What should have been a mutually beneficial
experience for both of us turned into a major pain.
After purchasing the car and being promised the
correct keys to the vehicle, it has now been almost
4 weeks and no communication on getting the
proper keys that were promised. After many
unanswered calls and unanswered emails. I have all
but given up. I like the car but the dealership is a
waste of time. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM if
you can avoid it.

This dealership did not seem to want to sell this car. Staff member Ruben was helpful with sending me pictures I requested, staff member Tooba was helpful with being liaison to the finance manager who was extremely difficult to communicate with. He literally hung up on me. Asking price was $14,995 and the buyers order was $17,2xx. Added fees for packages that didn’t serve me in the area I live. Overall would not recommend to anyone who isn’t local. Hopefully they provide better service to the local customer.

They were receptive but didn't follow up on their promises to sort out the cars challenges
We agreed to the deal, the salesperson sent us the final numbers, we asked for wire instructions. At that time we were called by the manager, he said that they couldn't sell it for cash at that price, we had to finance. He said there were no extra charges, and wanted me to give him some $ over the phone. (I would not.) He then sent me his deal sheet, he had added $4000 to the price - $1000 to the car and $3000 for finance charges. We said that wasn't what we agreed to, and we wouldn't pay any additional. They refused to sell us for what they listed it for, they said it was below their cost. They then raised the price of the listing - and lowered it again after we parted ways with them. They are clearly trying to talk people into paying much more than was agreed to. VERY shady dealership!
Unit was not inspected as it had substantial paint issues on the passenger front quarter panel/hood/bumper the appearance of a repair and poorly done paint job . Trans fluid was not pink at all but brown and contained visible clutch material, indicating imminent transmission failure possible.

Don't ever try to call them after you buy a vehicle from them, you'll just get the runaround. Still waiting for title work to be processed and in danger of not being able to register my car! When I call them, they ring 3 different people who won't answer or return my calls!
I bought this vehicle and driving out the lot I felt the transmission was not right. The problem is Tooba my salesperson only gave me the option to test drive in parking lot.. as soon as I drove out I called them and and this happen on 08/23/25 and ever since then they haven't wanted to help me and when I went in to cancel contract they told me they couldn't do that and told me not to go back. I wouldn't do business with this company, they knew what they sold and I'm not the only customer that have done this to. So now I'm stuck with paying on a loan and I have no vehicle because it's been in the shop since 08/26/2025 and it's not drivable! These people are scammers and the business should be shut down
Horrible. Do not trust their word. Salesperson said the car was available, and I told them I was driving from out of town. When I got there,
car was sold before I arrived. The salesperson didn't even have the respect to come out and tell me in person and had another salesperson
tell me about it who even smirked when he said the car was gone not even feeling sorry about it knowing I drove in 1.5 hrs for it.

Beware, showed up in person to see this car. Was introduced to Josh, drove the car wanted to purchase. Asked Josh no games I can get my own financing, he asked to give them an opportunity to finance the car ok fine and made a remark that the cars price seemed high. Did the app Josh came and got us and said the car was to old to finance and introduced us to who I think was the general manager only because Josh stated he would get him involved if the wait got to long. This yahoo said the car was $500 over cost I laughed. He explained that the car was too old to finance and wanted a $1000 deposit non refundable yeah right would've lost that or forced to buy something else from them. Left with a PO, talked to my bank we found that the price was 160% over value and their was max 125%, that's deceptive had they been honest I would've consider a deal that wasn't the case. Josh knew and had tried twice to sell before me. He's their 2 years at G Motors, the G stand for Greedy Motors run away!!

Good team
Slow returning my inquiry at first, then the sales lady, Laura was going to send me a walk around video, but never did. After 5 phone calls/texts to the # she gave me, I still could not connect with her. After calling the dealership main sales number, I kept getting passed around to different people, and STILL nobody responded! I have been buying cars for 40+ years, and never been disrespected like this!!!
We contacted the dealership about this truck and were told it was ready for us to test drive. I asked if there were any issues with the truck and was told no. (After asking another dealer, I was told this truck has a recall on the motor that Ram won’t fix) An hour before we got there, they called us back and said they were only taking cash for this truck. When I asked why, the salesman said “that’s just what I was told”. I told him that wasn’t an option for us and the salesman hung up on me.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. This was the WORST experience I have ever had buying a vehicle and I have purchased
many. Not only did they pull the sales guy I was talking to prior to arriving out from underneath me but they were very
unpleasant to deal with the entire time. They did not like the fact that I wanted to use my own bank to purchase the
vehicle, they wanted me to purchase through their lender which I adamently declined. Then when my banker wanted
to send a wire transfer they REFUSED to accept it and said they would only accept a cashier's check. My banker
printed a cashier's check and when I arrived they had the audacity to act as though it was a fake check. Keep in mind
a cashier's check is SAME AS CASH. They talked to the VP and the President of my bank and still refused to finalize
the purchase for days! Again, this was the WORST experience I have ever had. There was no professional courtesy
on their part AT ALL, not to my bank nor to me.

