Was promised the rear lift gate latch assembly, I have not received it yet. Please inform Global Imports to do what they said that they will do on the above ordered parts.
1/29/2026 drove 60+ miles with preapproved loan in hand and Test drove it. tailgate light displayed on dash. Ask Chris the sales person about it. Trunk could not open. He said it’s frozen due to the cold weather. He offered to reduce the price or fix the tailgate and both front tires. Sat down to do paperwork and he did not have the title to the vehicle as a credit union request requested. I left very disappointed didn’t feel good about the transaction. Chris said it would take about a week to get it cause it’s still tired of at the auction place where he bought the car. On 1/31/26 Chris Calling said he got the title. I drove back up there on 2/2/26 after discussions. Truck not on lot. He said someone was test driving it. I waited for close to an hour and the vehicle never came back to the lot. He said he would call thepolice if the people testing the car weren’t back next 1.5 hrs. Said he couldn’t hold the truck for me because I didn’t leave a deposit. Very suspect!!
Terrible pics of inside of car were not what you see when you looking at it person. Said there was no damage this car was water damaged beyond control. They never mentioned it . I drove 2 hours to open car door and get blown away with mold and dead animal smell and water leaking ing out of roof and what was left in ceiling and seats and console. Would never recommend them to anyone.they are a rip off.didnt drive it . They asked how I liked it and I I told them water damaged beyond control. Waste of time

I appreciate the positive experience I had last weekend at Global Imports, with James as my salesperson. Their transparency was apparent as they allowed us to take the vehicle for a long test drive, and then to a nearby mechanic for a complete inspection. This took the car off the lot all day on a busy Saturday, which limited the dealer's ability to show other shoppers the car, and I appreciate their willingness to cooperate. Their willingness to negotiate on the price was a plus, and I feel that I got a fair deal, I had been tracking the pricing for 2014 Camrys for several weeks and had collected ample sales data on which to base my price expectations. The process of payment and paperwork was completed swiftly, making it a hassle free experience overall. Highly recommend working with James at Global Imports, and using CarGuru to track your vehicle pricing prior to your purchase.
This place was the worst of the worst. They pretend to not speak English unfortunately for them I know Spanish and kept it to myself so i knew everything that was said. ... when they did finally understand English it's ABOUT MONEY which they added 2k on top the price of truck. So finally when it got time to test and try the product... The car wouldn't start ! I actually waited around to see if it need simple jump nothing. I ask about 2 other cars. Majority of what u see not for sale can't pass emissions or won't start.... garbage place

Had already received pre qualification thru 2 different lenders and when I got contacted that day the salesman was decent and acted as if they
was going to work with me, the next day another salesman contacted me and everything was different, said I had to fill out another credit app,
that my pre qualification was no good and I had to work with there lender if I wanted financing. Also, the first salesman had said one price and
the next day the 2nd one told me that there was no way i could get it for that price. Bad experience and I was treated like I wasn't good
enough to buy a car from them, like they was doing me a favor letting me buy a car from them.

if this dealership would be rated 0 i would have done so in a heart beat.i had the worst
experience with this dealership in my life. I have never met a desperate ,untrusted
,unfaithful ,un considerate ,inhuman. un professional dealership whose job is to rip off
customers money in broad day light without selling them the car.i wanted to buy toyota
matrix .they used my credit card and they did not give me the car because i didnt have the
other balance .decided to sell the car to someone else and forged reasons to rip my
2000$.up to this time there still holding my money and coming up with reason not to make
a refund of my 2000$ . apparently am paying high interest on the money they off my credit
card. please stay way from this cheap dealership they will do anything to hold your money
AND SELL THE CAR TO SOMEBODY ELSE. DISGUISING WITH THE WORD
DOWNPAYMENT NON REFUNDABLE.

Contacted them about a test drive and some questions - very interested in buying the car. After some ongoing communication they stopped responding all together - when I followed up they informed me the car was already sold. Would have appreciated better proactive communication, but not mad the car sold because I understand that part of it.

I was there on 05/07/2021 and I did a drive test on a sedona 2011 (4:40 pm) and retorned it at 5:00pm, Jimmy was very nice and they are very kind with clients, I recommend them 100%
Erik spoke to us and was completely unhelpful. The first car we wanted to see was parked in the middle of 6 or 8 cars and he told.us " That car has lots of miles." The other car from the website we wanted to see he said we couldn't drive because it won't start becuase it needs the alternator replaced. He said he had another vehicle on his other lot which he said was just 2 miles down the road we could go there and see if we wanted to. He gave us the address and we headed that way. GPS says it is 8 miles away not 2, and when we get there the even less helpful sales and service people say the car is back at the lot we just left. Rediculous.
A very small dealership (I know size doesn't really matter too much), but several cars weren't in good looking condition. I went to test drive an SUV they had there & they had to jump start a car to move out the way so I could pull off, then they had to jump start the car I wanted to take. Also the car was in poor condition including the engine.

Negotiated a good deal with James.
We came Salem, AL to get this car, and the test drive was good. We were sold, and my Mother asked if it will get us back to Montgomery. They said yes. On our way back home, the Battery was dying, smoke was coming from the exhaust, the Power Steering was stiffening, and we had pullover on the side of the freeway to get it towed for $300. These people had the gall to lie to me, my Mother, that it would make the trip, and it didn't. I was tricked into signing a contract so I won't Sue them. The car was As Is, but that shouldn't mean it needs a Ton of work to be fully functional. This was not good business. I hope we come to some kind of resolution, or we'll have to take drastic action.

Answered the phone promptly and answered my questions, was honest and straight forward about the condition of the auto.
Customer service was poor when I told the car salesmen I was interested in this
vehicle. It didn't seem like he cared to sale me the car so I asked for another
sales person. Never got a new sales person I just hung up. I never got a chance
to find out about the inventory because I didn't feel welcomed and he didn't
ask...

DO NOT GO HERE. Just got back from this place and they tried to say I scratched one of their cars after I test drove the car and realized it wasn't what I wanted. They told me they have video
footage of me scratching it but never pulled up the footage and then threatened to call the cops which they never did. Do yourself a huge favor and do not come here if you dont want to be
falsely accused of something you didn't do. I never thought I would write a review on how bad a place is but my god this place is awful. 0/5 stars is what I really wanna put.

I made an appointment to come put money on this truck and they sold it from under me with in a few hours of me making the appointment. They never contacted me to let me know it was sold until I got there for my appointment. A complete waste of time and money I spent to come in. I hated the service I was given when I got there. I was asked if i would like to see anything else but why when the service i was given was already on a bad start. I give this place a huge negative absolutely horrible

I’m not sure what kind of a place this is but it seems like a one pop shop that is not up with technology in the least little bit. I was interested in a vehicle they had that they posted on the internet for all the world to see. But when I called and tried to bargain they said I hade to come into the store. Well first of all I am 6 states away and don’t have time to just run right on over to your little store. Secondly I don’t have to come to see the vehicle just to bargain with you and believe it or not my bank would have wired you the money! It is not a scam. Banks can send money this way. This little “dealership” needs to getvwith the times or the owner needs to just retire already and go raise tomatoes. Everything is bought and shipped via the internet and there is no reason these idiots can’t do the same. I don’t recommend this place for nothing. Everything that was asked was automatically a strong “NO”.

it had been sold-----suggested other vehicles similar to the
one I had asked about. No complaints!
