The dealer was quick to respond. I was narrowing down choices for my husband’s business and this one did not suit his exact needs. The dealer sent a follow up email a couple of days later and I let him know that we were no longer interested.

The best experience I’ve ever had at a dealer, was able to get out of my car, walk into the show area, then walked into the show room in complete pease. Not being hounded right off the batt, with “What can I sell you” over and over. Very pleasant experience, very laid back, low stress. I will be back. Thank you.

I spoke with the internet sales manager & made an appointment to come see the car. I also asked if there was any wiggle room on the car recieving a positive response.The day I was scheduled to be there I was met by another salesman saying the original person had to step out for awhile.Requested their bottom line price.In the end after waiting for 15-20 mins. They gave me $100 off the car. So, after driving 1 1/2 hrs. to get there. No I was not happy at all. I wish I would have been told there was NO room to lower the price of the car and, saved my time & gas.

We do things a little differently and advertise very aggressively online. This vehicle was priced $1,745 below clean retail online so unfortunately we did not have a whole lot of room to drop but after our initial offer to you we did not receive any counter or offer to do business you all simply left.
