Will not honor internet price to me because they have someone interested in it for more because windshield price is higher then internet price. I was reassured that money comes before customers verbally by salesman. They also have 2600 dealer fews on top of it. BBB next

My wife & I were searching a particular Toyota Camry XSE & found a couple via CarGurus.com that satisfied our taste
in color & features. I sent a request & got immediate response from Germaine Grey of Gator Ford. We arranged for a
test drive, Germaine was unavailable but had made arrangements for Tony Jones to assist us. Tony was excellent, he
was very professional & personable plus he had the vehicle pulled up to the building with all doors/trunk open for our
inspection & vehicle running with AC on to cool the interior from the Florida heat. It took less than an hour to conclude
our purchase which included a trade. Our 1st impression of the vehicle & our 1st impression of the dealership was
enough to confirm our decision to not look any further. Next day after the sale, Germaine Grey called follow up on our
purchase and our experience with their company. We couldnât be more pleased with our experience & we will definitely
be referring our friends, family & neighbors to Gator Ford.

These companies today don’t really care what they do and they don’t care how it effects people either. I was interested in a Ford Explorer listed as 18,944. Which would have been in the price range I wanted. I confirmed that was the price of the vehicle before they ran my credit and they sales rep confirmed. After I agreed for them to run my credit they came back with an outrageous offer. $11k in dealer mark-ups bringing this vehicle to 29k then they made it seem like I was the one having an issue. The different sales rep reached out asking what happened. Explained it just like this and didn’t even get a reply back. But hey thanks for not telling me about the 11k in mark ups, lying about the price, oh and my FAVORITE,… running my credit. Nothing but garbage works here.

Salesman contacted me immediately after receiving my request from CarGurus, even sent me a video recording introducing himself. I asked for a out the door price, was told will speak with a manager and get back with me. No response or quote was ever received. A female sales manager called me a couple days later to verify if I’d been assisted. I informed her of the same and she assured me that she’d gather a quote for me. Still no quote or called until after I received an email and I noted my experience in my response. At this point I learned that the vehicle was sold. A simple
Phone call, text, email would’ve been great. I later received a call from the original salesman a couple days ago with an apology and to see if I was still seeking to by a vehicle. Absolutely not from this dealership!

If you paying cash $5000 on the top its crazy! In my
opinion dealers fees are crazy! I understand price
worth fee if dealer needs to wait 2-3 weeks if

Salesman was ok⦠they were a bit pushy with
multiple calls, texts, and emails. Finally told
them to stop contacting me. Bought Honda
Accord EX-L 2022 from another dealer with
4,049miles for $28K.

We bought this Raptor and though we love the truck,
the buying experience was terrible. Their used car
sales manager was rude, condescending and
unprofessional. He talked down to us, insulted us and accused us of grossly misrepresenting a credit score, when it actually was a simple misunderstanding. Our
20 year old thought it was higher than it actually was. The managers name is Aaron D. and he had horrible communication skills. He accused us of driving our
trade-in too hard which is why he argued for a lower payout. Arguing for a better deal is one thing, but he crossed the line into being rude and unprofessional. We
wonâÂÂt go back there until he is gone. He got the sale only because our son-in-law loved the truck, but he lost any future business from our family and anyone we
know. If you go there, avoid Aaron Daley.....or be warned....heâÂÂs ruthless and will resort to ugly tactics to get the sale.

Good information, up front pricing
The reality is that they have a very bad service, the truck was not checked before hand and they sold it to me with problems, the next day I took it to my house I felt problems with the transmission then it ran out of electricity and I took it all the way back Today they have not returned my money to me, I hope they give it to me today

Communication between Sales people and management is poor.. After purchasing a vehicle I requested management to call me ; I had two questions that needed to be addressed the sales person was not able to answer. Has been more than four days ago and several text and still no call. Very Disappointed!!

