The car had obvious issues with the body kit. I saw it right away walking up to the car however the salesman didn't make mention of it and when asked about it said " it was above his pay grade". The was also at a critical maintenance stage needing a timing belt and water pump. I guess this was in the salesman's pay grade because he then explained to me how HE was already loosing money on the car. I politely got up and left the dealership at this point, only to have the sales manager contact me a few days later to offer some assistance for the needed maintenance.

I was sold a car that has flood damage, according to 2 automotive repair shops. The mileage was not reported right; should have been 27,510. Had to pull over and disconnect the battery several times to stop the car from reviving up and hanging above 3800, while driving through residential and on the highway. The car will be going back when I fly back in town on Wednesday, the salesman said he didn’t know if the car had been in a flood, but with all the nuts under the hood rusty and either calcium or salt buildup on the motor, as pointed out by both repair shops they both recommended taking the car back!

Vehicle posted was obviously a scam. The vehicle was posted for sale on several sites on Sunday, 11/22, late afternoon, and I contacted the dealership 11/23, Monday morning before they opened. The salesman gave me vehicle information, availability and said he actually put his "hands om the car". While waiting for a callback with additional information, the Internet Sales Manager contacted me for a general follow up. He told me he would also check availability on the vehicle — called back a few minutes later and said the vehicle was gone and had been sold Saturday 11/21 (it was posted for sale on Sunday 11/22). 20 minutes later, my husband (who also inquired about the vehicle on Car Gurus) received an email from the Internet Sales Manager that the vehicle was available for purchase

Initially they did not want to provide price, they wanted to talk. I knew what i wanted, just wanted best price. Finally got price but when i asked for it in writing 2 days later they said it was sold. They said there was one more per my specs in area. I asked for price but haven't heard back in few days.

Dave our salesman was very helpful upfront about the condition of the used vehicle we wanted to purchase gave Carfax report let us test drive was very informative on the motor of the vehicle and the lifespan of vehicle had two vehicles to choose from instead of just one and gave us water to drink and everyone was very friendly and helpful and showed us while we were waiting to finalize the purchase with the financial Department where to get hot chocolate or coffee out of the beverage machine was the best experience buying a car we have ever had no pressure just informative, helpful, friendly, Professional service we are very happy with our purchase of our 2096 Toyota Corolla

I drove 120 miles to/from my Saturday morning appointment just to find out that the car had been sold. Nobody bothered to tell me before I drove out there. The salesman was professional, but they shouldn't have wasted my time.

Nice car. Good price. Percs of dealership such as loaner car concierge device superior to that offered by Lincoln dealer competition. Infotainment system of car consistent with on line reviews, not a strong point but it appears in the arms race to more complicated gadgets user friendly loses out for many marques. This is not a salesman or dealer issue but a manufacturer issue that is a factor in the process. This dealer is 2 miles also in their favor.

The dealership salesman( Mr. Leonard Johnson) was very courteous-respectful and very prompt on all our questions we had on this Chevy Camaro and evened offered to bring the car to Amarillo, Tx. without us asking him. Kudos also to the financial manager (Mr. Juan Medina) for helping us find the lowest interest rates on the market. A+++++ and 5 STARS for the staff going out of their way for helping make this deal come together. Mr. Leonard Johnson also offered us on the next time we come into Dallas to stop by for a free complimentary carwash!!! My husband and I set up an appointment to go test drive a car here we drove from Rowlett in to Dallas only too stand around in the 100 degree heat and not be helped! The guy I had talked to on the phone was with another customer he said he would find someone else too help us but nobody ever did! We waited around for about a half an hour in the heat and then just left. Huge waste of time and gas! Will never go back to this dealership and will certainly not recommend anyone else go here either!

They were rude when I arrived, I was pawned off on two differenet people and they never brought the car out from the back that I was supposed to see. Soon she. E-mail me back we drove to dealership and I didn't see any 98 toyota around ! After she put on her email we got it so I call her right of way . I go I'm here at the dealership where the land cruiser .she go we send it to the auction but I got a chevy for a goog price so bottom line shes not a honest person

I was searching for Chevy Trail Blazers on Sunday and sent an email request for more information. Was impressed that the internet associate called me on a Sunday. Unfortunately the vehichle I wanted was sold but I thought the response to my reqests was excellent.

The car was $12,900 told me they would only give me 2,000 for my trade in for my 2004 F150 and asked for 2,000 down and said my payments would be $380per month on a 72 month lease. You do the math: $380 x 72 = $27,360 + 2k for trade + 2k down = $31,360 is what they were wanting me to pay for this car that is 5 years old has almost 80k miles on it. BUYERS BEWARE! I am now in a brand NEW car with NO money down and my payments are $100 less per month!!! Dont let them try to take advantage of you like they tried doing me!
