Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had dealing with a dealership. I tried calling multiple times and no one would answer. The salesperson I worked with had no idea what was going on. I would get one text from him, then he would disappear for the rest of the day. He repeatedly asked me for information I had already provided multiple times.
When I finally spoke with him on the phone, he was very rude and kept questioning me about my business and income. No matter how I answered, he continued grilling me. It honestly seems like they do not want to sell cars here.
On top of that, their “quote” did not match what CarGurus gave me, and they continued running my credit even after CarGurus told me I did not need to submit any additional credit applications because I was already approved.
Overall, it was an extremely unpleasant experience and I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

I was told I wouldn’t have to complete another credit application other than the one completed via CarGurus but the dealership insisted otherwise and then they could not get an approval from their lender.

I have shopped at Automobile Dealerships for 4 decades, I have bought at least 20 Automobiles over that time. Never has it been such a seamless and enjoyable time at a Dealership. I am from out of state, called to get details about the
car, was told by the sales person he really didn’t
know what condition it was in when I asked him. I
asked if he would take a look and let me know but I
never heard anything back. He also told me the
pricing for transportation wasn’t right and it never is
when he quoted me 3 times the amount on the
Cargurus website. He had no interest in assisting us
once we told him we were from out of state and
wouldn’t be coming down to look at it.
The vehicle was available at the time on Tuesday I had a few questions about the mileage documented online and the actual mileage that showed on the interior photo of the car and total cost including delivery for a straight out buy and was told someone would contact me (no sales person contacted me about my questions), the next day I get an alert the vehicle was sold (which happens no worries) then Saturday I get an email asking if I remember them and they were saying looks like you haven't been in contact with them for a few days I replied nobody ever contacted me with my questions, then hours later a sales rep emails me to say that car sold can we help you with something else. I have no issues with the car selling but why would I buy from a place that dismissed me for days about my questions, I'll pass I'll take my money elsewhere

I liked all the people I dealt with and they were very interested in selling me the car. The only thing I did not like was the 2200.00 in dealer fees that they included on the proposed sale. I feel this is excessive. I wish dealers {all} would stop charging bogus fees and go back to just selling a car straight up with tax, title, and tags.

Dealer was great
Ended up going with a different X5M they had on their lot. But Alex made the whole buying from 2000 miles away experience an absolute breeze. The only thing I can think I wish was a little better was knowing what’s going on with the shipping end of things, I’d be much more comfortable knowing what company has my vehicle and a estimated/targeted date of arrival.. other than that these guys are a top notch facility and I highly recommend them.. ask for Alex and tell them Rick out in Colorado sent you their way..

Very fast and helpful throughout the buying process. This is my very first car/purchase and they made the whole experience easy and enjoyable.
The honesty was refreshing; to buy from distance and still get a video of issues was a
very strong move and gave me an indication of what I was getting into with this ride. I
appreciate the video; personally sent to me to show basically what is a 5k issue was
refreshing. If there is not something visibly wrong - I appreciate it if dealers are more
honest than not about issues - I bought from this dealer because they were honest,
upright, fast working and straight about what the issues are. My rating is only four-star at
this point because the car was just delivered last night well after time of day for me to
drive it to see what issues there are currently.

The dealer quickly responded and got me information on the vehicle. They have an AI agent that handles some
of the back-and-forth emails, which actually worked very well. It communicates like a person, so you won't
necessarily know you're interacting with an AI agent.
They sold the vehicle before I had a chance to put down a deposit. It would have been nice to know there were
other interested parties or have been given the opportunity to reserve the vehicle while they were in the
process of getting me the information about it. I was only communicating with them for a day or two and was
awaiting info from them when it was sold, so it wasn't like the process was dragging out unusually long.
I flew in from Georgia to buy a 2023 Camry from GW Trucks after PJ assured me (in
writing) the car would be professionally detailed and the tires safe for my drive home.
Neither was true. The car was filthy inside, with trash and even condoms in the
compartments. The washer fluid was empty, the coolant low, and the tires shake badly
over 50 mph — now costing me $600 to replace. The window tint is also illegal in my
state, adding more expense. Buyer beware: don’t trust GW trucks— inspect everything yourself.
I have read so many poor reviews which I humbly disagree with! First do your homework on cars and second speak up if you feel you’re being treated poorly and finally if you don’t like the experience or trust the car details, don’t buy the dang vehicle!
As for my experience I found the truck online and worked out all details before I arrived. I did my own financing and after the test drive I was out the door in 30min. PJ was awesome throughout and always returned my text! Great truck and great experience!!!

Scam artists. Don’t believe the low sticker price in their ads. They tack on over $3300 in phony dealer fees made up out of thin air. The price on the car I was looking at was listed at $11,474 And their offer out the door ended up at $16,900. Don’t waste your time.
This dealership has poor communication with customers who purchase their vehicles online. They intentionally showed the perfect angles of the vehicle. And didnt disclose all the physical damages that were on the vehicle. The vehicle required an oil change just 5 days after I received it, and had under a quarter tank of gas in it. After that terrible customer service, and paying almost 40k for that vehicle, I wouldn't recommend that anyone make a purchase from this dealership. You have been warned...

