I like this dealership very nice cars clean I will buy another car from this dealership soon I bought two cars from them and very happy with the cars that I bought the listing that I found at the time when I was looking for the vehicle that I wanted with the the color that I wanted and with all the options sunroof leather interior he was the only dealership that had all the checked all the boxes I would recommend friends and family to buy a vehicle here

Man I’m so happy!!! I was back home in TX on thanksgiving just searching cars bc I was tired of riding the train and an electric scooter, it’s so dangerous. I messaged the dealer for more information on a Prius C. Same weekend I received a message with more info. I quickly was given an appointment in Lawndale/Hawthorn area that very first Monday of the week. That initially showed me fast service and great customer service. So automatically I already trust the dealership. I texted my dealers representative Erick, man he went the extra mile with communication. Turn around answers in minutes. We scheduled a meeting to test drive the car right away. I show up, check out the car, test drove it about 3 times. I was so happy. Erick helped me apply for financing so fast. I was sure I was going to get denied bc my credit is a little low due to life events this past year…but I got approved with a low down payments ! I love the car. THANK YOU ASK FOR ERICK!

The dealer, Igor, was absolutely fantastic. I scheduled an appointment with him to test drive a Hyundai Elantra. Igor showed up on time and we tested the car. The car ended up being exactly what I was looking for. Igor told me that he always drives the cars that he sells so he can troubleshoot any issues the car might have. He showed me a video of the brakes and told me that I had 30% of the brake pads left. Igor's communication skills through the whole process was excellent. He was constantly in touch with me through text messages. We picked up the car on Saturday August 10th. Yesterday, Wednesday August 14th, he sent me a text that the registration was complete and we would be getting the registration in the mail in the next couple of days. I would have to say that Igor was the most honest and professional car dealer I have ever met.

It was second time that I came to Igor to get a car from him and he did not disappoint. This time got a 07 Passat Wagon from him. The car was in immaculate condition. The price for the car was even better! He told me everything that they have repaired on the car. And did not lie about if there might be anything else that I have to pay attention to for the future. Overall great experience. Igor is a great guy, and even though he has a small office, he is doing an amazing job to give you a car for the best possible price that he can. Recommend to go to him!!!

The owner responded immediately to my call. It was a little confusing because the office number was forwarded to his cell and the number was not familiar when the phone rang. The owner was helpful and honest regarding the vehicle. This may not be the car buying experience you are used to. There is no lot to browse with rows of cars. The owner met me in a parking lot with my choice for a test drive and we returned to his small office where the paperwork was completed efficiently. They covered the DMV fees unlike other dealers. This is a small business and the low overhead means you will get a fair deal.

Recently I put a deposit on a 2004 yellow Toyota Matrix after the initial test drive. The next day, I asked for a mechanic’s report, and Igor said he didn’t have one, only that if something had been broken it would have been fixed when his guy checked the car. I took the car to my mechanic and decided not to buy it because the AC was absolutely not working. Igor let me know that the $200 deposit was non-refundable (a fact he had neglected to mention before) and offered to “charge” the AC for free or “service” it for $45, which sent up all sorts of red flags. If it was a cheap fix, why didn’t he fix it before listing? Overall shady experience, but lesson learned. I’m glad it was a $200 mistake and not a $3800 one. Also, check the Yelp reviews. I wish I had.

Dear Katrina, it's a costumer's right to take vehicle for a pre-sale inspection without leaving a hold deposit or paying for vehicle. By leaving a hold deposit, you're requesting us to remove vehicle from the marketplace, we removed it from all the websites for 3 days per your request and then you've decided to take it for a pre-sale inspection. We did inform you that deposits are nonrefundable. Air Conditioner was serviced the same day, and yes, it cost us only $45. We offered you to cover the cost of this minor issue, however you rejected.

I recommend buying from him. Very helpful and great deal I got. He will not hide anything he knows about the car and this is the type of dealer I was looking for.
Igor was wonderful. Communicative, attentive, and
dependable. He's very clean, too! He's presentable, organized,
and professional. Some of these car dealerships or offices are
really dirty and gross - I saw it more than once when shopping
for a car. But Igor keeps a very organized place. I recommend
working with him to find your next car :)

such a great guy , incredible customer service !
for sure he sells cars that he personally puts in the time and resources to make sure the new customer will have a legitimate deal
he is extremely upfront and honest
I bought a 2005 Chrysler 300c from him and it was such an easy transaction
I had many follow up questions about the cars history and recommendations for the maintenance the week after I bought it ,... within moments of texting him , he was responsive and had accurate advisory for me
I literally saw car on internet , met him and drove it , agreed on his asking price and within an hour at his office the deal was done and I drove home
SUPER HAPPY
within 10 days , I received registration / sticker and title
if he has a vehicle you are interested in
take the time and meet him and do the deal !

Went to meet with the dealer looked at the car, paid for the car took it to my mechanic, who said return this car it is not worth the money I spent for it. The car had several problems that would total more than what I paid for it.
