Definitely recommending others here. They took into consideration my family and not only did they work there magic to get me a bigger car but a newer one with less miles. Completely beyond satisfied. Wait was a lil long due to complications on my end but we worked through it amoukaled is amazing :)
One of the girls on the staff that I dealt with was very rude. She actually convinced me not to buy a vehicle from. Literally one of the worst dealerships I've ever dealt with.

A bunch of lies. They donāt even deserve one star. Donāt waist your time or money on these scammers. List price is 4 grand less than out the door. Just a bunch of people willing to lie and act like you should be ok forking over extra money that isnāt listed as anything other than dealership fees.

Drove 100 miles round trip with my husband who is a cancer patient to get there, which was explained to them before we wasted the time and money, only to be told the car was sold a week ago. also the price was not what was stated on the internet. A ton of extra fees. Then tried to put me into something else, of course more than I had planned to spend. I told them I should have received some kind of notice about the car being sold, otherwise I would not have driven out there. It was a waste of time and money that I could of used to provide the extras that insurance does not pay for cancer patients. Truly disappointed.

The dealership had a car that the best price for the car but my luck the deal did not happen because when I got to the dealership the car was sold. I gain I missed this opportunity to buy 2019 for that peice.

The salespeople were attentive, communicative, and informative. The price point was much higher with lots of dealer fees that are not
apparent in the price seen on CarGurus. We did some negotiation but it was still over $5,000 higher than the advertised price on CarGurus.

Just add $8,000-$10,000 to their list price so that youāre not blindsided with all of their added fees. The āGettle packageā, dealer prep, and doc fees are gross. Why donāt they just list the car for what they intend to sell it for? Youāll waste your time and energy with Gotcha Gettle trying to haggle you. Run, donāt walk and go somewhere else!

I originally contacted about a vehicle priced @ $10.5k. We drove down that evening to check out the car; it was in excellent condition! We went in to talk numbers... they came out to over $18k after TTL and "the Gettel Advantage" package. I knew better. It's a dealership... there is ALWAYS wiggle room. The numbers didn't jive with what I knew my budget was. We were at $500/mo for 60 months. The sales manager came in to do his part, and he definitely tried, but we all walked away from the table that night without a deal.
While working a deal at another lot, Gettel messaged me. They came down to where I needed to be and I got the car I wanted. They are a great team... just have to do what you're supposed to at a dealer... negotiate. I'd almost give a 5, but my intelligence did feel a bit insulted during the negotiations lol. Thanks to Glenn and Eddie for being patient with me!

I contacted them from Chicago Illinois, negotiated with them and they really gave me a very good deal! The car was a Toyota Highlander with 105k miles. Despite the miles, they really sell it in excellent condition with no details. I brought it from Tampa to Chicago and it is impeccable. Very grateful for the attention of Manny and Ibrahem Hamed. 100% recommended

Bait and switch at its finest! The price on the Highlander is listed on CarGurus for $26,829. I called the dealership and asked what the total price would be before taxes and the young lady (Alexis) told me it would be $33,023.00 before taxes. I asked for a break down and she told me there is $1k discount if I had a trade in and another $1k discount if I was financing through them. I am not trading in a vehicle and I wanted to buy the vehicle with cash. She said there is an appearance package (paint protection) that costs $2995 that can't be removed and there is a dealer fee that is $1,199. Altogether before taxes, the vehicle would cost $33k vs the price it's listed on CarGurus for $26,829. I have a screen shot of both prices if anyone would like to dispute my review. I told Alexis that I am prepared to buy the vehicle with cash in hand for the listed price plus TTL, but I will not be doing business with a company that attempts to deceive their potential customers.

Bait and switch routine from these guys. I drove
3 hours to see this car, drive it, and buy it for their
advertised price of $3019. BUT after a short
drive around the neighborhood behind the
dealership the salesman came back at me with an
out the door price in excess of $10000. When
looking at the invoice they added several
additional thousands of dollars for dealer fees,
he said Ć¢ĀĀthis car doesnĆ¢ĀĀt qualify for our
financing so we subtract that discountĆ¢ĀĀ, and
also Ć¢ĀĀyou donĆ¢ĀĀt get that extra additional
discount off due to not having a tradeĆ¢ĀĀ. What is all
this garbage of unlisted discounts
disclosures and additional fees? ItĆ¢ĀĀs a Toyota
dealership! No offense to buy here pay here, but I
donĆ¢ĀĀt expect this type of not wanting to budge off
their extra fees and not honoring their advertised
price. DonĆ¢ĀĀt waste your time and go somewhere
else where they honor their advertised pricing. Up
until this point I have never been dealt an instant
migraine from dealing with a dealership of any
type.

Worst ATTEMPTED car purchase I have ever
experienced. There appeared to be a seam
coming apart from the convertible top and the
rear glass. I asked for additional pictures of the
spot in question, which I received, that did not
show the true damage. I asked the salesman if
it look liked it leaks and he said he didn't smell
anything and didn't see any water so it looked
good to him. We agree on a price and I drive
FOUR hours to Tampa to pick it up. I was there 5
minutes and left. Not only was the seam loose,
but the entire top of the glass was seperated
from tye top. I could have crawled through the
opening to get into the back seat. To top it off,
after I said I wasn't taking the car because you
lied to me about the condition of the top he tried
to sell me a different car. Never buy a car from
this dealership.

I (sales manager) pulled all the communication from the CRM and see where the salesman sent you a video of the car and multiple pictures of the rear window specifically where it was separating. It shows where there was an additional discount given for the window condition yet I also see your text on the return drive home that the discount wasn't given for that and the damage must have been worse than you imagined otherwise you wouldn't have drove 4 hours. Car is overpriced based upon CarGurus estimate. The sales rep for the
dealer insisted that the price was "thousands" below the actual cost of the
vehicle. They made what was a low ball offer on my trade without ever
seeing the vehicle. Talk about thousands below, they were off on the trade
in value of my car by thousands. It is not the kind of dealership that I want
to do business with.
