Everything went smooth. Most of my transaction was over the phone due to living a couple of hours away. MJ was my salesman and he did a great job helping with any questions or concerns that I had. After agreeing on price and allowing Andrew to try and beat the current rate that I presented from my credit union, he was able to do so by a quarter percent. When we arrived at the dealership, MJ had the car clean, fueled, and ready for a test drive. He was knowledgeable and friendly throughout the entire process. There were a couple of items that needed to be ordered for the car and MJ has been following up with me on the status. Once everything was signed, we drove away happy. Unlike most dealerships, we were in and out of Golden Motors in about an hour. Thanx to MJ and the entire Golden Motors family for making this purchase a great one.

Having delt with them yet! Was only looking. They did however contact me. After I told the. I was only looking rt now, I was t hounded, or pushed to go ahead and buy something. I still owe on a classic hotrod, and at this time just looking at the exact one I want. When I get ready, I will do business with the one I was texted by, and still have his contact number. Hopefully in a few months or more.

Great experience. It was worth the almost two hour drive. They handed us the Carfax report immediately and let us inspect and let us test drive the car for as long as we wanted. Everything about the car was as stated, no surprises. I drove off the lot with this car.

The customer service was absolutely amazing, I did nothing but laugh and smile the entire process! I did come to see the vehicle before they had an opportunity to clean or service it so I was a bit disappointed at the beginning but the sales associate Bryton assured me that all of my concerns would be taken care of before the vehicle was delivered to me. Overall great experience!

Wonderful experience from start to finish. The entire team is amazing.
Probably one of the best used car dealerships I have been to. The communication with the sales staff was great and the GM was very accommodating. Selling our used car was also a unique and easy experience as it was sold within 30 minutes at a live online auction as we watched it. They also made sure our vehicle was in perfect mechanical condition before purchase. I would definitely go there again if I am looking for another vehicle.

I have yet to purchase but the dealer was cordial and kind. I felt no pressure and he wanted to help assist me.
Drove an hour and half to inspect, drive and make a deal with $20k budget I have. The whoever was in charge wouldn't even open a dialogue about the price, instead asked if I'd agree to let them run my credit to get me financed through one of their partnered lenders.
Everything to that point was very pleasant interaction. I dont believe I will every use them especially if a vehicle is as over priced as the one I was there for.

Contacted them in hopes of purchasing said truck. A few emails went back and forth and they asked me to send some pictures of my current truck, vin and mileage so they could give me an estimate on trading. I never received any kind of reply with a estimate or even hey sorry but the truck is sold. They just left me hanging.

Dealership specializes in lift kits. We were treated very well. Employees are extremely nice and helpful. I have to mention the detailing/cleanliness of their cars and trucks. It is unbelievable!
