I drove a from a few hours away to look at car we made a deal on. Damage was hidden in the posted photos, the motor had a weird knock and the car reeked of cigarette smoke. Needless to say, walked away from the deal, hopefully the next person to view it will be lucky and do the same.

Started off great with a prompt response via text. I
was very interested in the vehicle, and asked about
trading in my current vehicle which was a Rivian
R1T. I provided all the information to sales
associate, pictures, window stickers and even
was up front and transparent what how I was
shopping other dealers. After hours of waiting a got
a trade in value that was significantly lower than any
Iâve been receiving during my car search and a
response well why donât you take that offer.
Well obviously Iâm trying to buy a car from
you. When questioned I got a Text saying sorry this
value is all we can do which was 5k less than 5
other dealers and 2 local dealers in Lubbock. Once
I mentioned that information. no additional
response. It felt that they did not value my business
at all.

Called and spoke with Fidel. Stated car was in the lot and available. When i got to the dealership, Fidel came out about 40 min. later and said the car was just sold. No comuunication. Wasted trip. I personally don't belive the car was ever there. In my opinion a very unethical dealership

I received an email saying that the vehicle I was interested in had been sold. The salesman offered to look for a similar vehicle for me but the one he found was more expensive than I could afford. The general manager also emailed me. All in all the experience was okay.

Radiator hose busted 2 miles after purchase, service department took 2 weeks to repair and issues are arising, customer service is nonexistent, no sense of urgency and unsatisfied with whole purchase experience.

Understandable this is a dealer that wants to sell cars but after my experience with trying to buy a car from them....... knowing that I was traveling maybe telling me that the car had been keyed or the even better part..... the fact that the transmission is going out of the car and it’s screaming at 30 mph. To say that I wouldn’t even trust buying a brand new car from a place that try’s to pass that off to an out of town buyer.

The salesman I spoke with was perfectly
nice and helpful, but the dealership was
charging thousands over MSRP claiming
market adjustment. I bought a brand new
Telluride at MSRP, and highly recommend
the vehicle itself.

Car didn’t have the moon roof as was advertised and when I asked
about it the salesman got rude and just gathered the paperwork and
walked away. Also I asked them not to bother my wife at work but
they called her after I left. Very unprofessional.

After I asked them to evaluate how much they would give me for my trade in, a man smoked a cigarette then I'm mediately got in my car to evaluate its driving. My car then smelled like cigarettes the 10 minutes after. The car I was considering buying was previously smoked in as well, so I will not be shopping from this dealership most likely ever again.

The car on Carguru was around
16,771 but when I looked at it the next
day to show my husband the price
suddenly jumped to over 18,500! I
asked the manager why and he told
me Carguru had made a mistake.
They didn't offer a lower price instead
told me it has been that price since
they received it. I came away feeling
like they would rather be hard on
price than sell a car. Angel, a sales
associate did contact me 2 days later
stating they had some deals. I asked
for info and photos but haven't
received any yet of deals.

I did contact dealer and salesperson was helpful but manager unwilling do deal much on price. I also question the advertisement that this is the trim as stated. The seat stitching does not match the seats related to the advertised trim level.

Contact through Car Guru was easy, fast, and resulted in the purchase of the
vehicle. Was an easy experience and transaction. Gene Messer Kia was
professional and helpful, and answered all my questions ad met my needs.
Their detail shop needs to slow down and take their time, but it did not in any
way influence my buying experience and I was very satisfied overall with the
purchase.

We drove in from out of town to look at a vehicle. The one we came to see was already in process of being bought, so they showed us 2 others very similar to it. We found exactly what we were looking for and got the price we needed. Everyone whom worked with us was amazing! They made the process very smooth and easy. I was very stressed going into this process but the gentlemen at Gene Messer Kia made the car buying experience great!

I did not purchase a vehicle from them, however, because I found exactly what I needed/wanted at another dealer. I traded in a 3/4 ton diesel for a 1/2 ton gasoline. The deal was I receive $7500 back. It's been 17 days, I still have not recieved the check. Now it's Christmas and I can't head to my family , waiting on the check.

The sales people were really nice they had that sales person attitude. But a bad experience overall. Spoke to the internet sales lady over the phone and explained that my credit was not good and my trade was still upside down. She wanted me to go look at the car that day but I explained that I lived 95 miles from the dealer, and if I did go she would have to guarantee me she could get me into the vehicle I wanted. So needless to say I traveled almost 200 miles (round trip) for nothing they tried to stick me with a car I didn't want and they never were able to get me into anything.
