From start to finish, Kaden, our sales rep, never dropped the ball. He and I had communicated for a couple weeks trying to find the truck for me. There was no pressure to buy and you can look at whatever you want for as long as you want. We did a couple test drives (1 for the truck I wanted and the second to be sure I didn't like the second truck more). We threw a deposit down on the one I wanted and came back 2 days later to purchase it, and spent 25 mins at the finance office and walked out with a new truck. The things I noticed and appreciated are every truck had an oil change, a good (or new) set of tires, and the car fax is there. Sometimes you even end up with a tool box, tinted windows, or running boards. I ended up with a super clean, 1 owner Chevrolet 2500HD that I couldn't find a comparable price to within 200 miles. Gowen Auto had complete transparency throughout the entire process (no shady backroom deals) & dealt everyone with honor and respect.

Gave me space and let me make my way around the lot with absolutely no pressure from staff. Great to work with. Very professional.

Looks like they have good inventory. They increased the price of an excursion they have and when I asked why the price went up the response was something like "my bosses price the vehicles and I don't know what all goes into that". So that wasn't great...

I did not buy the vehicle but the dealer was great to work with. I was told the truth about the vehicle and I would not think twice about buying a vehicle from them.

Great folks! Truck was described accurately since I was a remote buyer. Dennis even did a walk-through while on the phone with me pointing out every detail so there were no surprises. I was pleasantly surprised to see it for the first time and be even more impressed! Purchase was painless and smooth. Lots of other nice trucks there.

Wow! I had an excellent experience with gowen wholesale. The salesman, Zach, greeted me prompty when I arrived at the lot. He was very knowledgeable about the inventory and willing to take as much time as necessary to answer my questions. He was not pushy or high pressure. I felt like they really appreciated the opportunity to try to earn my business. The lot was very neat, clean, and organized. Also, inside of the building was very nice and comfortable. All my expectations were exceeded and I will be back. If you are loking for a nice used truck, this place is worth checking out.

Truck was not aligned and tires were cutting into fenders. This was due to them being a 15" wide rim and tire. Dealer has yet to get back with me on fixing the issue. Though the associate Zach was very helpful.
