Their inspections failed. They posted before they inspected the vehicle. Nice people, informed me
I called about a Ford Transit that was very high in mileage. First response of the sales person was to try to redirect me to a newer Transit with fewer miles and much higher price. I politely declined. I asked for a video call inspection of the vehicle since I am out of town. They agreed. They scheduled a time and never called. They called back to reschedule but again never called. They followed up again but I still haven't gotten the actual video call. This is consistent with a lot of other reviews I have read for them.

Went to Golf Mill Ford to purchase a truck. I went there because they had the truck I wanted. Sales guy was pretty good and actually the finance manager was very good.
Overall I would purchase from them again.

Showed me a couple of different vans but not the one I initially inquired about. When we decided to put money down
to hold a car for the weekend since we did not have time to complete the purchase process they said they would
accept the money but not guarantee they would not sell the vehicle to someone else

I emailed the dealer several times asking for pictures of the vehicle because none were posted. I got several responses from 5 different people asking me for my phone number and inviting me to come look at it. Still no pictures. I am not driving three hours for a bait-and-switch.

I made an appointment to specifically see the vehicle I contacted them about. This appointment was confirmed several times by them using email, text and phone calls. I drove an hour to get there, only to find out the person I was told to ask for is not even a sales person, but works the internet department. The sales person I was then assigned went to get the keys for that vehicle, only to come back saying they no longer have it, it went to auction. I made the appointment the day before, it was even confirmed again by them an hour and half before the appointment. The communication within the dealership and computer systems was very frustrating.

Never go to this dealer. They will lie and tell you the vehicle is there when in reality its not. They will try and sell you another vehicle. If you want to get taken advantage of and ripped off go to this dealer. Very bad customer service too they will treat you like a dog

I made an appointment to come the next morning. Upon arrival after 10-15 minutes
of waiting i went and found the salesman. The vehicle had been sold the night
before. I was amazed and angry that the dealership had not notified me and saved
me a 90 minute drive. I had almost the same experience with this dealer in 2021,
called and made an appointment and upon arrival the vehicle was not at that
dealership. They called their other dealership and said it was sold. Fool me twice i
guess. Caveat emptor

I've received the call to come out and just drive the car got to the dealership when they discovered that they no longer had the car I called a couple days later and they stated that they had the car totally confused terrible experience

I contacted them about a specific car and they emailed, texted, and called me asking when I could come in to see it. I made an appointment after asking if the car i wanted was still available and they said it was. I drove an hour to get there and was told that they sold the car the day before and that this never happens, even though all the other reviews say the same thing. I should’ve listen to the reviews. They’re total scumbags and don’t care about anyone’s time.

If I could give negative stars I would. They do not
care for their customers at all. They lie and are not
honest. Not looking out for your best interests. Do
not go here. They said they had a car on their lot
and I drove over an hour to come look at it. When I
got there they said they auctioned it off. They tried
to show me other vehicles which I wasnât interested
in. I was persistent about the other vehicle and then
the manager came clean and admitted it was at
another dealership. I asked why did you say on the
phone it was here? Why did you lie to me when I
got here as well?? No answers for either. Do not go
here.

Unfortunately the vehicle I was interested in was sold despite still showing up as being available. Luckily I live 5 minutes from the dealership so I really didn't mind the mix up. I'm sure if I lived further, it definitely would have unnerved me quite a bit. After all this Jacob and company were helpful in trying to find me another vehicle within my budget. If a vehicle does pop up in their inventory I'm interested in, I wouldn't hesitate to head on over.

Had similar experience as some of the other reviews. Scheduled a test drive, the dealership confirmed, I arrived for the test drive, never met the people with whom I communicated, and was told the car was not on the lot nor available. This is after I had specifically asked those questions in my first interaction. The dealership proceeded to try to sell me a different car. I will not purchase from this dealer as if this is how they start the relationship, then there is more trouble ahead.

Good experience purchasing a used vehicle, very pleased with the salesman who worked with us. Would recommend them in the future!
The classic bate and switch with vehicles, then the next new vehicle they tried to sell me had 5800 mile on it. It's actually
the Ford 150 listed on this site, they are still showing it with 6 miles and says DEMO on windshield. I attempted to
negotiate at .15 cents a mile discount and they asked me to leave. I have never been to such an unprofessional Ford
dealership. .

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Appointment scheduled for view and test drive, confirmed by dealership several times, to then on appointment day, arrived at dealership, was never acknowledged, and was told vehicle was not there. Major waist of my time!!

