Gastorf Chevrolet is a family business that has been serving Warren, Lincoln, Montgomery and St. Charles County for over 30 years. What makes us different from other dealerships is that we, the Gastorfs, are accessible. My sons, Ricky, Joey and I work full time at the dealership. Our guests are given a fair price up front with no gimmicks, no unnecessary fees, and no surprises when the final paperwork is signed. No Admin FEE Our goal at Gastorf Chevrolet is to be honest and low pressure. The price was good, the service was fair BUT there was hail damage to the vehicle and some hubcaps were missing/broken. NONE OF THIS WAS DISCLOSED IN THE ADVERTISEMENT, THE FOLLOWING DISCUSSIONS OR AT ANY TIME UNTIL I SAW IT MYSELF. If I wouldn’t have said anything about it, no one would have. I call that dishonest. Also, the vehicle was filthy. Their detail department needs to be fired or retrained.

I'm sorry you feel this way about the Truck  and service from us. (yes, one of my sales guys should have told you about it on the phone but photos did show missing center caps plus all over the truck photos) You did look over the truck, took it for a drive and no one made you sign the paperwork. It was priced because of the hail damage, that no one tried to hide, NO WAY would anyone miss it. At no time would anyone hide this from you that we are very open with our customers.
For the truck not being clean the way you like, you are more then happy to drop it off or wait to have clean again.  W

The dealer is simply amazing! Mike & Calvin or great to deal with! Mike address and had few things check for us asap! The guy they also use for fixing dents etc is outstanding!! Def will be back to this dealer in the future!

Excellent sales team. Very informative, friendly, and not pushy at all. Their response time to all of my messages was impressive. The pre-owned manager even replied to me on his days off. Upon arrival at the dealership, the vehicle was pulled inside the building to where I could go over every inch of it in comfort and at my own pace. The staff was able to quickly answer every question I had. The entire experience was friendly, smooth, and stress free. I would gladly buy from them again and won’t hesitate to recommend them.

They did contact us however this car was already sold but we purchased a Pontiac G6 GXP from them. Vey down-home friendly to work with and professional at the same time. We would definitely purchase another car from this dealership

I called them and negotiated a deal over the phone with them over the course of 24-48 hours. They had even been in contact with my financial institution and gotten confirmation that I definitely had approval and, as long as everything checked out with the truck when I made the 3 hour drive to the dealership, the deal was done. This all happened on a Friday afternoon. My credit union wouldn't have a check ready until Monday morning, so I planned on picking the check up on my way to the dealership on Monday morning. Apparently, this wasn't good enough for Gastorf Chevrolet, as they insisted on either a $500 deposit or for my credit union to put a lien on the title. I didn't have the $500 and the credit union and myself did not want to put a lien on the title. They didn't hold the truck for me and ended up selling it out from under me on Saturday afternoon. I have zero respect for this place if they wouldn't even honor a deal made with me. I'm trying to keep this g rated so I won't say how I really feel about this place. I wouldn't recommend tho place to even my worst enemy. Very shady. They don't even deserve a quarter of a star. They flat out SUCK!

Amazing customer service. Didn’t have the equinox available anymore but found me a different car with a great deal. Cannot say enough good things about this place. They made us comfortable it was a speedy process. An all around excellent experience.

Super responsive and professional. Very polite, and very knowledgeable about the actual vehicle, providing an accurate description. I was invited out for a test drive and they made it clear what hours they'd be available and offered to come in on their day off to arrange a test drive if necessary. Very impressed with the response.

Took awhile to hear back from and the vehicle was no longer available which i think since it was on here for over a hundred days was left on just to get people to inquire about then tell you we have more similiar please come in. Kinda shady in my opinion.

This dealer does not know how to treat a buying customer. I was trying to make an offer on the truck and they would not return my calls. After even speaking directly to the general manager I got the same treatment.......ignored. When I wrote a letter to the owner, they finally called me and made up many excuses why they didn't call me back. I would have bought that truck last week, but they don't even know how to communicate with a buying customer. I was very disappointed and will never go back there or send any of my friends there.

Dealt with Tony & had a great experience. Very helpful & not pushy at all. Initially was looking at a Dodge Dart & he suggested trying out a Chevy Cruze. That one sold, but worked out a great deal on another one. Only negative is it took longer than expected to get the paperwork taken care of, but I would highly recommend this dealer and Tony in particular.
