Did well on responding to emails. Asked dealer to email if anything changes with vehicle sense i couldn't make for a few days. The day I drove down to see it just to find out they sold it the day before.

Communication could of been better since we were told it was still available so we drove over an hour to get there once we got there the salesman came out with the keys and said the vehicle is sold but here are the keys you could still look at it, why would I want to do that if it’s already sold,the salesman was very pushy on trying to get me into another car that I wasn’t interested in. Talked to the used car manager and said when we talked to the salesman on the phone it was available and now it’s sold, the manager said sometimes that happens, sorry ! A WASTE OF TIME

These guys are the best. Very customer focused! Not pushy at all, and willing to make a deal. Hagen Ford will be my first stop the next time I am looking for a new or used vehicle. Ask for Chris, he will treat you right.

Went to look at the 300 and it was very nice. The sales person came out and asked if he could help. Wasn't pushy very nice didn't try and sell me something I didn't want. I was impressed with them. I would recommend anyone to go there and I would again.

Very bad,their post had no pictures or details.i asked for a few pics,andbettet info on a truck,i was told just to come to the dealership,an hr away and look at it.i guess it was to hard to take 5 minutes to help in my search.will not do buisness with them.bad local reputation .

They took very good care of me and family during test drive. They were very willing to work with me on pricing. Also gave me good trade in value on my old truck. I got the truck I wanted for the price I wanted to pay. And with all this said, I traded in a Chevy to a ford dealer to purchase a Dodge and left very happy! Thank you Hagen.
