Buyer beware! The price shown on the listing is not the price of the vehicle… the black out package is $2,600 more and is NOT OPTIONAL. It has already been applied to the car, but is not disclosed in the price. Very shady and incredibly disappointing when you are shopping with a specific budget in mind.

10/10 very transparent
When I arrived to the bldg, there was a receptionist that welcomed myself and daughter. He was very professional and friendly. My salesperson came and greeted us and showed us to her cubicle to gather information. She stated that they don’t accept outside lending when I offered my own financing with my bank. She wanted to know what price point I wanted to stay at but gave me a price 7,000 more than listed price quoted to me. She showed us to the showroom to view car inside before taking it out to test drive. She came back shortly and stated the car wouldn’t start and the anti theft immobilization kicked in for some odd reason. She asked for a few minutes. After waiting for a bit, she came inside and said the car was ready to drive. I drove the car around the block a few times, smelled a burning smell and the red engine light popped back on. Basically while waiting inside I asked to see the car again and it was brought to the back so that someone could clear codes. I left

Had been in contact a number of times to inquire about this vehicle. was told that veiwing was by appointment only. So I set up a date and time based on what the rep said that they had
available. I reveived another call from someont who claimed to be a manager confirming the date and time for a veiwing. I then called the morning of the reserved day and once again confirmed
my viewing time. Was told that everything was set for me to arrive. I drove 38 miles, arrived early was asked to wait which was not a problem because I was early. I was then greeted by
somebody I had never spoken to taken back to his cubicle and he literally spent five minutes with small talk and thern told me that the vehicle that I had reserved time to see, drove over 30 miles,
confirmed multiple times via phone had sold the night before at 6:30pm. I would never recommend or buy from them
Something is just not right about their business practices
They are charging almost 3k dealer addition on the car
that customers have no way to verify if its true. Black
rims window tint on a use vehicle the previous owner
could have done that and in some send the vehicle

Wanted to much - added on a blackout package that they said they added to car. When I saw picture on line
the blackout was added and I thought it came from the factory like that but they stated they added that to the
vehicle which added an additional $2,690 to the price.
I had sent them picture of my trade in, VIn # and mileage
Get this, this dealership will not even let you test drive their car unless you commit beforehand to buy the vehicle!
Not joking at all, this is their actual policy. Needless to say, my wife and I were very upset when we learned about
this ridiculous policy AFTER we arrived for our appointment. Unbelievable how a company thinks they can make
someone commit to buying before even doing a test drive. Run don't walk away from this company!

I purchased a BMW X4 in September of this
year. They replaced one of the car emblems
with one that does not match. When I
questioned Quintin my salesman, he said âthey
are all that wayâ. I researched and showed
him pictures that it was not correct. He
basically lied to me and was not interested in
the fact it wasnât correct. Itâs been 5 weeks
and I have not heard back about a new
emblem, and I am sure that I wonât. I will be
paying $200 to dealer now to fix it
It's a no for me. The process was stressful and
intense! Three different car salesmen talked to
me about how this was the best deal... blah blah.
The price changed from what it said on the
website for Cargurus and other websites. I don't
remember car buying being this intense. If I said
no because I didn't agree with a price change,

Frustrating experience. No response for two days. I reached out again and received an email to make an appointment to see the car. I am 600 miles away. I reached out again 3 different people responded.
Read the small print. Wanted to add about $3,000 to the price plus other “fees”. They gave me a trade in value approximately $15,000 under the written offers of 3 other dealers. When I informed them of that, no one ever responded back. Too bad, I really wanted to buy their car. Never again.

They insisted upon making a reservation and promised the car woukd be ready for viewing but the car was not ready until 40 minutes later. Wires were not connected on the door and they added an affectionate 2700 to the price fir a blackout package. I asked what it was for and was told it was gor a ceramic tent and maintenance to get the car ready for sale. I've bought many cars before and normally maintenance and detailing are not tacked on extra and especially to the tune of almost 3 grand. Plus the car was dusty and the hood was rusting. Horrible experience...
The cars pictures looked presentable but I was basically carfished when I saw it in person. The audacity to present me a dirty vehicle was in itself insulting and to make matters worse, held me hostage for hours without allowing me access to my car keys, promising to make a good deal and not once did they change the ridiculous fees and blatantly lied to my face for hours saying the hidden fees were fair. I asked for my keys to walk away from their bad deal multiple times but they kept insisting on helping me make a good deal and taking my time until they closed. They were also very demeaning in their way of speech when I told them why I didn’t want a dirty and over priced car with their ridiculous hidden fees. Not once did they change the price, but moved numbers around as if they were doing me favor and had the audacity to say I was making them lose money when clearly the paperwork read otherwise.

There are several hidden fees that they don’t tell you about until after you’ve already test driven the car. I was going to end up having to pay $4000 more for the car WITH a nice* trade-in by the time all the fees were added. First dealer (Camelia) was not helpful whatsoever. She then grabbed Sam, whom I had made an appointment with over the phone just a couple days before. We talked about how their fees for detailing the car were severely overpriced, considering the car was filthy and had a major ding in the driver’s door and a large crack in the rear tail light when we got there. Sam proceeded to state that he had no idea we had an appointment and that they were all unaware of these 2 (very noticeable) damages and that they also had not had the car long enough (over a week) to get it cleaned up for us (knowing that we had an appointment to come see it). All I can say to this dealership is do better.

They blew the sale. I told them I detailed my car and brought a
huge down payment of cash with me and they gave me a
salesman who knew knowing at all about the car, didn't talk
during the test drive, didn't shake my hand, and pretended like
he couldn't hear the mechanical problems with the car.