Wow! Deluge of hollow promises and shameless pressure campaign to hand over you credit card NOW before even the smallest of their promises are fulfilled.
They say first come first serve, but their interest and courtesy will disappear if you don’t hand over your credit card instantly when demanded. Their view: If you expect the answers your were promised before surrendering to their high-pressure, dishonest approach, “You’re not a serious buyer.”
I had them take the car to a mechanic of my choosing, but struggled to get in touch with them afterward. Several more empty promises later and they sell the car out from under you. Not one word. Not one reliable promise to communicate.
They say they move a lot of cars. Dishonest double-speaking salesmen normally do. High pressure, hollow promises, manipulation, and the lack of basic courtesy define my experience with Golf Mill Ford.

When we talk about working on the price a little I just got an answer that is already good deal what do I want more when,windshield is cracked,back tires completely even like asphalt,big dent on the door... I just walked out disappointed

I should give them no stars as this was the worst experience I have ever had. Let me
recap: I called before leaving my home to verify the van was still available and then an
hour and a half later when we arrived the salesman said they it had a bad transmission
and sent it back to the auction. Really!! They have no consideration of your time and
many of the sales people did not wear mask. What was the topper to this was the
salesmen went to get the van and was gone for about 20 minutes and drove up a ford
van and wanted to sell us this.
We will never refer or purchase anything from this dealership.

Did contact them regarding a vehicle that the have posted on line
i was told the vehicle is here runs good it has 35K on it and ready
to go, so did set up an appointment and drove 1 hour to test
drive it when i got there the vehicle was no where to be found so
they told there excuse and also said that it will be ready either the
same day or the following morning so again another hour driving
back home, after 2 hours or so i did receive a phone call telling
me that the vehicle doesn't have 35 Thousand miles but 2000+
Thousand miles on it. A DISGRACE.

Dealers can be stalkers which is why i can't stand car shopping through dealerships. Contact me so much, I'm not calling back because they're annoying, despite them have a cool car at a good price... There's other cars out there, hopefully at places that aren't so pushy. Hey... If i don't call or text back, there's a reason why. Also would have been GREAT to know what they were calling about, not just that they have some exciting news for me. If they had mentioned on their multiple voicemails they had the orange Scion tC that i was interested in, i probably would have returned their calls.

I,ve talked to two sales people at the dealer and laid out the questions i have
on the vehicle. Neither knew any of the answers, nor were able to get the

they did contact me numerous times and I explained my concerns with the car but made them an offer they said the would get back to me which then all of the sudden they stopped contacting me and then I found the car out in St Charles Illinois so I guess instead of telling me that they did not except my offer they either sold my car to another dealer or traded it for something else. not happy with the way I was treated, even though I had concerns with the car which I was honest about I wish they were honest with me.

Asked for a price on a car. The next four emails were them trying to get my personal email and phone number. When they finally realised I wasn't going to give them either they told me the car had sold the previous day and tried to sell me a car I had no interest in.
Absolutely horrible , A sales person e-mailed me a confirmation to test
drive a used f 250 . When I arrived they said they were going to pull it up
for a test drive. After about 25 minutes the salesman finally said let's go
then on our way to test drive the truck he tells me they sold it yesterday .
Then he tried to get me to test drive a dodge ram with 190,000 miles on it
and it was only a 6 cylnder and he wanted 3,500$ more than the price of
the f 250 I came to see. I feel that golf mill Ford is not interested in
anyone as a customer unless you are buying brand new. I will never shop
there again. This is the old bait and switch and dealers that are this
dishonest don't deserve my business.

Although the car was advertised as Lariat, when I went to the dealer we found
that this car a XLT model however they offer to worked out the price to reflect
that it is only XLT model, Salesman was very courteous and I was treated
good.

They contacted us several times and we did visit and buy the car. Not
impressed with the "surprise" upcharges which we refused and which were
then removed. In the end we wound up buying the car for the advertised
price, which was a good price. All in all not bad compared with other
dealers antics.

Great customer service as to other dealers
They contacted me immediately, but when i called back they told me they
had the car I was interested in. The person i spoke with Adriane told me to
come to the dealer and ask for her. when I showed up 30 minutes later she
was gone and the vehicle was sold earlier that day. I will never go back.

Purchased new car from out of state. The car was delivered with bolt in tire, scratch on paint and the bolt in tire was the missing bolt from front splitter. The sales person told me they would take care of everything, but month later.....nothing. He claims they sent two separate deliveries, but nothing. They are liars. Then another associate gets involved name Melissa and tells me that she will take care of everything.....three weeks later...nothing! Terrible, terrible people. Please stay away as they know nothing about customer service.
