They listened to 1) My budget, 2) Exactly what we were looking for in a SUV, 3) And, they were interested in meeting my needs instead of some predetermined sales quota number. Spent the morning on the phone with them . Financing has been worked out. Went to get the truck and they sold it between when I left home and got there. About a 2 hour drive for me. Need some respect for their online customers driving a 100 miles or so to get the truck.

I was almost immediately contacted and the salesperson was very courteous and answered all my questions.
Even went as far as emailing me extra pictures of the car I was interested in and trying to secure a better deal.
While I didn't end up buying a car here, I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Dealer was awesome! Even brought the truck to me a couple hours away. Worked out a fair trade in minutes. Had minor problem with truck later. Dealer made it right with no hesitation

Very informative.
I bought the truck from Cody at the dealership. He went out of his way to meet me after landing in Lt Rock with the Denali. That part was great... I gave them only two stars since they delivered the truck to with tire's so bad, that they would not pass state inspection.
