Had appointment scheduled to buy car and then called to reschedule for later same day like hour later and then was told car was being sold like 20-30 minutes before my appointment was coming up. They knew I was on my way there and even visited couple days before and was told I have a 5 day window to reach back out and the car was sold on my way up there. Everyone had different answers for me about coming in, prices, and just poor communication all around. They told me main guy that was selling to me wasn't in at that day, but was also told car was being shown for purchase even though my appointment for purchase was coming up that day less than an hour of confirmation. And I sure the guy was out because he was out showing the car because I was told "cars not here at the moment" poor communication

Great experience overall, the website is friendly to use, very helpful and i have recommended to multiple people. but dealer quote me a different price, (higher price) but at the end and some negotiation, I was satisfied with my purchase.

Mr. Jeffrey was amazing. He answered all my questions and when he answer the phone he returned my calls when he became available. Made the process very easy for me being from South Carolina. He overnighted the paperwork for me to look over and sign. Also, had a return label for me to send it back express. Overall he/them treated me with respect and like one of their own.

The sales person I was working with told me to give him my info for a none credit application and my credit took a 68 point hard inquiry then told me the next day he didn’t do anything I am not left to contact the credit bureau lean from my mistake don’t fill any applications out they will say anything to get the sell

Up front honest. I did not buy the car but I was treated with respect. I came to look at one specific used car.

Dealer quickly responded and was very responsive to my questions. The on line staff, and on site sales staff were professional & courteous. My irritation was as to their website.
The site represented that there was a "special internet price" which could be activated by giving them my contact information. There was no such price. It simply a ploy to get my contact information. The site indicates that on can leave a deposit to have a car held. Apparently, that option is not available on used cars. While they provided extensive pictures, they were artfully taken to hide body damage. Lastly, the site indicates that all preowned cars go through as multi-point check. Having inspected the car I was interested in, I sincerely doubt that occurred.

Will never buy a car there salesman seemed uninterested and agitated I came in near closing cash in my pocket was not interested in helping me with the sale at all!!
Dealer was initially great, prompt response upon my internet inquiry, had me scheduled for a test drive, everything seemed great! Drove about 3.5 hours to get there (I live in Fort Wayne Indiana) just to find out the car had sold the day before. Not only was I reassured the car was there the day I drove out but I was told that I would be notified if the car was still there! So you can see my dismay when I arrive just to find out they had sold the car I had driven over 130 miles for. On top of the poor communication the salesman rudely started telling my 3 y/o son not to touch anything while looking at some of their other inventory. The same salesman even refused to let me speak to his manager about why I wasted a trip to Chicago for nothing and why I was never told the car sold. They don't care about their customers they just want your money. Don't trust this "steal"ership
It was, by far, the best car-buying experience I've ever had. Very courteous and professional, and the process was smooth. Paulo was fantastic and made sure I was taken care of. Tony (Manager) was awesome and facilitated a great deal on my purchase. Many thanks to all involved in the sign-off and prep of the vehicle. "Luna" and I are very happy!!

The sales rep did stay in contact up until it was sold. But the car was not
offered to the public, a mechanic bought it several days after dealer
received it. I saw the sale alert from CarGurus before sales rep contacted
me. They also admitted that their pricing is aggressive and competitive.

When I called I asked about a 2016 Subaru Outback blue 3.6 6,299 miles it was priced 38,000 which was rated too high. They were unable to locate in their inventory. Said it was sold however it's still on website.

This is where I found my car. They were great to me ever since we first
started talking about the car I was looking for and my needs. They did
not pressure me and instead demoed the vehicle, let me test drive it, told
me about the available discounts, promos, etc, as well as their own
policies and warranty included on all cars they sell. My salesman, along
with the general manager, were both great and they were able to offer
me a good trade-in allowance and secure a low APR loan for my new
vehicle. Even though they aren't a Mazda dealership, I feel they truly took
care of my needs as well as a Mazda dealership would have.

I'm still working with them trying to get the vehicle I want.
Had a good no pressure negotiation when buying a 2008 Subaru Impreza Hatchback. I chose to have extra keys made and it was done within 2 weeks of purchase. Also chose to get loan from this dealer because their interest rate was lower than my 3 banks and insurance company could offer me for a loan. All around a good experince at Gerald Subaru of Naperville.
