I have spoken a few times with Michael. Right now I have not seen a vehicle that I’m interested in. But they have been good at checking in with me. 4 stars for following up. If I buy from them, my star review might be better, we will see.

Got the deal done quick before I even got there..which was convenient for me. Now I know why....truck has problems! Contacted about one of the problems, all agent cared about was where the title to my trade in was...will be fixing my own problems I guess Only had the truck a couple weeks now...stuck fan clutch, windows don't work. brakes going, front shocks blown, gas door flopping around and air cleaner clips rotted off, plugged cabin filters...not a very good deal for sure. And whoever their mechanic is, he should take up knitting or some other thing he can be useless at. Never going back!

Great dealership. No pressure salespeople. Ended up not getting the Subaru but Dan helped me get into a BMW this is an extremely nice vehicle. I don’t think I’ll ever buy from another dealership after my experience with this one. Highly recommended.

What Joke. Spent alot of time on the phone with a guy names Dan. From the time we started talking in depth about a deal somehow the price. On said car increased $1,000. Good luck doing business..I have fotos of before and after ads..Pay Attention. people. SHYSTERS ARE EVERY WHERE

I didn't actually buy a vehicle from them because the one I was interested in sold before I was able to see it. The sales person, Dan, was friendly, apologetic, and extremely helpful to me with his insight and advice. The waiting area is clean and welcoming and best of all, they have a resident dog who makes the wait time, if any, much more pleasant!

The dealer promptly answered all my questions about the vehicle I was interested in and sent additional photos per my request.

Michael H made the whole car buying experience pleasurable. No pressure, excellent communication skills, and top notch customer service. I will definitely return for my next vehicle purchase!

Excellent follow up with customer service. Missed the vehicle I wanted, but that was MY mistake. My emails from the dealer were going to my SPAM box . Seems like WiLL be working with them in the NEAR future.... especially if they can find me an equivalent with a "Media Package" factory built in

One the Kies family contacted me on the phone. I mentioned I'd be driving 2 hrs to see the 2009 F-150. I'd be bringing cash, I didn't need financing. The truck was over priced, approx. $ 2,500 according to Kelly Blue Book. Was there any negotiating the price? He told me, trucks like this are hard to come by, but he could reduce the price by $500, if the $500 would make or break me? WTH ! I'm a 60 yr old disabled veteran, I belong to a family of nearly 20 vets dating back and into WWII, every conflict, and have a son that has done 2 tours in Iraq and Afghanistan, and a nephew deploying for his 2nd tour in Afghanistan, Our money comes in a hard way. The $500 wouldn't have broke me, but, what an insulting thing to say. I bought a nicer truck, from a private seller. Get some class

Every interaction I’ve had with this dealership has been great. I also loved how they just let me look at the truck without hovering over me. I pointed out some minor cosmetic damage to my sales person Rosy and she got right on it and had it fixed for me. I bought my Silverado here and highly recommended giving these good people a chance!

Excellent experience from start to finish. We were contacted right away by Michael from Geneva Foreign & Sports. Unfortunately the vehicle we were interested in was sold. We went to the dealer to look at other vehicles. The dealership was very clean and people were friendly and professional. Michael listened to our needs and directed us to another that had just come in. It was just what we were looking for. We were told what would be done to the vehicle to prep it for the sale and when it would be ready. Michael kept us updated as to the status and the vehicle was delivered on time. The shop even did some extras which we did not ask for. Although I can't speak to service after the sale at this time, I have every confidence that, if needed, Geneva Foreign & Sports would deliver again. Thank You to Michael and the staff. Everything went great, I'm picking the car up on Monday. Any issues I had were addressed quickly, and overall had a great experience. The only thing holding me back from 5 stars is that I was at the dealership at least 10 minutes (including in the showroom), and no one acknowledged my presence. Not a big deal, but if I was local, and hadn't already been talking to Dan, I probably would have left. That being said, I actually called Dan, and he was able to come over and help me. He went and got the car, answered my questions, and was very helpful. As I said, I'm picking up the car tomorrow. :)

The backdrop of my story is that I am a retired Army Veteran and a Travel Nurse for more than thirteen years. In a nutshell, travel is my game and I have driven nothing but a BMW for the past 25 years. I arrived in upstate New York six months ago as a travel nurse with housing and travel paid for. I worked hard and long hours but I needed my own vehicle. I traveled from Glens Falls, Johnstown, and Bath, to Rochester, NY but could not find a dealership that offered me a used BWM worth my hard earned money. When I came across Geneva Foreign Sports there was a lot of buzz that told me they were worth the 50 mile drive just to check them out. I was never disappointed. Michael Hackett was awesome and did not let me leave with my newly purchased vehicle until it met his expectations and more!

