Dealership was quick to respond to inquiries. The listing was available and accurate. I never felt any pressure to buy anything extra. Quite a change for a dealership. I would definitely return to this dealership if I needed a car.

I went to see the vehicle, test drove it and purchased it. The salesman was very nice and the transaction was quick compared to other dealers I’ve dealt with. Overall a great experience.

I was contacted and in the process of discussing loan rates, etc, I
stopped hearing from the dealership completely.
I searched for the car again and found that it had been sold.
I contacted the dealership again and was told it had not been sold.
Then they emailed me to say it had, in fact, been sold.
Disappointing outcome.
The folks at Gettel Acura were super quick to respond to my inquires regarding the RDX I was interested in. The 1 thing that made me choose Gettel over other dealerships was the personalized walk around video of the car! Amazing. The same day call back, txt msgs & emails prompted me to drive more than 1 1/2 hr to the dealership for an appt. The car was all ready for me to take it for a spin when I arrived. Chris O was the most attentive and knowledgeable person that I’ve run into in a very long time when it comes to the features, perks & history of the model of the car. The car was already clean when I drove it initially but Chris made sure that it was spotless on the outside and inside when I drove it home.
Everyone at the dealer was friendly. I felt like it wasn’t just an act but it was engrained in their culture at Gettel.
I would absolutely recommend Gettel not only to my friends and family but to ANYONE in the market for a hard to find certified Acura.

Be aware of what the true price is before going to look at any vehicle at this dealership. Advertised price and final were several thousands different. Was tried with respect but
never made this deal. When you show up for a vehicale advertised at below $14k and the real price is over $18k is the problem.
Gettel came off as eager to earn my business but
they short changed me over 2k for my trade in vs
what other dealers had offered. They also added in
a 1995 CPO fee that is not listed in the CarGurus
ad. When questioned about this was told it was
due to reconditioning the car, but they already had
a 999 reconditioning fee added into their fine print
and the numbers they showed me. The manager
working the night of Feb 22 didnt even come out to
explain or discuss with us and just had us wait
while our sales person had to come and explain
things to us, second hand, multiple times. When
advised we were in talks with another dealer for the
same car and trade, the sales manager didn't seem
to give that any consideration. I went and bought
the same car the next day from that other dealer
and managed to get $2k more for my trade and a
better deal on the price of the car overall. I don't
know how this dealer has such a high rating as my
experience was nothing but subpar and I would

I ended up purchasing this vehicle. I had scheduled appointments but that didn't seem to have any effect as
they were busy and I had to wait anyway. The overall experience was very average. I was told after I
purchased the vehicle that there was only one key. The sales presentative said he would try to get me another
one at no cost. The following day I did not receive any response so I went it and found it he was out for the
week. The sales manager offered me the name of a locksmith, to purchase a second key cost over $250 -
$350, I would have factored that into my purchase had I known. Sort of felt ripped off.
Asking price $11422.00 as advertised but they want you to finance and if say no and want to pay cash then (Ray) manager did changed price to $15000.00 so buyer beware.

I see in the notes that Ray spoke with you on the phone on 9/4/2020 at 3:18 PM and offered you an out the door price of $14,000 which is the price including all your taxes and fees and is not the selling price. He then emailed it to you and your last email reply back was that you have a lower quote on a similar vehicle with higher miles. In which case yes a higher mileage car should cost less but Ray still

My experience was super. I would highly recommend Gettel. I had an appointment. Was greeted when we arrived. Shown the cars we wanted to see. Took it for a test drive and purchased it. The sales rep Jeff could not have been better. No pressure. Stayed with us the entire time and delivered the car. Great job all around.

Very responsive and professional! Decided to search for a larger SUV.
The dealer called me and emailed me immediately. Ray thecsalems rep was prompt and courteous. He arranged a great deal for me. Couldn’t be happier with the service. My final sales rep was Jeff who also did a great job. They answered all my questions and made the process as painful as possible. Too bad they aren’t in Miami closer to me. Excellent crew. No surprises.

We visited Gettel Acura and spoke with Jeff Thompson. He took us to test drive 2 vehicles. We ended up buying the Chrysler Pacifica, which we love. I would not have known about this car except for car Gurus!

Happy with the car and the dealings. Not happy with the way the
tag/title fees are manipulated on the final contract. Portion of the
fees are redirected to high priced filing fees (profit). Not sure if it's
legal but sure it's not ethical.

Gettel Acura in Sarasota is a terrible dealership. They are not helpful and will not deal at all. Will only give you wholesale for your NEW car. Salespeople have to go back and forth through the manager. Just very juvenile.
