The brake pads on the vehicle were at 90% and the mechanic diagnosis was that the noise, which was hardly able to be heard when you presented it, was due to the vehicle sitting and the cold weather. When we took the vehicle to the mechanic we replaced a tire and patched another, in addition to this work the front brakes and rotors were replaced on the vehicle recently. We would have gladly replaced your rear brakes/rotors if the problem wasn't taken care of, and even offered to reimburse you the money since you claimed to have already replaced them yourself. In relation to the glove box, your daughter stated she would have a friend pick the lock to the glove box and the agent assisting with the sale also informed you that he would call the local Nissan dealership and see what our options were. The salesman also contacted our employee who gets replacement parts for vehicles and informed him that we need to replace the glove box for you. Once again, you never reached out about this concern so although we still planned on acquiring the glove box for you, we were under the assumption that you were able to open it. Lastly, before purchase of the vehicle you commented on the small chip in the windshield and requested that we replace the windshield, which we told you we wouldn't do because it was not cracked and would not affect the safety or drives view. During this deep observation of the windshield the vehicle had already been washed, there were no scratches or dirt on the windshield. We sold you the vehicle for $3,000 below the suggested retail value, and had you reached out about your concerns we gladly would have replaced your wipers, brakes and rotors, and glove box.
