My experience with Galaxy Auto was great. Johnny was really helpful when I was asking about the vehicle. When I went to see the car Johnny allowed me to drive the car solo which was very cool to me. Most dealers don't allow you to do that. Johnny was very confident in the Mercedes he was selling me knowing everything that was done to the car. The staff overall was very friendly and helpful to me during the transaction of purchasing the vehicle. I must say if I need another car and he has what I'm looking for I will drive that hour and thirty to get it for sure!! Thanks Guys!!

Ben Omar, "Mo'", and the rest of the
guys at Galaxy Auto Sales were so
helpful and responsive. They were
totally available, yet they didn't hover.
They let us look and then answered
questions. Without getting into the
weeds, we asked about a particular
observation and they went above and
beyond to amswr the question AND it
cost them money. They made the car
right even though we didn't buy the car
for another WEEK. I could say more but
these folks are first rate and I'd
recommend them to my own mother.
Btw, bought the car and it is
outstanding.

I purchased this car for my son. Johnathan was our sales person and he
worked well with us. We had to drive up from Charlotte and they stayed
open a little past time helping to close the deal. There were a few issues
with the car that they promised to help resolve, including one on the home
trip to Charlotte we did not see coming. I contacted them and they
immediately worked with me to correct. Adam is the manager and he was
also quite helpful. Bottom line - Son loves car, and I would certainly go
back to Galaxy for a car!

I was able to get the car I wanted for a very reasonable price with zero hassle. Jonathan was very helpful throughout the process. Next time any of my friends need a car, I'm sending them to Galaxy and telling them to ask for Jonathan.
A little bit confusing on how this dealer does business. Talk to one person who deals with the internet sales. Called and talk to another person which left a message for the person I had originally talked to. Then talk to a third person claiming there were two person I need to talk to. However didn't know my name and made me feel very uncomfortable. Tried to discount the original person I talk to. The third person made me feel very uncomfortable and that I should be talking to them and no one else. Have not heard back from this company. However if I can get ahold of the first person I talked to I might do business with them. The third person not so much. The third person needs to work on people skills. Overall the first two people were very nice period and professional.
The dealer responded very quickly to my inquiry and I did visit them. Jonathan was polite and friendly. The vehicle I was interested in was available. After the test of several vehicles my friend and I decided to look at other options because of my budget constraints. I would consider doing business with galaxy in the future.
Experience was very good through communication over the phone and through messaging via email. Sent the carfax. When we got there the salesman was Carfax. We test drove the car and decided we wanted it. Somehow the price changed between the night before and that morning. Putting the car out of our range due to doc fees, taxes ect. At that point our whole perception sort of of changed. Did feel like there was dishonesty there. I even showed a screenshot of car with price for proof. So 3 hour trip there and back wasted. We were then shown another vehicle that was about to be test driven but the power steering pump was broken. Overall I would give my experience a 5/10. Started off as a 10/10

The most useful reviews touch on how responsive the dealer was and
whether or not they got back to you quickly. They responded promptly and
with purpose.
Did you feel like the dealer listened to you and met your needs? Were you
treated fairly? Yes they were able to meet all of are needs for this car, They
offered us chocolate pudding and coffee
If you bought a car, did they make the process easy? Did you feel a lot of
pressure for upsells? We bought the car, They stayed a hour later to make
sure we got a chance to see the car, And the upsale was included in the
price
Worked with Jonathan, he’s a hard worker although it did feel like at times he wasn’t listening and was just trying to sale me a car. I’m not sure if he was going the extra mile for me or for his paycheck. Car lot had some pretty nice cars. This one needs the breaks fixed , the trunk (Frabic that leads to the tire) needs to be replaced, tires need to be replaced, and passenger’s side front wheel needs another slot.

Very nice people. This was a nice vehicle. Had a lot of options on lot. Had I not found one with lower miles in the same price range we would have purchased here.

I searched the internet, etc., for hours and
finally found Galaxy Auto. I saw a great deal on a
vehicle i was interested in through Galaxy Auto
and I e-mailed/called and left a nessage. Karim
Gomez responded almost immediatly and we set
up a time for me to come by. It was this kind of
attention to detail and kindness that really
impressed me about his salesmanship and
Galaxy Auto. I am very satisfied with my 2007
Mercury Mariner and I highly recommend Karim
and Galaxy Auto for your next used car. Great
work Galaxy Auto!

Be aware when buying any vehicle at this dealership. Before you buy
always do your homework and have a good mechanic check the car for
potential problems.I was interested in a 2003 RAV4 at this dealership so I
did an visual inspection of the car. I found a crack in the engine area, a
previous owner had put a strong sealing bond glue to fix the problem but
the glue had begun to separate.I saw a dent underneath the car but it did
not appear to be a major problem.I still liked the RAV so I test drove it and
took it to a Toyota dealership in Apex to get it checked out. They found the
rack and pinion leaking,the car doors would lock by themselves with the
key still in the ignition; I got locked out of the car while test driving it.The
Toyota mechanic said based on the crack and dent the car had sustained
some frame damage at some point and recommended the car be checked
out by a body shop. With all the problems the car had they lowered the
price 700 dollars. The asking price of the car was 4999. I walked away and
thought I should write a review to help to save some people for getting
taken. With all these issue I can't believe they are still trying to sell the
RAV4 for 4999. I really truly hope this review helps someone and God

Sorry you had this experience, we stand behind all of our vehicles. This vehicle has been repaired by a body shop since your test drive (a very minor repair). The body shop found no frame damage. We feel you were asking for an unrealistic discount beyond $700 and that's what ultimately led to you not purchasing the vehicle.
Be very skeptical of the cars here! I test drove the car and after 1/4 mile, everything went haywire! It seemed like the car had major electrical problems and the engine was running very rough. Maybe a fluke, but i just left!

I went to look at two different vehicles at Galaxy. When I arrived my wife and kids and I were greeted promptly and with a friendly smile. After looking at the cars we were able to look at we were about to leave when we saw a white BMW convertible at the end. My family and I fell in love, so we did the paperwork and bought the car. Shortly after driving a few miles down the road the check engine soon light came on. Oh no I thought, I got taken was my first thought. So we went back to Galaxy and asked for Adam who is the owner. He quickly went out with me to check the problem. He immediately assured me he would get the car fixed for it was reading a bad sensor code. Now mind you this was on a Friday late afternoon so we both knew I would not get my new car until possibly Monday. As my family and I were a little disappointed we were unable to drive the new car home we just prayed that Adam was going to take care of me and the car. Well skipping forward passed all the nervousness over the weekend, Adam and I spoke on Monday assuring me once again he was going to take care of me and the car. It was not yet ready but they had found the issue and he told me they were going to fix it and not charge me a thing. Still nervous I said ok and waited. Finally Tuesday morning Adam called me just as he promised and gave me the great news. It was done and fixed and boy was it ever, the car runs great my family and I couldn't be happier with the new car. Now I want to tell you the experience, the professionalism and the direct approach of making sure your taken care of and not left hanging high and dry is just the kind of service to expect at Galaxy Auto sales. I highly recommend going there, the best top notch service you will find no where else but at Galaxy Auto.
