Georgia Truck World

A couple weeks went by before I reached out back out to Demontre to go see the vehicle. I drove 40+ minutes to get there. The exterior of the vehicle looked good. The battery was dead upon trying to start it. The third row seats have mold on the leather. Some seatbelts were rusted. Once he got the vehicle started, the system continue to give a "VSC System" warning and you could hear the engine revving up and then sound like it was about to turn off over and over again. The vehicle was nasty, very filthy, inside. The gentleman kept mentioning that they'd have it cleaned. Then he asked if I still wanted to test drive as if we couldn't hear the vehicle sounding like it was going to shut off several times. The visit was an entire waste of time. As I declined and was walking back to my vehicle, Demontre told me that he would get to work on the vehicle, to have it cleaned and repaired, and he'd call me. That was a week ago today. No words yet. I guess that keeps him from lying to me.

Antonio has been fantastic to deal with. We suspected at the time of purchase that the vehicle may have a transmission issue, upon bringing it to Antonio’s attention he agreed to a 30 transmission warranty. After about 500 miles and 10 days the transmission when out. I contacted Antonio, he was very quick to find a transmission and a shop to install it. Antonio paid for everything as he said he would and the car is back on the road, running great, just 2 weeks after I first contacted Antonio about the problem. Georgia Truck World seems to be a very rare type of dealership…one with integrity that stands behind their word. :-)

Georgia Truck World is the best Used Car Dealer in Georgia. This guy Sam is one of a kind. He was willing to go the extra mile to get me the 2017 Mercedes Benz E 300 4MATIC. He was even willing to sell my other car for me.. Great human being with great personality. I wish they were more honest people like him out there, this world would be a better place. Excellent!!!

Great sale experience great price great deal

First they had me drive an hour to their location advising me Tommy would be there with the keys to see the truck. I normally wouldn't never look at a truck at night, but normally dealerships parking lots have bright lights for viewing. It was almost pitch dark, and worse NO TOMMY. Then I give Carmen (office mgr) a second chance since she apologize for the miscommunication with her staff, and go back down to Griffin to experience another disappointment. The truck has rust on the body frame and rust on the engine in several locations. To top it off, the individual (Tommy) who told me he wasn't Tommy comes over to help out. I recognize him from my first visit and could not believe or understand WHY THIS MAN LIED TO ME STATING HE WASN'T TOMMY!!!! This place is horrible, and shouldn't be in business! I missed out on another vehicle that was sold, and provided better customer service. This won't ever happen to me again.

The owner was up front and very friendly. He was not pushy and he answered all our questions. We did buy a automobile from this dealership. If I need another automobile I will go there first.

I live 60 miles away from this car dealership so I sent an email to find out more about the car I was interested in before making the trip. The car I inquired about has a VIN number that indicates that the vehicle is from Ontario, Canada, so I asked the dealer if the odometer was is kilometers or miles, if I would have any issues registering the car and if there are any mechanical issues. Here is a copy/paste of the exact response I received: "Georgia Truck World Sun 9/30/2018, 2:38 PM I’m so surprise with ur questions.... my dealership is in Georgia and it also shows my address on CarGurus and on my website. Also what makes u think the miles r i. Dealer was honest and helpful, and responded promptly. Their vehicle was a two wheel drive, and I'm looking for a four wheel drive, so we didn't discuss price or terms or anything like that. They did offer to contact me if they happened to get a four wheel drive vehicle in, which I thought was very professional and kind.

Very prompt and willing to help but salesman seemed unorganized and unprepared to negotiate on a price.

The car wasn't ready to be shown or sold even though I told the dealer that I was driving over on hour and half to see the vehicle. The vehicle said there was a DVD player yet he tried to sell it to me without being able to test the DVD. I told him I would bring him the deposit within 24 hrs he said he would hold it for me, and 3hrs later I got a call from his representative saying he sold it. Not a man of his word in my eyes and he did not even clean the car up before showing me. So glad I didn't buy from this dealer.

Bought this truck from Sam it was priced right from the get go and he worked to get me great financing on a Saturday! I will by my next vehicle from Georgia truck world.

Was not told the truth about repairs being done to vehicle. Was told one thing by one person and something different by someone else. Ended up costing them a deal on the truck.

Talked to two different people and got two different stories on the truck. One said it was being sent to the ford dealer for a turbo problem and the other said it wasn't a big deal for a truck at that price. Seems a little shady to me.