I got them a check sent for the total of the car to them the next day. They promised me they could ship it once they received the money but instead they literally ignored me when I called over and over for 2 days straight then to send me the car with paint on the seats and a door knob missing on the car WHEN IT WAS NOT SHOWN IN THE PICTURES! Then when I texted them and asked multiple employees that previous texted me trying to sell the car but once again GOT IGNORED,

I would stay away from these guys at all cost. Terrible experience. Bait and switch. I Reserved a vehicle online and filled out a credit application. Was pre approved for a loan. They never sent my application to the place I was pre approved for. Instead sent me to another creditor from my experience alerts. Tried to get me to pay more money out of pocket and then tried to sell me a different car. Crooked AF.

Dealer abruptly stopped responding without explanation
First sales rep that called was initially responding but then stopped when he thought a deal couldn’t be made because of a down payment amount. He then stopped responding and then confused me the next day for another customer looking for another vehicle.
Another salesman (Brandon) had to take over and everything went fast and smooth! I bought the car and everything went seamless. Everything handled 4 states away and picked up vehicle next day

I work for a dealership so i know all
the tricks to get more money from a
customer. They wanted $2000
dealer doc fee to sell the car saying
that the car wasn't theirs and they
were selling it for a friend. A doc fee
is just a scam to increase the profits
of the dealer. You really believe
they're going to give the lady that
types up the invoice 2 grand and
they're not making a penny?
Would've bought it that day but the
dealer wasn't interested.

Was able to purchase/trade current vehicle for this truck from NM through text/email. Truck exceeded expectations. Picked up the truck within a week no problems or wait. Everyone was nice.

Great service and very nice vehicles!
I was very detail oriented and asked numerous questions. Alex and Kemal were patient, courteous and extremely helpful. We met in the middle on most issues and I was so impressed with the team there I actually drove six plus hours to meet them as opposed to having the car transported. I am very happy with the purchase and will be a repeat customer!
(They have a FANTASTIC show room btw!)

Dealer was quick to respond and was very helpful. Worked with Nas at GW Trucks who finalized everything in the same day between Memphis and Jacksonville, Florida. Transport picked it up and the next day the vehcilxe arrived. The vehcile looks even better in person and I am ecstatic about the purchase and the ride.

The dealer seemed rushed and didn’t want to answer my questions. When I did make an offer online. Never got a counteroffer or response
Although, initially very helpful and responsive, once I started negotiating with the manager, the responses were usually extremely delayed. I constantly stated that I wanted the car and was willing to send a deposit. They wanted a signed deal for holding the car.. while I was waiting for a breakdown of the final numbers to sign the purchase document the evening before my flight to Georgia, they suddenly went silent on me. I called several times to ask for the numbers to sign the contract and left messages for the salesperson and the manager I was working with so I could fly to Georgia the next morning. No one called back until late the next morning. At that time I learned that unbeknownst to me, and without telling me, the manager was working on a deal with another customer and that evening and the car was sold at the same time I was waiting for a response from the manager. I was offered a different car at which time I said I wasn’t interested in working with that dealer ever

Texted and phone calls as well as filling out a credit app. Got approved and was ready to call them with
downpayment, and then suddenly told they could not sell me the car because it had to go back to the
auction due to title issues. I talked with them for a week and there was no mention of this. I figure they just
sold it to someone for more money than we had agreed.

this was an attempt to purchase over the phone, but i had questions that went unanswered and when they did get back
with me someone would pass the buck onto someone else that would on a couple occasions get back with me but much
later a day or 2, i ended up purchasing a car 3 hours away and gladly drove there for the purchase.

I recently contacted Kamal due to having issues (stolen paperwork)with my vehicle i purchased a year ago. We had a few minor issues at the time of purchase (new tire needed, new batt) but thanks to kamal who had his mechanic jump right on it our trip to Florida wasnt a bust i see my ex review that yes did have some truth to it but then again he isnt a patient type of guy so of course to him it was the end of the world lol but it wasnt as bad as he made it cuz they were willing to help trying to get all issues/ misunderstandings corrected.Just like now! Here it is a whole year later and regardless to what went wrong last year Kamal was still more than wiling to help me retrieve a copy of my paperwork that was stolen from me! So it's only fair that i give a review so it can be understood that while yes an issue may arise just as with any company but i need consumers to understand that Kamal and his team are Great guys who are willing to go above and beyond to make things right for you!
my experience with them was horrible the car on the internet was not the
car that was on there lot. when i got there the salesman that i had been
dealing with was no where to be found and his assistant did not know
anything. i took a look at the car and instead of it saying LS 460 it said LS
46 what happen to the zero i ask my response i dont know i opened the
door and the smell was horrible the inside was in bad condition i ask what
happen to the inside you guys dont detail and fix things my response he
just looked at me and said well i dont know anything about this car. do not
deal with these people they are not honest at all. there cars are JUNK

Went to test the drive this car on 6/2/18 with the serious intent of purchasing. However, was seeing the car I saw several issues. The listing states "mint condition" and it was far from that. Damage inside and to the outside of this vehicle. Pictures are very deceiving.
