Having grown to four large and impressive locations, our facilities are capable of handling any vehicular needs. We've been successful in the placement of over a thousand vehicles on a yearly basis. We are not the typical dealer, and we pride ourselves on being innovative and on the cutting edge of technology when it comes to marketing our stores and vehicles. Chris was very helpful throughout the entire process. The car was delivered yesterday and was in very good condition.
After inquiry had multiple automated emails sent to me. I asked 3 specific questions, none answered. Then, called 3x finally had a return call. Asked the 3 questions again, said they would “get back to me”. Then the Sales Manager John emailed me (another automated email), I reiterated the 3 questions. Nothing. Then, I called him personally and he said “I’m working on getting you the information.” I thanked him and hung up. Two days later I email John directly and ask where the information is. He responds with basically, “Sorry the Ferrari sold. Would you like to know about our other cars?” Obviously not John. Obviously not. It’s hard when good cars go to bad dealers like this, especially if you’re an out of state buyer. Heard to want to trust an operation like this. Oh, the 3 questions? Simple: 1. Tire date codes 2. Date of last service and 3. What was done during that service? Any exotic or classic buyer would want to know those answers. Period.

I was contacted once by email from Chris after 1st emailing/calling.
I made 2 seperate offers to Chris for the car.....the 2nd was more than fair in my opinion
last Friday 10/24/25 and he was going to contact the owner and let me know but
unfortunately I had to reach back out on Wednesday 10/29 due to no response and
Chris informed me that they had a pending sell on this car. I always try to be positive
and to communicate well with others and I will say that Chris needs to work on his
communication a little better. I waited 5 days to hear back from him and had to contact
him to find out he had a sell pending.....I don't know maybe it's the new ways but I don't
agree with it.....I may have offered a little more if correspondense would have been
better.....who knows

I cannot stress enough what a pleasure it was to do business with this dealer. GR Auto Gallery was so professional and personable. We made a deal on the 2001 Mustang Bullitt and it is my first time buying from a classic car dealer. What I thought would be a complicated process was made easy by this dealer. I am in another state and decided to have the car shipped. Even that was fully coordinated by this dealer.
Terrible experience. They ran my credit and never got back with me. I’d give it 0 stars if I could.

I met Laura and we found the vehicle I was interested in. I inspected the van and there were issues that were not listed. That is fine you don't expect a van that old to be in a new condition. The van sold a couple of days after I looked at it

Honestly, I am not sure how these guys sell cars at all. Initially, I thought that all of the bad reviews were based on sour grapes....However, I
tried my darnedest to buy a car and their terms are just not compatible with the standards of most car dealerships.
Once we had agreed on a price (which really was just their listed price as they don't seem to negotiate and you should know that they have
a $270 document fee to add on as well)....they wanted 100% payment before they would allow the car to undergo a pre purchase
inspection which I was going to pay for. Prior reviewers complained that they are good are misrepresenting cars AND are not reliable for full
refunds....so my comfort level was about nil for that plan.
I counter offered to make a $500 down payment prior to the inspection and then if the car passed inspection, I would make full payment at
pickup. The response was that they do not take down payments nor hold cars for buyers.
Not gonna happen for an out of state buyers

The sales manager quickly responded to my questions.
Ive spoken and texted with the customer service agent. They keep promising me that a salesperson will reach out. Not even a manager. Never has a salesperson spoken with me directly. And this is now going on 5 days. I'm afraid that the vehicle I want will be gone. Sad service. All the customer service agents say oh how crazy busy they are and what crazy deals they are giving. They also know that I am 435 miles away and 6 hours drive time. And keep saying come down and test drive the car. What a shame. Here's when I found the wagon I wanted and for this to happen. I guess that they don't want my business. Sad.

I emailed the folks at GR Auto Gallery about a 1957 VW Beetle they had for sale. I got a prompt email from manager Laura. The car already was in the process of being sold. But darn, Laura was super prompt and professional. I asked her to let me know if the deal went through - and again, she emailed to let me know it had. Great communication. Seems like if I were able to have bought the Beetle, I’d have been very happy with the process. Kudos to Laura!!!

This dealer was quick to respond, which was nice. Friendly texts messages back and forth and a phone call. I was going to purchase this vehicle over the phone for my elderly parents.The gentleman said he would call me first thing in the morning when he got into the office but never did so I assumed that it had been sold as he stated that he had 3 cash buyers already on this rig. However, a week later I saw that it was still there. The guy that text me should have called me like he said. I would have bought it. But, things happen for a reason and I have no hard feelings towards this company as a whole. Ended up buying them a Lexus 350 AWD from another dealership and the folks seem happy with it.

