I thought I would have one of my best experiences at a dealership from the reviews I read, and it actually became the worst one. I’m so disappointed in losing so much time and energy with them, you can go to Google Maps to read my entire review. Basically, they are not competitive with prices and with forms of payment either (they do not like cash as it does not bring them money). The amount they offer for trade-in was below KBB by $2K and below market by $8K. They also say that their BMW 3 series is a great deal but the warranty of the car is passed by 2000 miles. Their price would have been good for a still warranted vehicle but it is not now. Yet, they did not want to bring it down. I would have been $11K away of making a great deal with them, and they were not opened to any negotiations, despite me being polite and kind. You might want to do some research unless you do not mind being a lot overpriced.

Stopped by to check out a vehicle. Matthew helped orchestrate me coming in and Carlos and a general manager I believe Angelo, spoke with me about making a deal. Although we were not able to make a deal they were down to earth, professional, and I think are overall good people. Although we couldn’t make a deal, they don’t push their preferred price on you and do afford you the opportunity to negotiate. I respect them as a business and as people too. The dealership is quick in response, the vehicle was clean, aside from some minor damage that they offered to repair via their gold star program at additional cost, and they have a great collection from basic every day cars to porches, AMGs, and a lot more. Very clean building as well. Check them out!

Are you able to provide any details such as the vehicle you were looking at or the person you spoke with? Our phones are programmed to prevent any call from holding longer than 3 minutes. Being on hold for 40 would literally be impossible in this building since every phone would begin to ring simultaneously until the call was answered.

This Dealer is ridiculous beware. They only wanted me to go through their lender. They kept changing salespersons on me and blaming shortage of staff when they never answered my phone calls or text. They never answered if the car had problems. They did not accept cash which is strange and rather your credit get hit hard to get a lender fee. I never heard so many excuses from a dealer about purchasing a car and they added ridiculous fees on to the car price and said they can not take it off. They made this experience the worst ever.

Read the very shady fine print regarding $2000 in the dealer information. It says that the price assumes you’re putting $2000 down which makes no sense whatsoever with the selling price so if you see something listed for 36,000 it’s actually 38,000. I called the dealership to Confirm. If this is what they’re doing how could you trust their cars and trucks and other practices. Buyer beware

Horrible experience. Drive 1.5 hours and they wasted my time. After test driving a great truck. I couldn't use my own financing after being asked if I had my own financing. Took the keys to appraise my old van trade in of the which I believe wasn't done since no trade in value was given to me. I asked for ball park numbers of monthly and total cost of which I would not be told unless I applied for a loan at one of their banks. The price on the web page was not what the salesman showed me since the price on the web page included a 2,000 trade in not anywhere on cargurus. Finally he came back and said the out the door price is 38,000. Yeah OK find another sucker. I wouldn't buy any car there even if they knocked 5,000 off the sale price. 000000 across the board for this dealership worst experience ever car shopping. Its a shame the salesman was a nice young man put in a position like that by his manager SMH.

Another scammy dealer. they consider CASH as an outside Finance. and they only do "in house" finance. offer me to still get a loan even if I have cash to add up of they profits thru financing because actual car price is way higher then advertised. SCAMERS, I hope some higher intuitions gonna take care of scambags like you!

We were not shopping for a better rate at that point, but simply a lender that would approve your loan. Our salesperson also told you we would be sending it to other lenders for an approval.

Have to watch with their listings. Make sure you read everything. The advertised price is after $2000 down. So all their prices are really $2000 more then what it says

Kevin gave me a call shortly after my inquiry (other places took days). answered all my question that were fresh in my mind. scheduled a time I can come out that he dedicated to me. The car I came to check out ended up not being a fit for me but they had so much other inventory that I found something I really liked. In the end it was one of the easiest and smoothest transactions I've ever made, especially for a large purchase like this. I highly recommend this place for the people working there and selection they have.

A woman reached out to me right away spoke and she was very helpful inanswering all my questions and provided a time to view the vehicle,but when we called back the next day for additional questions and for a pre-approval the woman was off and we spoke to a gentleman who was No help and he was not willing to assist us in purchasing a vehicle. He was very negative for no reason and no help. Saying all that, we did not purchase a vehicle from them. My impression of this incident is that I would not recommend this dealership if the guy that we spoke to is a top salesman.

I liked the car but the sales person’s lack of timely responses killed the deal. He forced me to ask for some info 3 or 4 times before responding. He. Was very dense!.Check the email and text trail for yourself.

This Dealer was a complete waste of time and im not even from the area ! The sales person who made an appointment with me for viewing of vehicle once I arrived and started asking questions about the vehicle knew nothing of the car he was selling ?? Wow ..could not answer 1 complete question about vehicle?? And your the salesman whom I have an appointment with not like I just walked in off the street ....then took all my personal information and water until I got in contact with them 4 days later thats bad business you take personal information from people and don't even follow up with an answer ?? Too hungry will sell they first born out.... made appointment about cat waited until David appointment to act like they didn't know they sold the car disregard for people's time and intelligence! But thanks i moved on to bigger and better purchase elsewhere for less money with less mileage and better sales response for dealership!