I arrived without any pre-conceived notions of how they would treat me. I've purchased roughly 12 cars in my lifetime and this was the ONLY enjoyable experience I've ever had. They were excellent from beginning to end, and the follow up after the sale continued that excellence. I would recommend this location to anyone.

I had a great experience with the dealership and salesman. Very courteous and accommodating. The salesman was not pushy or try to sell me something I didn't want or outside my price range. They did a thorough inspection and cleaning before i purchased the car and it was ready to go when we arrived. The office was very clean and friendly. I just recently purchased a Land Rover from GFS with Michael as the salesperson and it was the most pleasurable buying experience that I ever had with regard to a pre-owned vehicle about 15 over the years from NJ. There cars come up on different sites as Great buys until you attempt to purchase one, then they add in various charges that increase significantly the purchase price. Also those cars are as is irrespective of $ and always need some type of work. GFS and Michael are Honest, under promise and over deliver, their service with 13 bays and mechanics is very impressive as is the entire facility and the family members. I feel blessed that I found a Dealership that goes through there cars an makes sure that they pass a 155 point inspection,Also I like specific vehicles and they will find you whatever you want. They provide a warranty on every vehicle and the price is fair to both parties, I intend to utilize their services again in the near future

They were kind of rushing me to buy the Audi Q5 then ran my credit all to tell me the car was sold and I contacted them back for another car an the service was horrible

Everything about this transaction was spot on. Mike at GF&S was quick to respond to every question and made the purchase and acquisition process simple. The dealership is located just over 100 miles from my home and Mike made the drive worth my while. The car was exactly as represented with no surprises, the price negotiated was the price extended with no pressure to sell any special waxes, warranty packages, floor mats or any other crap that some dealers seem to specialize in. I won't have my routine maintenance done at Geneva because of the distance from home but I can comment on what I saw while I was there to test drive and ultimately purchase my vehicle. The shop is large, clean and well kept, more like what you would expect at a new car dealership. There were plenty of customers dropping off and picking up vehicles from the service department and people on both sides of the counter were happy. I heard no complaints about service, price, or failure to repair issues. Everything about this place says "top notch" and that is the way I was treated and the way the vehicle was prepared and presented. Do not hesitate to give Mike or any of the sales guys a call, you will be well cared for and they will assist you in putting you in the car you are looking for.

i was interested to buy vw passat i called dealer,,and salesman told me that car has been sold.10 days later it is still on site for sale...at least they can take it off of the site if sold.

Dealer was very responsive, we had several communications, he emailed me the Carfax, there was a few things I was concerned about, after I talked to my local mechanic, and the deal went south, I don't think the dealer was too happy. But I still would look at their inventory, one of the best around for foreign sport cars.

These guys are great. I have been a customer before and recommend them. Its worth driving a long way to get there.

Timely return call but the car was sold

Bought my dream car here after searching for over a year. Best experience ever. Team was great to deal with. Got in touch with me fast and continued to answer my several calls as we went thru the buying process with friendly service. I got a great car at a fair deal. I never felt pushed to make the purchase. Mike Hackett was my salesman who went over and above to make sure I was happy and satisfied with my purchase. I live almost 4 hours away but I can assure you I will look here first for my next purchase. Do yourself a favor and give them a try.

Listing stated that the dealership is open to 8pm and they actually close at 6pm. Salesman offered to stay late and show me the car because I couldn't make it there before they close. I have not yet taken him up on his offer but appreciated the professionalism and customer service that was offered to me. I will certainly be keeping an eye on this vehicle and this dealer for future purchases.

Everyone there was wonderful. Dan first showed me the car, Jay took care of the sale and Katie took care of the paperwork. All were professional and friendly.

While I have often had my Saab serviced at GFS - and my parents have purchased their last 3 cars from them - I have never actually bought a car from them - until this weekend! After letting D and Jay know I was looking for a Range Rover Sport about 6 weeks ago - they kept in touch letting me know when one was available - all with no pressure. From walking me through what I needed to do as an out of state purchaser to an amazing willingness to "hold" the car until I could close the loan and drive to get "her" (a time lag of a few weeks), the experience was smooth sailing and the best I have ever had in purchasing a car (and I have purchased more than a few).
