The salesman Jacob knew we were very interested but he never told us we could put a down payment to hold it he just kept moving the date up to come see it because it needed a new part. Finally we got the date to come see it and buy it and the date was confirmed for the next day, that morning he called and said the car was sold the day before. We were very upset because we really wanted to buy it!

Inquired about a vehicle. Eveyone was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately the car did not pass the safety inspection so I did not purchase anything through them.

Pleasant representative, however I received a call from a manager informing me that someone was flying in to buy it. Very disappointing being that the first representative told me it was available & she would work on getting it delivered. Not fair to me a a cash buyer thats here & ready to buy.

Car sales man was absolutely SO rude. Bought a truck with another dealer because I couldn’t handle him. He told me there is absolutely no wiggle room on trucks which is just a bold faced lie and then asked me if I was deceptive in my sales job? Low low quality experience. 10/10 do not recommend.
the dealer had the car listed for 8995. after a test drive I received the paper work that listed the price as
10,995. less 1000. coming to 9995. then 999. dealer prep taxes and fees 708.74 and 477.65 total
11,880.39 False advertising and piling on of fees Bad dealership corporate mindset in small
community. I will never go to for service or purchase a vehicle from them. since then they dropped the
price 1000.

The sales manager and the individual sales person were both good, the
issue came up that the vehicle had not gone in to the shop for condition nor
repairs needed, thus it was not ready for my appointed date and time which
had been set with Gettel
Was told that could not test drive or even get inside vehicle as the keys
were locked in maintenance shop.
A future call by sales manager after car had been reviewed by shop
disclosed some costly repairs, was not interested in the vehicle at that point.

Petra was a pleasure to deal with through phone calls and email. She kept me informed regarding the availability of the car. She is the only reason this dealership gets 4 stars.
I am not particularly thrilled by dealer practices of marketing sales prices of vehicles that few are actually eligible to receive.
Price listed is approx. 3000. more. They will give you a 1000 off to finance, 1000 off for a trade and there is a 900 dollar dealers fee. So if you are able to take advantage of this you end up approx 1000 over listed price. Had a good experience over all and purchased the vehicle. Would recommend to others but be prepared for when you see finance they push extended warranties. That was the only thing that caught me by surprise.

With help from Ray Landry, I bought the xTerra I found on Car Gurus. Ray was not high pressure and really helped me get what I needed. After the sale he helped me get the stuff out of my old car, changed my plates and made sure everything was OK. I highly recommend Ray Landry and Gettel Chevrolet.

to deal with. He made the whole car purchase an easy process for us.