Salesman imran has a very arrogant attitude. Caught him in a lie where he told me the car hadn’t been up for long at all, when I checked it was up for 200days. His prices are overpriced and doesn’t wanna negotiate at all. I would steer clear of this place, seems exactly like a place where you get overpriced garbage. Even if they had good cars they wouldn’t sell them cause of how the salesman is.
They were great! We inquired about a RAM they had for sale. They responded quickly and we went there an hour later.
Truck was pulled out for us when we arrived and we went on a test drive.
Mark, the sales professional, was awesome! Friendly and answered all of our questions about the truck.
We did not end up buying this truck, was not the right truck for us but the process went smooth. It was a nice clean truck, just not what we were looking for.
They were not pushy at all, allowed us to test drive and then set us up on a computer in the showroom so that we could view all their inventory instead of walking the lot in the horrendous Texas heat!
They had a huge selection of vehicles along with Sprinter vans, which we will eventually need for our work vans.
Showroom was nice as well.

We played phone tag for about a week. Someone
else brought the truck . They were apparently very busy and I never could get the salesman on the phone. My calls always went to voicemail. When he called me I
never heard the phone ring so we never could connect. The truck looked really nice so someone local probably bought it. If I lived in Houston I would have had a
better chance at purchasing. I donât have anything negative to add we just never could connect.

The experience was great with this dealership.
I went to both of their two locations and received poor service from both. I was interested in a 2017 Cadillac ST5. Salesmen were short and rude. The car had bald tires, coke exploded on the roofs interior there was a nail in the front right passenger side and the salesman was totally unconcerned. He didn’t even suggest that the problems might be taken care of. He did day of I purchased the car they have someone who would detail the car. I left very disheartened.

Very bad the car was what I wanted but didn’t end up getting it because they made me wait for an hour and a half without knowing what’s going on and I had a car to trade in that they didn’t check and came back after an hour saying we got you approved with a loan without putting my trade in , in it they kept calling after that even after I told them I’m not interested in that dealer
I don’t normally write reviews EVER! But I have to take the time out to elaborate on this dealership & the staff that works there. Big shout out to Mike B for making my car purchase a smooth transaction. I was adamant on certain criteria’s I want in a vehicle and Mike was very patient and tenacious on finding the perfect vehicle in my price range. Even his Manager Jeff played a huge role in offering me a fair deal for my truck. Both gentlemen were very personable & even remembered my daughter & her interest. I recommend this dealership to anyone in the market on obtaining a used vehicle.

Good service and had no issues at the time of purchase
When I had them inquire about getting a loan for a vehicle. They offered me a loan 2.5% higher than I expected. They told me it was a "good rate." They also told me I would
not be able to get a better rate elsewhere, despite only searching one lender. This lazy lending process should have been a major red flag. Yet I soldiered on and secured my
own financing at about 2.5% lower than they quoted, which ran my credit.
In trying to purchase the vehicle, their process was a complete mess. The sales people and finance people could not properly communicate with each other. I spent about half
a day on the phone. They would not let me purchase the vehicle unless I sent them my credit card information to them via unsecured email. Since that is obviously a terrible
idea in 2022, I inquired about other methods to get a deposit down to reserve the vehicle. They then told me the vehicle had been purchased. I continue to see it on searches
so I believe they lied to me. ATROCIOUS DEALER. JUST DON'T!
Jeep looked amazing online with the pictures. Showed up and seen it up close. What a horror show. Scratches & Body rot all over, undercarriage rotting and a hole under the passenger door rotted through the size of a baseball. Imperfections tried to be hidden by being spray painted black. Overspray on the shocks and springs. Just walked out of the lot and left.

I usually go to a big dealership but I was really impressed with the sales manager and the sales lady. They treated you like a part of the family and were sincere which made me want to buy the truck of my dreams.

My wasted precious limited time of shopping for Escalade while I'm in a short stay in Houston. First, I called to ask if the listed price is negotiable, they said yes, just come & manager will be consulted. Arrived, the guy who's supposed to assist me was busy, redirected me to their new agent who said that the listed price is non-negotiable. Told him to ask manager because I drove 1 hour ? a negotiable price. He was filling out the application form until he asked for the SS, said I don't prefer to run my credit til market price is amenable. I already know what I cannot afford and I don't want to waste both of our time. He then said ok, that he'll talk to the manager to ask if the price we asked was doable. He came back out and said that his manager said yes, "it's doable". Then, only, I allowed him to run my credit ? the financing options. He left, came back with numbers that's way far higher from the "doable" price we agreed on. He said online is "cash price" deal only.

