Sent pics of the truck. They sold it before I could get down to look at it. Offered several other trucks for sale,
but nothing in my price range.
Pleased with purchase overall, good initial communication. Listing accuracy excellent. On site experience
was good with vehicle ready for test drive. Regarding customer service, encountered barriers to using own
lender that was out of state per "dealer policy" although lender was viable credit union. Overall impression
"good" but unless you were in state or local, no room for negotiation. Dealer did honor their word to hold the
keys day of my visit as I drove 7 hours so vehicle would not be shown again until I arrived and had the
opportunity to purchase.

We decided on another route. This dealer remained in responding and kept inviting us to come in and look. So in a dealer responding they get 5 stars.
I was preapproved for the truck through my bank. But since it wasn't one of their approved financial institution that requested a check instead of processing the ACH. I requested the check the day before Thanksgiving and it took 2 business days for me to receive the check. I provided them tracking information so they were informed. I added the truck to my insurance and sent a picture of the insurance card. And they still sold the truck to someone else the morning I was headed to the dealerships and didn't even give me a courtesy call to let me know. The salesman name is Mike Evans. Terrible.

Negotiated over a six week period, finally agreed on a price, made appointment to come get it and the manager allowed another salesperson to sell the vehicle before I got there.

Responded right away and I was able to test drive later that day. Super nice staff and I went home with an awesome car. Would recommend and will go back!!

Nick was willing to help any way he could.
Tres was helpful and professional. The car had warning lights on that I didn’t know about prior to driving to see the vehicle. I felt that wasn’t considerate practice. The car was in rougher shape than expected.

We make all efforts to service our vehicles and fix any dash lights that are on, we will continue to better improve our service process so situations like this are minimized.
They were polite on the phone. Found what I was calling about. Was quick to answer me. Even though I did not get the vehicle due to someone getting there a day before me. They called and let me know right away. Kept me from making a long waisted trip to pull that old scam ahhhh. It just sold but got other vehicles. I hate that,but they weren't like that at all. If they get something in before I find something. I would definitely go check em out.

Particular car I was interested in sold early. The owner returned my message very quickly and tried to locate a similar vehicle for me. They even called to check back within a couple of days. Would have done business with them to keep my support local but they didn’t have what I needed at the time.

The jeeps tires are unsafe and need to be replaced but they said no to replacing them they would not considered my trade in and two day after looking at the jeep they raised the price by a 1000.00 .

We will consider any trade in, I am not sure what the situation you are speaking of, sometimes we do tell customers with older trades they will come out better if they sell it themselves, also sometimes being upside down is a common issue, and certain vehicles such as 6.0 Ford Diesels or makes we know have known issues we will also not trade for at normal trade in numbers. I do not know the situation because without knowing your personal information I can't look it up to see. Bad from start to finish. I scheduled an appointment and when I arrived the car was filthy and had warning lights on the dashboard. The key fob batteries were dead in both keys and I was told I can just go to Walmart to replace them after I buy the car. The waiting room consists of a single couch where a large poorly trained dog would jump up and walk all over you. When I finally got the test drive underway it was immediately apparent there was something wrong with the car. A loud droning noise could be heard from the back and when it was put into 4wd mode there was a horrible grinding noise and the whole car shook. When I got back and pointed out the problem they only said the car is sold 'as is'. They offered an extended warranty for the car and told me to fix it on my own. After expressing how ridiculous it would be to spend over the Kelly Blue Book listed price for a broken car I then spoke to someone else. They told me they would get it looked at and get back with me. No news.

Todd, from Georgetown Auto replied to me within a couple of hours of asking for more information regarding one of their vehicles my wife and I showed interest in. We continued to chat back and forth via text/email for a couple days; Todd answered all of questions and set us up fur a test drive. We made the 2 hour drive down to the dealership 4 days after reaching out to them and ended up purchasing that vehicle. Best experience with a dealership we've ever had!!
These guys are awesome. I called them last minute after looking and another car, and they told me they would be waiting for me when I got there. They had the car all cleaned up and ready for me to test drive. Needless to say it's mine now. Thanks so much guys, i look forward to doing business with you again

I apologize you feel we didn't respond back to you quick enough. Our process is to make a phone call, email, and or text until we make contact. We did that once on the first day from what you said. With over 300 leads a month and two salespeople, it can be hard to call everyone back every single day. Also, we don't want to bother or annoy our customers. Didn't even purchase my car from them but the service Jason provided was amazing. He didn't even seem like a salesperson, there was no pressure on us and he went at our pace and was so knowledgeable and helpful in the buying process. When we are ready and able for our next vehicle we will come see Jason!

Was my first car buying experience. They were priced lower than
most in the area and were friendly. Didn't know to much about the
car, but offered whatever they did know about it. I was told that it
was serviced by their mechanic but a few issues were still there
(as would be with any pre-owned). Had a nearby honda
dealership/service station run codes and tell me that if I were in
an accident in it, my airbags would not deploy. A little bit more
time and money into it and she'll be right as rain.
Overall: They were friendly and willing to help, but be sure to have
everything checked out for yourself.
