Golden Cars

The signs said the dealer opened at 10AM. The dealer didn't show until 11:30 AM. The Jeep was dirty. The lights didn't want to come on. He had to play with the switch until they came on and stayed on. The blinkers wouldn't stay on, the screen on the radio was shattered nor would it come on and there were 2 recalls that had not been taken care of. Not to mention all the rust on the undercarriage. I brought up the fact that there were major repairs I would have to take on if I purchased the Jeep. The sales person was not willing to deduct the cost of the major repairs from the price. He tried to gas light me into believing that once he took the Jeep to an establishment where he gets the safety and emissions performed all the issues would be taken care of in a couple of days. I told him the Jeep had been listed for several months. Then he tried the scare tactic "if you don't buy it I can sell it at auction." Well guess where it's sitting still on his lot.
