Dealer contacted me quickly and answered any questions I had. We set up time for a test drive. There was a comfortable low (no) pressure sales vibe. I made an offer and we came to a fair price. The entire process was simple and no hassle. I wound up working with two sales reps, Nathaniel and Glen, this was due to me just dropping by unexpected. Both are great to work with.

I personally had a terrible experience. I was working with a Salesman all night and early the next morning. I am about 600 miles from the dealership and made that clear and also that I was prequalified. I sent him in all the things he requested taking a break from work to do so only for him to say at 3pm after we had communicated till closing the night before and the following morning that the car had been sold. Did he not mark it as closed? What type of professional experience was this? He asked for DL and Insurance so that we would only have to sign the paperwork when we got there for a call to say it was sold. I shall never do business with them. Would advise you if you chose to to ask them about hold money to be put down.

This company messed up the paperwork and had to spend my time explaining to them what they needed! While this was going on they sold the vehicle we were waiting to get loan approval on!!! They told us the loan was almost done, then we find out they sold the vehicle the day before!! If you buy from this dealership you need your head examined!!!

I was trying to replace my 2007 wrecked pick-up truck (mid-sized) with a like product. None was found with the same mileage and price range of my wrecked vehicle. I found the current vehicle (suv) with same mileage which was priced right. The salesman (Elijah) was so helpful. Had the vehicle detailed, filled with gas and oil changed then delivered the vehicle to my house. While here, Elijah programmed my wife and my phone to the car. He showed me how to scroll thru all programs featured on the vehicle. I was so pleased with all the help Elijah did with me. That all happened Tuesday, Jan. 22. Elijah called me today Sat. Jan. 26th around 10:30 checking with me to find out how the vehicle was performing. I have never had a salesman contact me after the deal was finalized. I felt so privileged to have this kind of service!

Dealer didn't know anything about the car, had a crack on the windshield & the engine light was on & then they told me they would call me about it later that day when I left never heard anything back.

We bought this vehicle. After shopping all around town. We came back to this vehicle. We felt it was the best deal of all. Cooper Besset and Eddie Avila gave us an even better deal and lots of attention.