Good experience over all. Got what I wanted at a reasonable price. Very professional and proficient! Let me have a professional car inspector come out and inspect and test drive the vehicle I was interested in took a couple of hours. Test drive was 16mins long. This place has nothing to hide. Overall good experience. My car should be delivered to me next week.

And I was told the vehicle will be delivered in the afternoon on a particular day, I took the day off from work and I didn’t get it until after 7 PM. It took two phone calls over three days to get a reply. I had left them a list with five questions I had about the air conditioning working, if the orthopedic seats were working, if the car had been repainted, the correct price and correct mileage. The price for this car is $12,900 in the CarGurus add and $14,500 in an AutoTrader add. While waiting for GR Auto Gallery to return my calls I purchased a CARFAX report on the serial number, 9WDBFA66E4NF063599, for this car. The CARFAX report showed this vehicle has a "Branded Title" issued by the State of Illinois Motor Vehicle Department on 05/02/1996. The sales Agent for GR Auto Gallery brushed we off said there was a pending sale and ended the conversation on the phone.

I acted too slowly in my interest in purchasing this vehicle which sold prior to me getting financed for the same. the replying staff was very helpful and polite though. The vehicle is well described and lots of pictures and of course the video were extremely helpful for Potential buyer such as me that live a considerable distance away. OVERPRICED!!! Their vehicles are average and their prices are OUTRAGEOUS! Was on their website laughing so hard at their made up prices, they have a 13 camaro ss convertible with almost 30,000 miles for $30,000!! Its book value is $21000 $9,000 overpriced are ya kiddin me!! Who would go here!?.. Compare their prices with other places and check the book value and you'll see how insane their prices are and there is absolutely nothing special about their vehicles. I wouldn't buy from these clowns

Great Customer Interaction. I live 4 hours away and wanted to drive over to
see and test the Jeep and they stayed well after closing to accommodate me
and my schedule. Long drive over and back but they (and the Jeep) made it

I was contacted with an email that contained various photos of the vehicle that I had inquired about. Approximately 4 hrs later the email was followed up with a very nice phone calll.
The dealer politely responded in prompt fashioned . He provided a car fax to indicate service performed e prand if tires were replaced. He wasn’t aware of was the status of brakes. Numerous photos were provided but as per Car Gurus identified it was $3400 over fair market.
We weren’t able to come to an acceptable price. One other concern was several unfavorable reviews that
were posted. The dealer was as helpful as I could expect from preliminary contact.

I spoke with the salesman, Goran, last Friday (6/15) and we closed the deal. I
signed papers and wired money on Monday (6/18). On Thursday(6/21) GR
Auto emailed me to say they "accidentally" sold the car to someone else on
Wednesday (6/20). How could a car I bought a week ago be sold to someone
else?? Little better offer? I'm done with these guys.

I have purchased the vehicle, but have yet to see it in person or take delivery
of it. Will be doing that in a couple of weeks. So far, Mr. Brett at GR has
been very helpful and accommodating. If the car turns out to be everything
that he said it is, then they would get the fifth star from me. It is too soon to
tell that though.
Picked up the vehicle and drove it home to Louisiana from Grand Rapids. Brett from the Gallery was very helpful. Picked me up at my hotel and delivered the car to me on
the Friday after Thanksgiving when they were normally closed. He took the time to review all of the functions of the car and offered suggestions for my questions. All in all,
a very nice experience with Brett and the Gallery. Have never purchased a vehicle without kicking the tires and test driving before so was a little concerned about the
"Used Car Salesman" syndrome. But did not have to worry. Brett was a straight shooter and very accommodating.

This dealer responded their next business day. I appreciated the speedy contact. The car itself is located across the state and I was looking for something more local. This really looks like a nice car though. They had multiple photos, including of the frame, exhaust and brakes. All were clear. GR Auto Gallery has a lot over on the west side of the state that I will visit before I make any purchases.

The auto advertised was quoted with the engine as "back in the day" not
the current engine. In fact, there was little information on the existing
engine, no mileage, no horsepower, no idea if a 2 bolt or 4 bolt main, a
truck engine, no one knows. How do you sell a car without any information
on the power plant? Rob was helpful, and cordial,but unequipped with
knowledge on the vehicle he was selling. As a buyer, who one day will sell
the car, I need to know this information as I will have to answer the same
questions they are being asked today...otherwise, it will make it a tough
sell as it is now for them. Without some sort of documentation on the
engine it is hard to link up the 454 power plant moniker on the hood to
match what is under the hood.

I made contact 6 or 8 months before about another car they had. They responded very quick and sent a lot of info on that car. When I contacted them about the 65 Cobra last week all the salesman would say was
"Didn't you inquire about our 66 Shelby Replica as well? Why didn't you purchase that one? After I explained to the salesman why I didn't buy the first car I was told they still the first car I was looking at and was told nothing about the 66 cobra. So their lose Ill look elsewhere.
