This dealership made everything so simple. I did not end up buying this vehicle because it ended up not having the room I needed for my children but they were quick to find me other options. They also did not pressure me into anything!! Thats a huge deal for myself!

The salesperson was most helpful. He made the entire process simple,easy and was fantastic to work with. After my test drive,they addressed and repaired any issues I had with the car. They seamlessly handled all the paperwork. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a car to go there

Great service!

Sold a van right from underneath me. Had a deal worked out that required me to get rid of my current vehicle elsewhere because they weren't aggressive on a trade. Now I'm without a trade-in or a new car. Look elsewhere! The sales rep left for the day and they sold the van. They aren't even sure what's going on at a small dealership with limited people.

They don't deal with Westlake but cars show from them I was told they don't participate with Westlake but their cars are on carguru I pressed for only dealership who deal with Westlake and cars from them pop up

Called and spoke with a lady that told me to come down a hour before closing and I asked if it was ok cause I was driving from Tonawanda. Once I got there a (½hr before closing) a salesman tells me that they were closed ! I wasn't very happy driving out there after a 12hr work day ‍♂️

There is NO pressure at all to purchase the vehicle. They do not pass you off to a finance MANAGER LIKE OTHER DEALERSHIPS DO. Our salesman did not try to sell any extras like other dealerships do. This was not only the best experience as far as purchasing a vehicle for both my wife and I but the fastest. Our salesman, Adam Dennee was professional and in our opinion very honest!! We will be going back to purchase a vehicle for my wife. I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Galaxy Auto Place.

So so dealer. Very lax. Almost like they didn't care if you purchased or not; not necessarily a bad thing, but they didn't go out of the way to help. If you know what you want and don't want input from the salesperson, this is the place to go. Didn't end up purchasing the vehicle, but they let me test drive it on my own.

I bought a 2015 Nissan Altima from Galaxy in January 2019. After a few weeks driving it needed a few minor repairs. They didn't hesitate at all and fixed it fast to my satisfaction. I would definitely shop at Galaxy Auto Sales for my next car.

They posted cars they didn't have available for showing and stopped responding to messages even though I informed them of my serious interest.

I have been reached out to a few times but not specifically to the vehicle I want. I was asked general questions by multiple people, and have not had a second follow up with any rep regarding questions about the truck I am interested in.

The staff was very helpful and competent. The car was perfect but just s bit more then I wanted to spend. Unfortunately they do not negotiate, even the least amount.

I test drove the 2014 Jeep Compass I inquired about and loved it. I bought it that evening. My sales rep, Joe, was fantastic! He went out of his way to get me a great deal on my trade-in and the best rate for financing.

Overall pleasant experience

The one and only salesman in the office took me to the car, and left me to view the cars by myself. There was no pressure, but there was very little interaction. The salesman did not even look at my car that I was to trade in. I would not recommend this dealer.

I sent request thru CarGuru and a salesperson called soon after. He was very honest. He said the price is fixed, no negotiation. The price was higher than I wanted, so I went elsewhere. I did buy a very nice car, fully loaded, for half the price, an 08 with 45k more miles. I thought a Gen III would be better, but now I am thinking perhaps not. Gen II doesn't have an EGR. GenII is much easier to change sparkplugs. The price difference does not justify the utility of the cars. I am told these cars will go forever with little maintenance. Just drive easy and on smooth roads, or you may be changing a lot of wheel bearings. Most cars have rugged roller bearings. Prius has ball bearings for the wheels. But they use them for taxis, so they must be pretty good. I wish cars were less complicated. You need a special coarse just to use the Nav system. The rear camera comes on in reverse. That is easy enough. But it is so wide ange, you really cannot use it to back down a drive with it. I guess the newer ones have guide lines that help orient the pic better.

Fast and easy service, I never expected buying a car to go so smoothly! I've been looking for over a year and I've dealt with many dealerships in the process. Everything was super simple here and made the process much nicer. Waiting around and wasting time is not my style. They don't play any games here, they just give good prices and the Carfax report is right on the front seat of each car.

This was an excellent experience. They were professional and efficient. I was approved for a lone within two hours (this was after the store closed!) They called that same night and we were on our way to owning our new car. The car is immaculate at a great price. Thank you Scott and Galaxy Auto! You were fantastic!