I had recently inquired about this Jeep and the company has made numerous attempts to reach me and they were courteous and friendly while doing so. But right now I will be in the market in June while I take care of a financial obligation. With everything going on in the world right now I pray that the dealership staff stays safe.

Vehicle was advertised as clean and accident free. However, the truck reeked of cigarette smoke and had damaged to the drivers door that was unprofessionally corrected. Paint was different shade and door didn't align. This is why people have a disdain for dealerships.

Classic bait and switch. I sent an email requesting price info on an advertised truck. They sent an email back with pricing asking when I'd like
to come look at it and link to what I thought was the truck I asked about. It wasn't - it was for a 2WD short bed vs a 4WD long bed. Their
response was oh - that one sold. Zero trust in this dealer based on email exchange.

I was overwhelmed by the professionalism that the salespeople and staff showed me and my wife at Gator Ford. We were not pressured into buying a car and our buying experience was so easy. Everyone at Gator Ford was so kind and hepful. And we received a follow up call from our salesman Devin to check on us. It was well worth the drive to purchase our car and the people at Gator Ford became our friends for life.

Don't buy from this dealer!!! It's a sham and scam dealer that only wants to screw their customers. Would leave zero stars if possible. Salesman Justin & Morgan lied directly about price and previous use of car. Promised car was single owner, non-rental use, and we agreed to a fair price over the phone. So I drove an hour out of my way to buy the car. Get to the dealer and find out it was a rental w/ 2 previous owners, and they want over $4000 more than we'd agreed to cover their made up fees. I offered a more than fair $2750 over agreed upon price and they wouldn't take it. Seriously?? Tax, tag & title are only $1700, so why didn't we have a deal?!? Do your homework and call around. This is the only dealer in the area that charges a made up non-negotiable $1600 reconditioning fee. This used car that was available online 4 months before it even came to this dealer, so what reconditioning could they have done. Save your $ and your time. Shop elsewhere! You've been warned.
Horrible dealership to deal with. Was speaking with them for a week trying to work all fine details out about the car I was purchasing and after speaking with them tried to leave a deposit 2 straight days but their machine was down! So they put a sold sign on the car and told me it would be ok until finance got there on Monday morning to make sure it went through correctly as they were having to fix a dent and scratch on the car before I was coming to pick it up and finish paperwork. Got a phone call Monday morning as my car had been sold that someone put a deposit on it Saturday afternoon which was a day after mine and I tried again that Saturday morning.. they didn’t want to make it right and get the car back and tell that customer that there was a mistake in communication and make things right.. this dealership is horrible when it comes to customer service and helping you out!! Would never recommend using them!! Can’t trust them for anything nor they are going to do what they say!!

Horrible experience!! Drove an hour to look at the truck. Get there and the man behind desk said there was a mistake with the price on the internet and the actual price. He couldn’t honor it or even work with us. He was so rude. He stood up and shrugged his shoulders and said “ I don’t care”. Guess they make too much money to care about new customers

was very helpful. From the test drive through the paperwork, my visit

This was a very special experience. Morgan Trout called me back and answered all my questions and set up an appointment to show me the truck. When I arrived she had everything in order for a test drive. Once I decided I wanted the vehicle, Morgan arranged everything.

We emailed Gator for a price quote recently and never received a response other than "call us for an appointment." If we'd wanted to visit the dealership, we would have done that instead of emailing. The four-star rating is based on a very positive experience in August 2013 when we purchased our 2013 Transit Connect.

WARNING - Don't give this dealership your business. Went to dealership to purchase vehicle after confirming by phone one hour earlier the price of the vehicle. With a written quote from the dealership (from our first trip 1 day earlier) and a verbal agreement (phone conversation 1 hour prior to driving to purchase the vehicle), when we arrived, the dealership refused to honor the price agreed upon saying that they had made a mistake in pricing, increasing the price $500. We left the dealership without purchasing the vehicle but called back to make sure they credited our deposit. Now they are holding our deposit hostage, refusing to return our money, unless we return to the dealership. Worst dealership experience ever!
