assured me that was in fact the price
that they had listed. He was aware that my daughter & I would be
driving over 2 hrs to get there.I called on my way out there, they tell me
it’s being serviced but I be able to see&drive the car. We loved it asked
about the price again as listed. Tell them give me a min I’ll be back want
to talk to my husband. I get back I make a offer the GM comes in & tells
me my offer won’t wk It’s only 500 less? than what they had list. He
comes back w/the price 2200.00 more than original listing He w/rude
&condescending.wish there was room to tell my whole story. CRAZY!!!

It's was not good
They up sold when we got there the price was actually more than what they had it posted for
Then took some of it off. For like nitrogen in the tire. Which it did it even have. No green caps where on the tires. Then said I had to pay for the tent because they need to recoupe there cost. Well then they should have posted it with the other 400 dollars in the price.
I won't do business with them again

If I could rank a 0, I would. This dealership is awful! After calling to verify information on the vehicle, I drove 3 hours to find the vehicle wasn't even there. After being lied to for the next 5 hours and wasting our entire day, the vehicle finally showed up and was on terrible condition and did not even have the options we specifically asked for. These employees are so misleading and I recommend no one ever attempt to do business with them!
