Are you able to provide any details such as the vehicle you were looking at or the person you spoke with? Our phones are programmed to prevent any call from holding longer than 3 minutes. Being on hold for 40 would literally be impossible in this building since every phone would begin to ring simultaneously until the call was answered.

Though we are willing to take responsibility for any mistake we may have made, we do feel it's important for anyone reading this review to know that the person who posted it continued to pursue a vehicle purchase with our dealership for over a week after it was published - while using the review as leverage for negotiation. It was ultimately the dealership's decision to terminate the sale.

Due to the current inflation of vehicle prices for both dealers and customers alike, many dealerships have been forced to rely on financing in order to continue operating. We politely tried explaining this to you even though you were cursing at our salesperson and calling us scammers because we are not able to accept your “CASH”.

With all due respect, have you purchased a vehicle or anything else in the past without paying taxes? We have customers from all over the country with different tax rates purchasing vehicles here, so how can we possibly include taxes and tags into every advertised price?
It's scary and sad to think that anyone can leave a review these days and impact the reputation of a business, without understanding the concept of paying taxes.

We are surprised to see this negative review. After working hard to find the only bank which would give us an approval for you, we immediately reached out to you to pass along the good news. Unable to reach you directly, we spoke with a gentleman who said he would relay the message but clearly never did (as you later acknowledged). We then tried calling two more times and left messages.

Thank you for stopping out and test driving the car. As far as the financing goes, The car was advertised with a down payment as low as $995 for well qualified buyers which is the minimum our banks will accept. unfortunately I have no control over the minimum requirements for down payments per bank. I can always play around with the monthly payments, but based on credit history I can change the term up or down. The 36 months is what it defaults to and I can adjust it accordingly. Please believe we do not try to hide anything when it comes to financing and try to be as clear as possib
