This dealership is 100% garbage!!!! They are SCAMMERS and advertise cars they do not have! I came from South Jersey and asked multiple times if the White 2019 ILX is still available up until my route there. I was told yes!!! Definitely! I stated multiple times I am not coming for anything else and I was coming from South Jersey. I was assured it was still available! Once I arrived they took my information and ran my credit WITHOUT MY PERMISSION!!! I asked to see the vehicle several times until finally the sales rep comes back with a bogus story!! These dealers need to be penalized for wasting people time and money and running credit without authorization!!! THE 2019 ACURA ILX IS STILLLLLLL LISTED ON THEIR SITE FOR SALE! STAY AWAY AND DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!!!

The dealer was fine. CarGurus had a price on the car that was $8000 cheaper than what the dealer quoted me. Make sure you have the correct price on a car before advertising.

Online salesman was good. When I got to the dealership, the in-person salesman clearly was not interested in what I wanted. After telling him my price range, he kept showing me cars 5-8 thousand more!!

The salesman was pushy, somewhat patronizing and offensive. I didn’t have a lot of time to spend on the test drive and appraisal and when I told him I’d need to leave by a certain time he gave me attitude (even though it had already been triple the amount of time the scheduler assured me it would take).

We traveled a little over three hours to come to this dealership to pick up the car we'd been looking for. They were very busy for a Saturday afternoon. Staff was attentive and we were asked several times if we needed anything while we waited to meet with the sales person. Eventually the salesman and then the finance person met with us and we completed the deal. The ride home was pure enjoyment and the car was perfect.

The dealer contacted me promptly. We met with the dealer and bought this vehicle. The vehicle was fully serviced prior to the sale. They also installed a new battery. The vehicle came with a three month, three thousand mile warranty. A good experience with the sales staff.

We were told the car would be ready to view upon arrival and it wasn't. Also there were two big scratches down the side that they hadn't even tried to buff out. They spent a fews days buffing the scratches during which time we purchased the same used car from another dealer.

Dealer quoted very competitive internet price. Trade in was fair based on Edmunds and KBB. John Stiles was low key and very informative. Didn't have color on lot but found one that was arriving that had exact features we wanted. Bought a Subaru Outback.

The car was not ready for me to drive when i got there after driving an hour to get there. They changed the appt to a different day, called me the night before to confirm then DID NOT call me the morning of my appt to let me know the car wasn't ready. Then they tried to sell me on a completely different car. And dealers wonder why people STILL do not trust car salesmen and dealerships. 2 thumbs down.

Drove from 2 hours to look at a car. Cash ready to go next day. They jerked me around to much. Told me they were to busy to sell me it ended selling to someone else and has yet told me. Car is no longer listed for sale

Responded to email quickly. Told me that the car which was still listed on their website and still is CarGurus (three days later) "had recently been sold". They suggested I might like two other vehicles that were not remotely similar to the one I had inquired about. It seemed like a bait and switch to me. Be careful dealing with them.

This dealership tried many times to get in touch with me, and I was unable to respond. I would certainly say they were not pushy, they kept in touch, and were always polite in their emails.

Received a timely email from this dealer but "tone" of the email was unfriendly and they stated right up that they would not negotiate pricing, so I didn't bother to even go check out the car.