Bought a 2015 BMW X5 diesel Jan 1. Avoid G Motors if you have a reasonable credit score and want a "clean" vehicle. I suspect they are used to dealing with second chance buyers and low CS financing. We came in with financing. They (spoke to Gabby) would not move on price (X5 needed an $800 comfort access key from dealer, major paint correction, as well as few other things). They DO NOT allow off-lot prepurchase inspections. I scanned the truck yesterday when a check engine light came on and pulled 92 codes. Yes, 92. Just picked up X5 from BMW yesterday after getting 2 injectors replaced. Have spent ~$3000 after purchase so far. G Motors buys good looking auction vehicles and probably does not spend a dime on them before putting them on the lot (ours had original battery that failed shortly after purchase). We had to buy as the X5 had what we wanted and took a year to find. Would have walked away from this place after first phone call any other circumstance.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! Terrible and unprofessional! They fit the stereotype of used car salesman. Basically your trade in is worthless and whatever vehicle they have is worth a brick of gold. If you aren't willing buying a vehicle they try to bully you into it. Also their vehicles are junk they bought at an auction that they are trying to get top dollar for. Full of scratches, dents and dings. Tires worn out and interior all ripped up and they still want 50k for it. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!!

The dealer was quite helpful and responseful.
Kept trying to purchase this vehicle for a week got the run around from the salesman. Was told several times his owner would contact me. Request a buyers order 3 times. Never received and never heard back from anyone. Got notified by CarGurus car sold yesterday Highly recommend another dealer besides this location!

Yes the listing was Accuracy
Yes the Ford Transit was clean
No the did not let us drive because the battery as dead
The manager was very rude because was not trying to
finance the van. We want to pay cash
We salesman could not make any decisions,
We sat down
with the manager and he would not negotiate let us walk
out with $12,000 cash. Did not offer any other deal, did
not offer any other vehicle. Pay this sticker price or
leave. We walked out with our $12,000 cash!!!!!

The vehicle was being repaired when I arrived but Ruben was very nice and assisted me in looking at the vehicle. I appreciated Ruben's attentiveness.
If you doing cash purchase haggle to get everything you need on your vehicle I asked one simple request of removing wheel locks since my vehicle did not have a key it wasn't done I asked for a new battery they said the battery was new in vehicle one day later it was dead I was at AutoZone and I had to remove battery it most definitely wasn't new my oil hadn't been changed my air filter was old two tires were bald and one has a nail. I tried to negotiate but I was simply tired I asked for new tires finance guy said no. In short don't buy a car from here I did and after 250 dollars of simple maintenace and still needing three tires I should have looked elsewhere
The Dealer was very responsive, however, the '10 Toyota Tundra 5.7L was lit up like a Christmas tree
(check engine, off-road button, tire sensor, no gas, & upon opening the hood, it needed coolant, but
they told us test-drive it anyway?) & the sales guy came with us. They didn't let us go on a highway,
but we didn't need to - the transmission wouldn't switch when pressed over 40 & that sealed the no-
deal for us. Looked great in the pics, but definitely not worth the drive to check it out.
Bad. Dealer advertise what they dont have or they say owner is driving it. Manager wants to sell at high price when cars dont even start up.

Car had no gasoline in it, vehicles transmission
was messed up, power windows did not work
and it is honestly scary that they would attempt to
sell a car with this many problems with it. The
second vehicle I attempted to drive would not
even start, and the company does not put any
money into fixing the cars before purchase. Just
go to Else where instead and pay a little extra for
extraordinary service and they will work with you
on price and fix problems with the cars.

We scheduled a test drive on a truck after calling with a cash offer drove 2 hours to get there and truck was sold bought another for 8995 and by the time we got to finance after there fees it was over 16k before ever going to the bank I was preapproved for before getting to their lot. There salesmen also said he would have things fixed then was told trucks as is there not fixing anything!!

If I could give this place Zero Stars I would. The advertised prices on this site are Cash Only prices. So don’t believe the prices online. I went for this truck advertised at $20K got there and it magically was $24K. After getting pre approved and putting down 75%. They are greedy. They Lie. Horrible experience. Save Yourselves and do not buy here.

This truck is a piece of garbage, it is not worth the money,please have it checked out before you purchase as do any of there vehicles, I purchased another one of their jeeps I paid $15,000 cash only to get down the highway to a mechanic and fine out it had been wrecked and the aframe was bend,the radiator was bad ,the right shock was no good ,you see we only drove it around the block but once on the interstate we saw it was jumping so be very careful in your purchase from this place.

Horrible experience! They told us one price then sent paperwork with almost 7k added to truck price. Claiming it was the lender who added "fees" because my credit was too low. While working on the deal the 2 managers were writing numbers talking about my deal but in a foreign language I could not understand. This was on a Friday. On Monday I called the lender to ask about the contract. They had no record of me or any contract. Not even a loan application! They couldn't tell me as to how I even had paperwork w/them listed as lender. She also told me they do not add any "fees" on the vehicle price like he told me they did. So basically the paperwork I had meant nothing but I was out 4k dollars from the down payment they took immediately. I headed back to dealer and told them what I found out. They still stated it was the lender who added which I knew was a lie.They were trying to screw me out of almost 20k after financing.I didnt want to hear any more bs so I asked for my down back.
