Dealership responded very quickly to answer questions about the Phaeton.
I made an appointment to see this the next day. I drove about two hours on the second day to the dealership to find out they took a down payment and sold it the day before. A phone call would've saved me 3 hours of driving for nothing.

Working with Jake Bowers has been a blessing. Not having ever bought a car unseen he made this buying experience very comfortable and a positive experience!
This dealer used an absurd obvious bait and switch tactic getting me into their business. On their description for financing, they purported that 10% DOWN on the purchase price would qualify a 9% loan. Then after running my credit and telling me my score was good in the 720-730 rang, they said their bank wanted 50% down! The car seriously needs new tires and something was wrong with the ABS and ABC sensors. Maybe it is only a battery needed. I was told that if I came up with 50% down and take the care with the bad tires and defects the might discount the cost about 600.00! The insulting story that I felt insulted my intelligence was when I was told the reason that they didn't replace the tires was to maintain an OEM status!
Submitted application and was reached out but only on the first day never contacted back again

They get no stars cause even one star will be complementing them. I was told I’d get emailed an agreement so I can show my bank to see if we can move forward and never got the email. We bought the pickup. The dealer was helpful in showing the vehicle. The purchase and invoices were done through the mail. The dealer responded anytime I had questions. Just waiting for the transport and hopefully all meets my expectations.

Car was amazing till the sales man I'm guessing he's the only one started getting cocky telling me I'm picky because I pointed out the bullet hole in the passenger door jam by the the lock and the back seat has a rip. Was in a minor fender bender front passenger turn signal was cracked , needs a passenger running light, and a power steering pump but they still wouldn't budge the lowest I got them to was 22,500 cash but I'm not a serious buyer I guess that's why it's still on the lot over 60 days
Although the vehicle we went to look at didn't end up being the right one for us, the experience was still good. Salesman wasn't pushy and all their vehicles are very cool. Price's are fair I guess and they had a really cool white Bentley Coupe that was previously owned by Nicholas Cage inside their building
