This vehicle is not available and the salesman and the manager couldn't get their stories straight after I drove an with my young children hour to look at it. They disregarded my questions and tried to get me in a vehicle twice the cost. Very disappointed.

Horrible experience, they turned me away. After I
was pre-approved with my own finance company
and ready to buy a camaro that day with a limit that
was way more than the price of the vehicle, they
said they wanted me to go through their financing
department. When I refused, that's when they
turned me away with no deal.

was seeing elsewhere. Pierre Taylor however

The Moore Dealership family in particular my salesman Glen and the manager Charles were super to work with. The original vehicle I can to see was not yet delivered so Glen showed me a cranberry Colorado on the show room floor. We quickly came to terms getting top dollar for my trade in and we finalized the deal. This was the best experience I have had buying and trading a vehicle. I highly recommend Moore Chevrolet and my salesman Glen Andrews

Internet sales rep contacted me quickly and set up a test drive date and time. I ended up having a schedule conflict and had to cancel. Place was a distance from where I live and I ultimately decided to look closer to home... but they were very helpful and considerate.

Was not a good experience!
I contacted them on a Saturday morning and they said the vehicle was on the lot.
The salesperson said I could come this afternoon or Monday to see the vehicle.
I took the long drive from Orlando on Monday morning and was told the vehicle wasn’t there as the owners wife was using the Surburban.
I wasted 3 hours of driving for nothing.

Outstanding! From the beginning to the end the staff at George Moore Chevrolet surpassed
my every expectation! Their internet sales representative Maria was 'Prompt' to respond to my
Cargurus online request, 'Patient' with my numerous questions, 'Compassionate' to my
purchase reason of which was to surprise my wife for her birthday, 'Consistent' with every
communication as her good character and good intergrity remained true, 'Thorough' in
identifying all needs to assist in my purchase and supplied the 'Follow Through' I needed.
Maria alignied me with Bill their onsight sales representative. Bill made the final steps of my
buying process a synch! His calm and easy to work with attitude and character made my
buying experience a pleasure. Bill even stayed late and walked my wife personally through all
the bells and whistles on her new vehicle. I can't thank Maria and Bill enough. George Moore
you hire well! It all comes down to the people and you have the right people! Thank you!

All was good until we came to the payment part of the sale(imagine that) they had there cost to me and I had what I needed for monthly payments. When mine was not good for them, (crickets) never heard from them. Sad thing is I was ok we could not have “sale” but professionally I believe a “hey maybe next time” Thanks for contacting our business would be a professional response.

"The salesman lied to me stating he had a clean Carfax in his
hands, the manager talked down to me and asked me if I knew
what "clean Carfax" really meant. I explained that I don't care what
you think, but when a car has an accident reported, it doesn't lead
me to believe it's very clean. Then he tried to play it off like it was
the Internet team's fault and it was just an error. I drove 2 hours
and took a day off of work, I was going to BUY this car... but I
don't do business with people who waste my time or lie to me. Do
yourself a favor... go somewhere else. Also, side comment... the
one way mirror that covers the management's snake pit, doesn't
make one believe that full disclosure is high on their priority list."
