I first thought i wouldnt be able to afford a BmW. Aileen showed me many options that were still in my budget. I never thought she would have such a great variety and great prices. Their customer service was fast and professional.

The manager Aileen was very helpful from the start. She made the process of looking for the right car very easy. She was able to find a car that fit my needs and what I like.

Well, overall I had a good experience but I still had problems
Pros:
•Was able to make deposit over the phone
•Was able to get financing no problem
•They let me keep my trade & didnt have to put the different down myself
•signed my paperwork online
•picked up the car the next day
•gave me money towards gas
•told me to come in for a free service
Cons:
•did not take my trade
•was supposed to call me to make my last payment “soon” ( 2 hours later i made the payment)
•what was supposed to be 30min-1hour pick up ended up being 3+ hours
•was told all the filters where serviced (not true) found acorns in the cabin & engine air filters
•sold it as-is no warranty’s
Over all my experience was ok, i will probably wont be going back to buy another car only because its a lot further than then I would prefer to go if i did not need to purchase a car. A big plus would be they gave money towards filling up my gas & free service because of the acorns in my cabin & air filer
This dealer is a bait and switch in the making.
He will kill your buying experience. So please
run from this dealer nothing but a headache . I
test drove the vehicle then I asked the price.
Ari then tells me he has a deposit on vehicle
and if I wanted it he would switch deposits but
I had to pay cash this is shady business
