The sales person was responsive and nice but would be better suited as a behind the scenes guy. Not really salesman material. The
finance or manager guy stayed hidden the whole time. Imagine that. They did not negotiate at all and wanted full price for the vehicle. I was
told that you don't negotiate with dealers. If that is the case then there should be no dealerships and individuals should be able to buy
factory direct. I test drove the vehicle, and we settled on a price for me to purchase the vehicle. I financed my loan through my bank and
had access to the funds in order to get the dealership paid in cash. The dealer was going to receive the cash payment from my bank in a
couple of days. Instead of selling me the vehicle they wanted to use me as a pawn to sell it out from under me and to another individual.
Horrible customer service in that aspect and I would be leery about doing business with this company. In my opinion they only care about
the money and not the individual.

dealer said that the vehicle was sold a week ago. another sales person said that it was available. A lot of miscommunication. Everyone
seemed friendly. Just make sure the vehicle is available before if you are a buyer from out of town. Also vehicle price was listed at one point,
but then taken down. I suspect the price was increased. Other than that, dealership seems to be okay. I hope they get another Aspen.

Bradley was well aware that our family would be traveling to Lubbock to see the Honda Accord Touring that was currently forsale on their lot. We had already been pre-qualified through their website.
We had texted and emailed throughout the day to confirm that my daughter would be arriving for a test drive for that specific Honda Accord Touring.
As she arrived she was greeted by Bradley who told her had had sold the accord this morning and has another car he would like to show her!!
I am so angry that he was so inconsiderate that it didn't even occur to him that he should have told us he had sold the car!! I emailed him this afternoon asking for an explanation and he has not responded!!
Who does that??

I reached out for more info about the car and kept getting generic emails. I had specific questions about the car before making a 5 hour drive. Then it's like I got ignored all together. I was pretty serious about buying. But the car sold.

Quick response via phone and text. Friendly conversation. The car was listed as a manual transmission but was an automatic. The car was the furthest of that particular model and trim. With no luck on a deal on the closer locations, I may still purchase the car from this dealer. Aside from the error on the trim I was impressed with my brief experience with this dealer. I’ll leave another review if I do indeed make a purchase.

I live 200 miles away from this dealer. I was talking to them over the phone and they told me a price they would sale a vehicle to me for. I got up 3 days later to drive to go get it. Drove the vehicle all day, loved the vehicle, sat down started signing the papers and they told me “I have bad news, I’m sorry but the lowest we can sell this vehicle to you for is a $1000 more than they had originally told me” was not impressed considering I drove 3 hours to get the vehicle and needed up leaving with out one.

I give them 3 starts but only because my salesman Derek was the sweetest. Did all he could to make this sale. I was truly Interested in the 2013 Chevy 1500 LT but felt they were brushing off an oil problem that may seem tiny now but in the near future could cause so many problems. I understand it's a business thing but come on. All I asked was to knock the price down for me a bit. When they wouldn't I just wanted to run one more test. Nope. They refused. .But come to see here it's been knocked down another 1k. Why? I'm assuming the problem I'm worried the truck has is well known about on the lot. I decided to take my 6k down payment and just get a cash truck for now. Not the newest but it'll do til I find one I really fall in love with and can trust will last me a good while. I appreciate all the employees who treated me well. Thank you.

I informed the dealer of my needs for pricing. Dealer blatantly argued with
me that it was not possible. After informing him that it was indeed
possible, because I had found the price I was looking for but wanted a
price match, he basically accused me of lying. The dealer then stated that
he'd discuss my request with the finance manager and call me back.
During his returned call, he begin to inform me how he searched a 500
mile radius and sent a picture via text to prove to me that he was correct
and I had fabricated the price. I, then, thanked him for his effort and
informed him that I had made the deal with the dealer for a 2014 Lincoln
MKZ premiere for $16,858 with a clean carfax record. To say that I was
unsatisfied with this experience would be an understatement.

I am from out of town and dealt with Eshan. He was very prompt and thorough during all our communication. I arranged a trip out to see the car and he had it ready with a full tank of gas. Although I ended up going a different direction, I will always check out this dealer for future car purchases.

Was contacted almost immediately by email when I expressed interest in this
vehicle. We never made it to Lubbock because my granddaughter found the
vehicle she wanted elsewhere, but Gene Messer was very responsive. I
actually received several emails from Shane concerning our interest in this
car. Wish i would have had the opportunity to deal with them - but it was my
granddaughter's vehicle we were purchasing.

I ended up buying this car. The response for online interest was quick, scheduled a test drive next day and they offered a good deal on price.
But once I signed the papers, they assured me that I would get two keys for the car and asked me to come and collet the other set of keys next day. When i asked for the keys next day, they started giving lame reasons and finally gave me the option of buying one on my own cost.

Esan was very welcoming and informative! He made arrangements for a test easy and convenient given my busy schedule. The follow up response timing was perfect.
