Took a test drive. Mileage higher than desired. Did not purchase. Salesman was very helpful.
The staff over at Gene Pankey dealership in Tacoma, WA was amazing. Craig was a no pressure take ur time type of salesman, and with 28yrs in the automobile industry was very knowledgeable n helpful with all my inquiries. Jacob n thr rest of the finance team was amazing got me a great deal and financing on the car. Definitely recommend Gene Pankey for your car buying needs.

Ive had a couple issues with my car and I jumped
the gun and got very upset with this dealership as
the car I bought from them was my very first big
girl purchase. I bought this car as is, and had an
attitude and I STILL got a response back from this
dealership. My car is currently in the shop right now
being worked on thanks to Jon and all of his help. I
take it all back, I cannot believe how kind and
patient theyâve have been with me throughout this
whole ordeal. As someone who works customer
service I should have known better. These people
take good care of you if you give them a shot!!

Sorry you had this experience. We are not the lender so we do not control who can and who cannot finance an aftermarket service contract. The lender determines that.

This was a pleasant no hassle experience. Even after I expressed I was shopping around for a van. They took time to show me around and didn’t pressure or try to talk me into something I was not looks for.

Very responsive and courteous.
Gene Pankey sells reliable cars for fair priced. Their customer Service dept. Could use a little upgrade though. All the guys were very nice and Friendly except one!! I will never buy a used car from him and will not recommend him to anyone. I won't mention his name but if a customer talks to him they will know exactly who he is. Not Friendly and has a little Attitude problem.

The best dealership experience we’ve ever had. As a small business we were shopping for a delivery vehicle but didn’t have much time to invest into the process. This dealer made everything easy and had excellent communication. Our next vehicle purchase will begin with a call to Gene Pankey.

Kevin provided excellent information via phone and Barrett has such a great attitude with exceptional customer service skills which made our buying experience totally stress free. Our experience buying our car from Gene Pankey Motors was wonderful! Craig arrived an
hour early to meet us and show us the car we were interested in. We had a few questions
which Kevin helped us with. Craig, Kevin, and John were all extremely professional and
great to work with. We would definitely buy a car from them again.

Great service, Craig was very friendly and went to straight to the point. He didn’t try to haggle prices with us. He gave us the best price possible.
Craig has been incredibly helpful and made the purchasing process painless. The dealership made me such a great deal that it was worth it to purchase outside of Alaska and have the vehicle shipped to Alaska. Almost everything was done via phone, text and email. I would recommend anyone purchasing and Audi, new or use to look at Gene Pankey Motor Company and ask for Craig.

Our vehicle was priced right from the beginning, so good in fact, that we drove from Lynden to see it. Our salesman John was great, very professional and responsive, he made sure our car was detailed, serviced and ready to show for us. We got a great car at a great price without a bunch of games and runaround. We'll definitely shop there again!

Salesperson responded promptly, followed up on the appt we made, handled the paperwork correctly and did everything I asked of them. Just got the car and it appears as advertised. If the tags come through as promised I'd say they've done an excellent job. Highly recommend them.

This is a fantastic, honest dealership. Very impressed with the way they
do business, everyone there, especially Craig Wilson went out of their
way to be friendly and helpful. I bought a car from them. A 2014 Lexus
450h. I got a great deal on an excellent car, and they actually gave me
more for my trade-in that I was expecting. Highly recommend them,
and plan to call them first when I need my next car.

Went to look at a car they had, which was a 2 hour drive. I e-mailed them
and had a response in just a few minutes. Salesperson was Mike and he
was great. Only dealt with him, which I really liked. They didn't push you
off to other sales people.. Took car for a test drive, and they actually had
gas in it. Not like some that are running on empty, and he told us to take
it for a ride, take it on the freeway, etc. Which was great. I was very
pleased with the car lot. Definitely if I were to buy again, it was worth the
drive to go back. It was not a high pressure sale. Thank you
