Loved my experience at GAA AUTO SALES! They have great inventory at fair price. I was literally in & out. Came with my draft check from my credit union & was out within the hour. Would recommend this dealer to anyone shopping for a used car.

Very quick response and they even send me a bunch of videos for the vehicle before I came in since I live three hours away

I have made several contacts regarding this vehicle. The vehicle is reported to have a transmission issue. Most recently, I talked with one of the managers who promised to drive the vehicle, himself, and report to me whether or not the vehicle was safe to drive. It has been nearly two weeks since that conversation and he has not followed-up on his commitment.

Response from current dealership:
hi Bob, i believe you are referring to the Thunderbird. I indicated to you in a phone call that the vehicle have a transmission issues and it is going back to the auction. im sorry for taking too long to drive it personally but the service department was examining the issue to confirm it is a transmission and not programing issue.

I didn’t buy a car there but the guy with a nice parrot treated me good and waited for me to get there after hours and was not bother for the fact I didn’t buy a car there

The gentleman I spoke with was very kind and professional. He even offered to hold the car for me overnight, as I didn't want to make any specific commitments at the time. I called the next morning, and did have to tell him I'd have to pass on the car, but he was very nice about the situation. I felt that he treated me very fairly.

The dealer lied to us, and plus cost of rudely hung up on us and there is $3,900 the car needs and he said there was nothing wrong with the car!!
