Very good, no problem with them.
Very helpful and nice service. Salesman Mr. Eddie is communicative and ready to help. Nice place to be. Unfortunately, today used cars are overpriced at all over dealerships in our country. Ten years old van is priced 28K. Wonder when this nonsense will stop and by whom? I’ve seen in another dealer ProMaster van with 400K miles for 27K unbelievable crazy time for small businesses.

While I did not purchase the vehicle, it was clean and detailed for test driving. Wish they would have spenta bit more time going over the features before test driving.

The listing did describe the conditions of the interior and exterior of the vehicle.
There was parts missing from the vehicle.
The manual , the spare tire, and the jack.
The salesman was not helpful in furnishing those items missing.
The vehicle was clean and ready to test drive.
The staff was friendly.
No I would not recommend the dealer to my friends.

Contacted me immediately. Easy to work with the polite staff and owner onsite. Vehicles are super clean and live up to the descriptions online. I purchased Suburban in just few short hours and will definitely be back!
This place never responded to my inquiry,then my wife and I decided to just go and see the truck and The salesman named Jesse did not even bother showing us the vehicle before he asked are you financing or paying cash! He must not have been in the mood to make money. Either way Jesse I did have the full price in cash but that’s not how you treat a customer. Left there and bought a 2011 Cadillac Escalade cash in Bridgeview.

Very nice salesman. Car was not quite ready when I arrived. Needed to be repaired, cleaned and detailed. I found another at a different dealership while waiting but the dealership tried. If the car was ready I would have been happy.

seem like nice people n the phone.
I contacted this dealer and told them I was a mechanic. I told them I lived approximately 2 hours from their dealership. I wanted to know if there was any fluid leaks on the truck. The woman could not answer the question. She attempted to transfer me to another person after she took my name & phone number. I spoke to someone about the truck they said it was the boss. I think is name was Michael. He never return my call regarding whether or not the truck had any leaks.I figured they didn't want to answer my question or didn't care. Either way. They have my number.

What a wonderful experience. Our salesman was knowledgeable and great

my driveway. Had a chance to meet the owner and he was a great guy as

Dealer replied to questions I had with no problem however the van i was interested in was not in the great shape I expected. The van was very overpriced according to Kelly blue book.
Very professional, knowledgeable, friendly people, refreshingly "transparent" and honest about what they do and how they do business. I appreciate that they took the time to answer all my questions, and allay my concerns during the process of finding and choosing the right vehicle. I look forward to doing business with them when I am ready to purchase my next car.

Their place was clean. They were friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful.
Cars were reasonably priced.
Car was perfect. Was mislead by Ivan explained my credit situation and called 3 times talked 3 different people all told me the same thing. Drove an hour and 30mins to get there test drove the car loved it. Was told their was nothing they could do for me even with a decent down payment and a co signer.. Still want the car but would like to deal with someone who's attitude isn't so horrible and someone that's willing to help. Ivan's customer service skills was not so great

contacted them via this website and They texted me back right away. After some discussion, we decided to drive 2 hours to their dealership. We were helped by a gentleman named Ivan and he was very considerate and knowledgeable. My daughter test drove a vehicle and ended up purchasing her very first car from them. It was a great experience and we will be back

Got quick response via email, then phone , then a 2nd email. The 2 emails from 2 different people both stated vehicle went to auction, phone call from a 3rd person said they believed car was there come on up but then as we spoke said oh it may not be here .. so contacted and quick response just ask many questions to make sure vehicle is on lot before going. Overall friendly responses on 2nd two.first was shirt and cold.

I received quick and candid communication from the sales staff regarding
my future car. Everything from the test drive, negotiating the purchase,
obtaining financing (their rate beat my credit union's) and the final
preparation of the vehicle was handled in a professional and no-pressure
manner (as a comparison I recently purchased another used car from a
large dealership and it was a HUGE pain getting the price I was promised
and avoiding all the worthless add-ons). An extremely knowledgeable
and friendly staff made this a very positive car buying experience.

Great place to buy a car or truck. Joe and his team where a pleasure to deal with. I was in and out in about an hour with the cars I wanted at a fair price and with no games. I normally hate the buying experience at most places but not here at G motor cars. Car sales like it should be.
