Bryan was exceptional! He listened to my requirements of a car and wouldn’t sell to me for the sake of making a sale. He went beyond what a normal dealer would do to make sure this car was right for me, yet honest to a fault. He stayed in constant contact by phone and email during the purchase process, yet was never pushy or made me feel pressured. Was very personable but professional. I knew this car was “mine” by the ethical practices of G & H. I’ve never experienced this kind of treatment and care by another dealer. I highly recommend them to buy a reliable car that isn’t about their bank accounts, but is safe and will meet the clients needs and wants. The deal I got with them was beyond belief. Being a Christian myself, Bryan’s character came through during all of this. I’m in shock I finally own a car only 6 yrs old. A lot of firsts with this vehicle. Too many miracles to count. So thankful to Bryan and so blessed I found them through CarGurus!

Bryan and Chad are both awesome and great to work with. I got the deal I wanted and I feel both sides were happy with the outcome. They may be a small dealership but that is what makes them so great. No pressure or sales pitch their cars do the talking for them.

Although we were not able to purchase the vehicle we had been interested in (someone else beat us to it!!), Brian from G&H was very courteous and helpful from the get go. His prompt response to my "after hours" initial message sent to the dealership, set the right tone for a possible deal the next day. However, another customer arrived there several hours before we did and made a deal for the vehicle instead. Brian extended a courtesy phone call to me and advised that the vehicle was gone. This courtesy was very much appreciated.

Dealer was informed about the car and gracious when I let him know that it didn't work for me.

I gave this dealer all my information,he promised to call after he heard from the bank I called him 3 times no answer and he never called me back..If I couldn't get financed a response was still required....

I bought it and found out the drive shaft for the all wheel drive for the rear wheels was missing and on top of that it came from up north and it was eat up with salt and rust. I noticed the drivers side brake and caliper in the front was rusted and he told me that it had been sitting a while. I find it hard to believe they had that car for three months and didn't know the drive shaft was missing.

Contacted dealer by email and got a response fairly quickly, i simply inquired about the price of a car and requested photos to look at because i didn’t want to drive over a hundred miles without any information. The dealer responded in a short tone and told me to call him, Due to my location and cell service i was unable to and told him i couldn’t. He then told me again to just call him. That’s not the best approach to sell cars, needless to say i did not give them my business. Unmotivated and unprofessional service.

I have never had such a smooth transaction when buying a car. Chad is very honest, professional, and personable. I felt like I was buying a car from a family member. And he has the best sense of humor. I will definitely do business with him again.
