I cannot say enough how great of an experience working with G & R was. In particular, I worked with the internet manager Aldo. As I was buying the vehicle out of state,
Aldo provided me a ton of information about the vehicle prior to me picking it up. We had an agreed price and he made sure I was aware of all fees and taxes so my
final price wouldn't be a surprise. The vehicle is practically perfect, too!
Upon purchasing the vehicle, I planned to tow it home, but there was a national outage with Uhaul, so I was stuck in Florida and had to get both vehicles about an hour
away. Aldo stayed at the dealership past close to make sure I was able to get both vehicles out of the gate and was incredibly patient and helpful with the whole
process. I owe him big time!! I will absolutely be recommending them to friends and family and I assure you you'll be treated beyond well. Thank you guys so much for a
great experience!
I actually spoke with the dealer who was pleasant and courteous. I decided to pass on this one. The dealer responded promptly and gave me contact information the day the
day after I made my inquiry. I decide to call. The phone was answered quickly. The agent came online and introduced himself. We spoke about the car. He was up front and
honest with me. I told him i was interested in this SUV and that I would get back to him.
I discussed the car with my wife who I wanted to by the car for, but she wanted a newer vehicle; hence the decision to pass.

The price listed and even the price given to me over the phone FAILED to reveal the hidden $899 "service fee" which is just another word for
more profit and another attempt by a dealership in Florida at more money once a customer comes into their business to
look for a vehicle. The price on a 14-year-old Jetta went from and advertised $5,900 to $7,500 out the door. That extra money would go better
towards the down payment on a newer vehicle purchase or lease
If I could rate them zero stars I would. Absolutely terrible experience. Dealer chalked up the price almost 3000$ on a car worth much much less. Tried validating this by showing me the price of other cars that have nothing to do with the one I was wanting to purchase. Lies upfront, makes you drive to their lot to even discuss the car, doges your phone calls, etc etc. Just terrible experience. Save yourself the time and find another dealer.

Dealer was misleading about initial price. Price initially was 14600$ but then changed to 18,898$ because it was not financed through them. Proceeds to explain that the owner changed his mind about the agreed price and raised it almost 1000$ more. Would not trust anything this dealer says or buy from them.

I had a issue with them because they wouldn’t allow me to test drive the vehicle without signing paperwork that would commit to buying it. After some back and forth I was finally allowed to test drive the vehicle and purchased it.

Most horrible experience I ever have trying to buy a motor vehicle. Dealer was cagey about giving any information about the truck. Only thing he said was “the price is on the internet” and then hang up phone. Maybe they don’t speak english

They are crooks. If I finance my purchase
through my bank, still they have a different price
for this car. The sales person has no clue about
Customer Service. He was even rude.
I have decided to buy this car. When I asked for
the car's price, the sales person told me that all
depends on my credit. I said that if I had my own
bank to do the finance the price should be the
same as advertised since my bank would be
paying the dealer in full. At that moment the
salesman told me that every dealer do the same,
that they can sell for "even $4000 and if don't
have the money..." I don't know what he meant,
but I found that it was an unnecessary comment
and rude as well.
I will never go back to that place.

Horrible customer service, Called on a Friday to get information on a car was quotes 7,700 with tax tag and title . When i got to the dealership on Monday with my own financing price was 10,289 .Really wanted that car but the employees attitude was so distasteful I left it alone . This place is running a SCAM! I called on Tuesday to make sure the 2013 RAV4 listed for 13,900 was still available. Yafan (sp) said it was. I said I've seen comments about your prices not being correct online. I told him I needed the "cash" price. He said the lowest cash price was $13,900 pus 7% tax and $180 for the title fee.
My daughter and I flew to Miami from Dfw on Wednesday.
Jose' let us look at the car but, wouldn't let us test drive it until we talked numbers and I accepted the price. (Car wouldn't start and he had to jump it off.)
When we went to discuss the cost I told him about my conversation the day before.
Long story short, the price all the sudden jumped to $19,995 not the listed $13,900.
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME (like I did) ON THESE UNSCRUPULOUS PEOPLE!!

Cat fished the price that's listed on here was not the price when we got there... they wanted us to go through a bank for a $3000 car when it's a buy here pay here dealer, harassing phone calls on the Day of payment don't even give you a day to be late. Realistically this will be the last time I deal with them after I pay off this little $3000 which turned out to be $5,600 mind you, I will never buy another car from them

at First i was offered the car at the cash price listed and then it went up 2 thousand dollars in taxes. as i was sitting in the lobby a customer who had purchased a vehicle a few days prior had experienced issues and voiced them, As a matter of fact he stated "i just bought a car a few days ago and it stopped working and they wont do anything to fix it or take it back, if i were you i would be very careful." i still attempted to look around one of the salesmen demeanor wasn't very welcoming and he kept making it seem as though he was doing some type of favor, definitely rubbing my girlfriend the wrong way trying to test drive is like trying to get access to the banks vault. Who purchases without driving anyway?? Needless to say i took the previous buyer's advice.but the pressure to leaave with a car was definitely on.

buying the car. The sales person would not let me test drive the car and
insisted that I purchase the car before taking it for a test drive. I told him
that I could not talk numbers before test driving and his response was

They are liars! Terrible experience. Dealer was extremely unprofessional and
impatient, texting me with broken English and Internet slang "lol k". When I
arrived at the dealership, I knew the deal I had seen posted on Cargurus was
too good to be true. Jorge is the name of the guy who contacted me--
despite the fact that I had called in a couple days before, the Mustang was
still sitting in the showroom and hadn't been moved out for a test drive. The
car wouldn't start up because there was no battery in the keys, and they
kept insisting that there were batteries in the office BUT refused to go get
them. They also wouldn't let me test drive the car before buying. Seriously?
They expect customers to buy a used car without driving it? Jorge kept
smirking whenever I was talking and frowning whenever I pointed out the
problems with the car (a broken vanity mirror, dents in bumper, loose
headliner) and acting as if I didn't know what I was talking about. He also
contradicted himself many times and got angrier and angrier. He kept saying
"you're not serious about this car so I won't be serious to you." Funny,
because I drove 20 miles out there, inspected the car for a good 15 minutes,
and just because I asked for a test drive, he claims I'm not being serious.
Eventually he loses his temper on me, and so my fiance and I decide to
leave. DO NOT COME HERE. They will try to make you sign papers without
letting you test drive their cars first.

I had carfax checked, and showed it was in an accident with front-end damage, not operatable, and had to be towed... Also added
$ 1450 to price for dealer fee. Saleman said he didn't know about carfax showing accident...

don't let ppl test drive cars unless
they're buying them. Threw me
the keys to go look at the car by
myself while he sat with other
customers knowing I had made
an appointment. When I went to
turn on the car there wasn't a
drop of gas inside of it and there
were cigarette burns on the back
of the seat which the photos
online neglected to show. Safe to
say I left very upset bc I had
never encountered such a bad
experience not being from FL.
Dealers usually cater to their
customers when trying to sell
them vehicles. I would never
suggest going here.
