Feels likebBait and switch. In person my wife and I were told 6k markup. A week later dealer responded from Cargurus inquiry. Salesman told me 10k over sticker. Unequitable pricing. Dealers are offering discounts and this dealer is charging over. Shop around people. Dont get taken advantage of here.

Paul told me he’d follow up with me after I looked at a Chevy Bolt that I saw listed on CarGurus. I was there on a weekend, and he said he had to wait until Monday to find out if he could sell the car or if it was still held by the recall. Radio silence after that. I gave him a couple weeks and then I left him a voicemail and sent him an email, and have still heard nothing back. 2 stars because the interactions prior to, and at the dealership, we’re fine.

Called me days later after I asked for a price and photos to inform me the truck was sold.

Very friendly and fast responses to inquiries. Vehicle advertised was in the condition stated. I can only guess that completing a purchase thru this dealer would be textbook. I ended up buying another car with the spec I was after elsewhere, but had that not gone to plan, I would have purchased here. Overall I would say this dealer is trustworthy and professional.

Terrible experience. The advertised price changed when we got there. Then we spent almost an hour negotiating the price right back to where the internet price started. Unpleasant experience all around and made us walk away even though we were ready to buy.
