Not accommodating. They say you must come to the dealer in person to do business. I
don't have transportation to get there. They don't deliver vehicles you must come to pick it
up.

Maya was great. Loved the car. When I went to buy it the car PSI fees were outrageous. No other dealer ever charged me these before. They did reduce them somewhat but it still caused my car total sales price to be higher than anticipated.

This dealer was terrible. I called multiple times before I went asking if I would be able to test drive it, and he said yes. I get there, the car is collecting dust, battery dead, and he didn’t let me test drive. He was making up numbers but couldn’t give me a theoretical estimate. It felt like he was trying to con me, maybe because I’m a young female, who knows why? He didn’t tell me about the accident on the car and wasn’t answering any of my questions. Also, it said the car was $12,999 on the site but when I got there, he was saying it was $15000 and he wouldn’t negotiate. The car was not in good condition and not certified for him to up the price like that. And now it’s saying on the site that the car is $17,890. Definitely not worth it and very unprofessional. I drove an hour and thirty minutes to go look at the car for Bill (the seller) to try to con me.

willing to address any of my questions.
Shady Dealership, Called about 10 times on separate occasions to get a more accurate pricing on a Genesis G80 because I’ve noticed some fees in the fine print, when asked about it they my number and promise for a call back with price. But when it comes to coming in they are really eager for that smh

It was a very good car dealer experience with Mike Mangano. He is patient and interested in
whatyou want-- not what he thinks you should buy from the dealer. Peggy ws the initial person I
spoke to via email. She was interested in helping me find my car also.
I woule definitely recommend Global Auto to anyone seeking a car dealr who puts you frist.

Good customer service
Worked with Matt Reiger on the purchase of a Kia Sportage. Matt was completely upfront with everything. He answered every question that I asked, and I asked many. If he wasn't sure of something, he found the answer. I would definitely recommend Matt as he is a good communicator and saalesman.
I was contacted right away by Curtis which was good. I was told vehicle was available I asked to place a deposit on it to hold until I could get there the next day(since I live 2.5 hrs away) was 1st told ok then a manager Tom I believe said no. Then a sales man called and text me about he would hide the car and keys for me, that he is good at it. Next text was someone is looking at the car , ok they bought a dif one, I will re hide it.. Next text there are 6 people here looking at ur vehicle, it's a bidding war. I reply tell them it's sold, I tried to make a Dep on it and was told no tho, & I am going to buy it once I get there. Next text its sold.. Makes me wonder if they really had it, supposedly it was on the site for over 90 days & on the day I call for it 7 people are there for it & a bidding war.. After it was "sold" a friend of mine called dealer asking absame vehicle and they were told yes it's still available. I don't get a good feeling about the dealerships trust worthiness.
First saw the car on CG. Continued my
research on Hyundai of America and KBB
websites. On all 3 the car was listed for a
certain price including the dealerships
description of car. Contacted the dealer to
discuss price was told by Anastasia I could
only negotiate at the dealership. Tried to
explain I was 99 miles away she said that’s
their policy. She also told me that there was
a $1295 reconditioning fee. I asked her why
a car listed as CPO needed to be
reconditioned. Anastasia referred me to her
manage Kevin. He explained the listed
price is the Pre CPO price I pointed out
that’s not what is says on the other sites.
He said we need to do that to get it listed
as CPO. Classic old school bait and switch
to get them in. Stay away from these guys.

The car I made a 2 hour trip to look at and purchase was sold to weeks prior, even though I called to double check before I made the trip, they said it was a mistake they thought it was there and then tried to sell me a different vehicle, as if it wasn't a big deal. The car remained on the website for the week after and then I stopped checking the site, so it could have been on longer??
