The salesman took a video of the car sent it to me the day before I was coming in to test drive the car drive halfway across town they told me that someone already has a deposit on the car shady in my opinion

Absolutely awful experience. I contacted this dealership to inquire if the vehicle was still available & 3 different representatives told me it was available. Therefore I set up a day and time to visit the dealership and test drive the vehicle several days in advance. When I got there the sales person told me he was sorry, but the vehicle was unavailable due to a recall. I drove 1 1/2 hour one way to see this vehicle they said was still available. After the sales person said the vehicle was not available a quote unquote "Manager" came over to try and upsell me on a new vehicle which was most likely a part of this dealership's plan all along. No one has contacted me from the dealership since I left on Saturday, August 24, 2024 to offer any restitution for their unsavory business practice. To top that off when I looked at the vehicle online within two days it was marked as "SOLED". Can this dealership be trusted at all???? BEWARE! Absolutely awful experience!!!!!

This dealership lied to me about two things regarding my 2020 Tacoma w/6500 miles: First, that the vehicle had been cleaned and serviced. It had not been. The engine compartment covered in a thick layer of dust making it obvious that nothing was "serviced". As to the cleaning, I found a dog leash, crusty french fries, and the paper mats from the front seat were stashed under my seats. Second, I was told the vehicle had not been in any accidents. It had been and the damage was obvious in the daylight. The dealership had the car for 20 days and had supposedly "inspected" it. I saw the damage immediately in the sunlight (my mistake was trusting them and buying in the evening). I sent pictures of the damage and trash to my salesman, but got zero response. When I reached out to the finance manager I had been working with, I was told that he was sorry and he would talk to those teams, but I had bought the truck used "AS-IS". Don't trust these people. $300 for a new Bull Bar and counting.

sales associates were friendly and personable - just the usual mind-games commonly encountered with respect to final out-the-door price. (i'm 70 yrs old - not my first experience with a car dealer) this was a used vehicle and the detailers missed a couple areas when cleaning but overall not too bad - the owners manual was for a different vehicle - didn't realize until home so ordered correct one online. the spare key fob is non- functional so will take to locksmith to actuate. bottom line - a normal encounter at a car dealership - not a lot to complain about but nothing to brag about either.

The “low” price is not the true price. One has to qualify for their trade assist and finance assist “programs” to get “discounts” but they don’t change the price, which is the higher price. It’s bait-and-hook stuff. Then they want to charge $999 for “pre-delivery service costs.” Is that code language for “extra profit”? It was a beautiful vehicle, but not worth the hassle. Ugh.

Waited at the lot for approximately 30 minutes, no assistance. Solid cash offers shouldn't be handled by commissioned staff, crazy mark up on used cars and longer a car sits the more money dealer loses. There one saving grace management called to apologize for initially poor customer service, however I get the feeling this is not the norm.

I received a quick response (within an hour) from the dealer. I asked for photos of the car I was interested in and they sent me a video, which was nice. I ended up purchasing the car and the salesman I worked with, Ron, was great. The reason this review is not 5 stars is that I had a very negative interaction with the used car sales manager (Tim). His attitude and rudeness caused me to walk out of the dealership. Ron called me an hour later and apologized for Tim's behavior and offered me a little bit of a concession on the price, which I accepted. Ron was awesome, great at communication, and even made sure I got picked up promptly from the rental car location and brought to the dealership when I dropped off a rental I had (since I was coming from out of town to purchase the car). I would highly recommend asking for Ron if you visit this dealership, but don't expect much from the manager.

We felt with the online sales as well as the sales floor. In the end the online sales a guy named Ian took care of us. We were buying a Tacoma and Ian was very knowledgeable and helpful to make my son, first time buyer, comfortable and informed. The dealership is nice and there are tons of other dealerships and different flavors of cars in the area too compare and contrast with.
