Overall our experience Gault was positive. The buying experience was good and our sales rep was excellent (Rachel). Our only concern was the overall vehicle condition as we have become more familiar with the car after the purchase. Hopefully, these concerns will be taken care of through our warranty. Definitely, would buy through Gault again.

Upon showing interest in a preowned vehicle, I was immediately contacted with a warm welcome to the dealership! An appointment was setup to view and test drive the vehicle. Arriving for the appointment, I was greated immediately and welcomed by the most cheerful, sincere and respectful salesperson. The rest is history as I purchased the vehicle with all the bells and whistles demonstrated before I left. I would definitely encourage anyone to visit Gault and adk for Georges!!@

Didn't end up purchasing this vehicle because it wasn't the right fit for me, but the salesman showed me another that was perfect! Great service ... stayed in touch while we waited for financing to come through at our end, but didn't pressure. Jon, the salesman, was friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. This was a very positive buying experience.

The price they have listed on this site was $3k less than the actual price when I arrived to test drive the car. I drove four hours and it was a total waste of my time because of either a serious mistake or a bait and switch. However the salesman was very nice, but the manager did not seem to care, he was too busy texting.
Gault Auto contacted me promptly about the Tundra I was interested in. We could not agree on a price & I have since bought elsewhere.

I can't say enough great things about our experience with Gault BMW. We were contacted by Rick Sleeper, who was very professional and welcoming. Rick worked with us to agree on a price, and after we drove 5 hours from home, Rick promptly picked us up at the car rental drop-off continuing to display a friendly, courteous and overall helpful demeanor. The whole experience with Rick and the Gault BMW family was a pleasure, and we recommend them to anyone even if you have to drive 5 hours, it is well worth it! Thanks again!

Gault, and especially Bogey, exceeded all expectations I had throughout my purchase of our vehicle. They completely dispelled all preconceived notions of online car shopping. Everything they told me on the phone was exactly what I found once making the 6 hour drive to see the car. Best of all they were there for me 110% after the purchase. I can't say enough about how the whole organization treated us. Thank you!!

I have shopped at a few other of the Toyota dealers in the area and I
can say Gault Toyota is by far the best. The way they took there
time with me. There not pushy like the other dealers. I also got the
best trade in value and there showroom is amazing. If your looking
for a new Toyota or PreOwned vehicle you owe it to yourself to give
them a chance. Talk about hassel free buying.

This is far and away the best experience I've had with a
dealership. The salesperson, Jessica, was not at all pushy, and
simply found me the car I was looking for. It was more like
making a friendship than being at a dealer (I never thought I would
say this about a dealership) She was knowledgeable, hard
working, organized and best of all a person. I ended up at Gault
(an hour away) bc of cargurus-and bc I avoid-like the plague-the
Toyota dealership near me. Gault was great. I can't say enough
good things about my experience there. I will absolutely buy my
next car there.

An amazing experience with a group of professionals! Not only is
the dealership itself a beautiful space, but each and every person
there is personable and wonderful to work with. They were more
than patient with my two little children, going so far as to get them
balloons and play with them as they got bored through the buying
process, but each person there went out of their way to do their
job not just completely, but above board in all regards. Wonderful
experience.
