They were informative and helpful.
Dealer was short on sales staff, waited 30 minutes to get helped only to find out the vehicle had damaged not shown in pictures. Drove 2 hrs there to come back upset and carless.

I went in for a test drive. The car was almost empty, the service engine light was on, and it pulled to the right. I asked to have the light checked and the sales manager told me “I don’t want to put more money in it…it was a trade in that I know I can sell to auction for this price (retail price), but wanted to give the public a chance to buy.” I offered him a price $1500 lower than he wanted, but more than the car was worth. He came down $125. I asked for the car fax, he printed it out and brought it over hiding one page. I looked up the VIN number on my phone and found it was a salvage title sold at auction a month earlier. I walked out. The days of “certified used cars” are over for now. Back to slimy used car salesman tactics.

The online person that I was messaging with was nice and
easy to talk to. Once I got to the dealership, it was a
completely different experience. I was the only person there
to buy something and the guys that were talking to me were
very pushy and very aggressive with their selling. I felt
completely overwhelmed and said that I needed to leave a
few times and they just kept pushing. They also wanted to
add $2k fees on when I got there for the Pre-Owned
Certification, when the listing actually said no hidden fees. I
feel like that is the definition of a hidden fee! And they didn't
come out with their best deal first - it took about 4 or 5 times
back and forth to get to the lowest they would go. I did NOT
buy the car from them because I felt awful during the process.
I bought a car from this dealership in 2012, so I thought it was
going to be a good experience again. I was wrong.

Multiple phone calls were made and received but it was negotiations, without being pushy was wanting to know if I was still interested in the car. My banker emailed them and told them a check had been cut and we was on our way. Since we had to travel to Illinois from Iowa it took about 5 hours. When we got there the car was ready. Only hiccup was I found a missing panel but it was quickly dealt with. Since I have driven several Maximas we didn’t test drive the car because it was rush hour and coupled with tollways we chose not to. Heck the car had less than 4,000 miles. Going from there the process was very simple. We was at the dealership less than 2 hours. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. One more thing the dealership even honored a price drop on the car and gave the “leftover” back to me. Apparently neither me or the banker caught the price drop. But it was nice that they didn’t just take the check and try to sell me any add ons. Again the car was clean and ready.

I was very disappointed and would never go back again. They made promises in writing they didn't keep. The
price of the car was already on line and I asked for an email to confirm what they promised me which was 0%
financing, the price of my trade in and 3 year warranty which they did. The dealership is over an hour from my
house so I scheduled an appointment to see the car. When I got there the car was dirty as well as the
dealership and the salesman didn't know much about the car. Also when discussing purchasing, the price of
the car went up and the price of my trade in went down and 0% financing wasn't available, so what they sent
me in writing was useless/worthless. It obvious they would say or do anything to get you in the door.

While KBB is a nice tool to get an estimate (if you enter every detail in correctly), their estimate is just a computer generated number and will never be used to put an actual value on a vehicle. The dealership had a wide range of new and pre-owned vehicles, which made vehicle options and preferences convenient. My salesman, Omar, was very attentive to my needs, professional, courtesy, and accessible via phone (if needed). The dealership provides a no- hassle atmospheres and offers a wide selection of competitively priced vehicles. The dealership was fully staffed, which creates reasonable wait time for assistance and service. It was clean, comfortable, and spacious. I will contact Glendale Nissan for my future purchases.

I helped a recently widowed mother of four children buy this car. I did all the internet, text, and phone discussions with Glendale Nissan. I
worked with 4 different people in their internet sales department. All 4 were knowledgeable of the process and various discussions I had. The
car purchase included a trade-in. All numbers were agreed to prior to my friends 3.5 hour drive to the dealership. She said the transaction
was handled professionally, in a very timely manner, and with no last minute surprises.

Overall not too excited about my experience. Living far away From the dealership want to know the total cost of the vehicle out the door and they weren’t able to provide that to me over the phone. I was told I needed to be there in person to discuss numbers. On asking price of a $20,000 vehicle that has been on the lot for a few months they weren’t willing to negotiate the price at all what they were asking is what they wanted with no budge. When calculating the total cost with tax title license and financing included the vehicle price was far over the book value. The sales reps on the phone were very polite and prompt to respond via email/text message but they couldnt sell the vehicle which is what car salesman what paid to do.

Dealer Karina lie about the price
When I come they told me she is not here bc her child is sick later I was told the car which I was interested was sold and after I ask for manager he told that each dealer lie about price to bring you in
I left very disappointed, very unprofessional low quality dealer
Made an appointment to test drive this car. The day of my appointment I drove 36 miles one way to get there only to be told the car is out with another customer for 24 hours to see if they want the car! Then they tried to sell me a brand new car! The old bate and switch! I won’t be giving them my business!
I contacted Glendale Nissan regarding this truck on a Sunday. I received an
immediate email back saying that they still had the truck. They called first
thing in the morning and I bought the truck that day. I have bought my last
4 cars from this dealership and having experience at some other
dealerships I would never buy anywhere else than Glendale Nissan. They
are the best. Orlando and Simon made the process seamless. I was in and
out in less than 2 hours.

I live 140 miles from the dealership. I wanted the car, offered a deposit. We
came to a verbal agreement that I would drive down the next day to buy it.
Next day, thirty miles into my trip they call to say they sold it to someone
else after we spoke. I say "I wish I'd made that deposit!" Salesman says it
wouldn't have made any difference. Whoever is there with the money first
gets the car. I understand why they do that, but hey, man... I THOUGHT we
had a deal.

Day #1 . Received a call saying I could come in and see the vehicle
Called later to confirm salesman says car is inside getting detailed
Day #2 . Come to see the car, come to find out it needs some repairs under the hood. I leave a deposit anyway. Salesman says it will be ready when they get the part.
Come back 6 days later and test drive the vehicle was promised a $25 gas card which was not available. After purchasing the vehicle my $100 deposit wasn't returned until a week later.
After driving the car home I notice the bracket that holds the front plate was cracked.
Per -management there is no way to replace it.
But I noticed that all the cars in the lot had the same bracket.
Writing review to let the Cargurus future customers be aware.

The car I was interested in was listed at $25,000 on their website. After subtracting $5,500 for my trade in, they offered the car to me at --- $28,000! The extra $8,000 not included in the advertised price was because id did not qualify for these items: 1) graduated from a four year college in the last two years. 2) Was in the military. 3) Was in a periodic Nissan purchase plan. Luckily, I did qualify for a discount as a current Nissan owner. Otherwise, my price would have been even higher. I thought that this kind of deceit from a car dealer was a thing of the past, but evidently not at this dealership.