Wanted over 55% down on a $35,000 car that had high mileage,, the same old speal o we can do that,,should be no problem your vehicle as a trade plus 1500 down o sure we can do that,,then when you apply all the sudden its we need $11,000 down now man no real dealership cares how much you put down that only effects your monthly payment,, so yeah this place is full of crap

Service was great (except for speediness). On a different note the honesty was much to be desired (I never asked to finance the vehicle in fact I said I will pay cash instead they pretty much pushed financing an its fees onto us.)

Great experience. The whole process took minutes and was done via text. My salesperson, Chris, returned calls and emails almost immediately. He even delivered my car right to my door. It was in pristine condition and had I not known I would have thought it was a brand new car right off the assembly line. I would definitely recommend this dealer and sales rep to my friends. If I ever need another car (unlikely given this car’s low mileage) I’ll return to Chris and Grace.

Prices are fair at the beginning until everything is added in. Salesman will tell you one thing and Finance will tell you something totally opposite. They don't even bother to follow up and see where you stand on the car if you want it or not. I decided to go elsewhere since they tried one of the oldest sales tactics by saying someone else is also interested so I better put a deposit if I really want the car when I told them I need to look at numbers with the wife.

The worst dealership ever. They are super irresponsible. I called them thrice on different days and left a voicemail, yet no response. I met with a rep there to see a Hyundai Santa Fe SUV, however, the key just wouldn’t work. Plus he knew nothing about the car and just kep blabbering some random info which was wrong. Then he showed me a Volvo suv saying it was in my budget. However, somehow the final price turned out be $3000 more in 15 minutes and he wouldn’t even be willing to negotiate on the price. On top of that he asked me to leave $500 as a deposit for the bad car. Never coming back to this place.

I had to reach out to the dealer, but once I made contact with them they were extremely helpful dealing with me over the phone since I was a hour plus away. The listings were accurate on and about the vehicle, however the car wasn’t as clean as I thought it should’ve been. Just notate the car May be dirty if you do go and search for a vehicle here. They did clean and detail the car when I asked to satisfactory. Once I got there I was approached by the 3 most helpful individuals you could by a car from. Gene, Jason and Tom made this vehicle purchase easy. Staff was extremely down to earth and easy to communicate with. Extremely knowledgeable about all their vehicles on the lot. I would definitely recommend going to this dealer to buy a car. Again what a pleasure encounter.

Our overall experience was good. Unfortunately the vehicle had a lot of problems! Would have been nice to be informed of these issues before driving 51/2 hours down to see it. (2011 SRX Cadillac. ) problems with Cue system and air conditioning system was broke, and missing the sun roof shade (front).

Drove up to see a 3 series BMW with low miles, very well taken care of. Two issues: the guy trying to sell me the car didn’t seem very motivated. Secondly, I was a cash buyer willing to negotiate but the person I negotiated with started with a really low number that I obviously agreed to (who wouldn’t??), and he got a bit upset, shook my hand, and walked off. Maybe he didn’t think I was a serious buyer (found a Benz I liked better somewhere else anyway). They don’t seem like scam artists or anything like that though, just tough negotiators I guess

Chris was great to deal with. He even came out to guide me into the dealership when I missed the turn and got lost going to the dealership. The Tahoe I looked at was somewhat what I am looking for, but I would need to add some things that are missing since it was a Police vehicle. Maybe we can get together on price? The engine on police vehicles run for the entire shift, A lot more wear is put on a police vehicle engine, and associated componants.

Everything you can expect from a good dealer. The sales staff was nice and professional and the cars were all in great condition. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Their pricing is the best in the area. I don't know why anyone would leave these guys less than 5 stars.

Chris the Salesman is very Courteous and knowledgeable of all the vehicles that's on the Lot. Even though I purchased a different vehicle I originally was interested in , Compliment to Chris and is Style of being A Salesman and allowing me to drive how ever many trucks I needed to make my Decision.

Thank you for stopping out and test driving the car. As far as the financing goes, The car was advertised with a down payment as low as $995 for well qualified buyers which is the minimum our banks will accept. unfortunately I have no control over the minimum requirements for down payments per bank. I can always play around with the monthly payments, but based on credit history I can change the term up or down. The 36 months is what it defaults to and I can adjust it accordingly. Spoke with dealer on phone in regards to what I was interested in. Told him I was coming to look at it. Drove an hour out of my state only to find "someone had taken it and was driving it". Dealer took my number to call me when they came back, never got that phone call. Really wasted my time.

I tried calling you back as soon as the truck was returned. When you called the truck was here and somebody took it for a test drive with the other salesman without my knowledge. I truly apologize for the inconvenience and I would never want to waste the time of one of my customers.

grace dont get no rating from me at all the car lot looks like a dead car graveyard weeds all over the place. in all the cars tires were flat couldn't test drive one if I liked any in the bad part about some of the cars or all of the cars were repair that ounce were used as a taxi service.i won't send know body to that places of hell in the owner took 20min to come out at that so no rating here

Responded to my inquiry within an hour. Was helpful and friendly. Got lost in rain and arrived after closing and lights were out, as he was heading out to his car, I asked him to just point out the car I was interested in. Not only did he do that, but he reopened the place and let me test drive the car. I ended up buying the car the following day. There was no high pressure, no pushing, just a friendly and helpful experience.

Bought a different Crown Vic but I felt comfortable with Mika the salesman and he was honest in my opinion. Drove almost 400 miles in week since purchase and am satisfied and happy. Would recommend Mika to others and I will be back next year to purchase another vehicle from him for my daughter.
